I watch to here what a competent football guy like Chris Brown has to say - - - Murph not so much ?

If they expect Allen to develop into any thing worth being called franchise guy then they have to invest in the O line first & get him some WR's that can get separation if they can do that he can do the rest ! Brady makes very average WR's look good & if Allen can develop his skills then he should be able to do the same thing !! Maybe not in the same perspective that Brady has done given his career but he can be our guy for a long time !!

I would take the Bills D over a lot of others in the league like another poster said "they aren't elite" But they ain't bad & if they were given a bit better starting field position they would probably be a bit better too !! I think this draft will help on both sides of the ball given what Mcbean & company find in UDFA's Rome wasn't built in a day !!

Maybe if he had more time to throw & a WR or 2 that got separation we would see his accuracy be a bit better but when neither of those 2 things are happening & he's running for his life most of the time accuracy can become a bit harder to achieve !!

He's our guy from here it's the talent & the talent of the QB coach that will separate his career from the mediocre like a Sanchez let's say !!

A successful run game, a successful O line & or coach, a successful WR corp would also help him out in the grand scheme of things !!

He should only be making the minimum for what he has done for the team & how much he his available for practice & all the other things that go along with it !!

Sure give him another shot but why not bring Brandon Reilly back i don't see what they don't see in him he had a decent preseason & made some catches lets see what he does when the lights come on it can't hurt any more than KB did !!

If he produces & or drops balls like he did here he will only have one or 2 bash the Bills sessions with Sammy & he will be gone especially if Sammy gets healthy & he has the dropsy's !!

I don't think so with McDaniel & the other younger HC ing prospects that are out there not to mention Dabol is in his home town so it would have to be one heck of a offer to get him up there but he would be use to the cold & the snow ...

Isn't this a pretty self explanatory question ? I think it's because "He himself is a kicker" & & they want to have that one person that is taking up that roster spot to do more than one thing ! The real question is why don't they hire one guy to do both place kicking & punting ? Of course then they would have to use a back up QB to be the holder & if the Place kicker/punter got injured they would be screwed unless the back up QB learned not only to be the back up QB but the place kicker & the punter to then he would have 3 jobs which would save the team on roster spots also ... But then the Long snapper would have to be the holder for the back up QB/Place kicker/Punter but then why couldn't the Long snapper be the holder for the place kicker/punter ? ?

With a win loss record of 125 & 77 a .618 percentage he won't be with out a job long !!

Maybe not but at least he would have been in every game & costs a ton less than Clay i think it shows by his production that he is not a elite TE & isn't worth what the previous regime paid him ! The team is getting younger all the way around & in order to keep a team competitive & if it is a copy cat league just look at what one of the best coaches in the league does year after year in our division being Bellichek ! When a vet is still doing good he dumps them before they hit the wall which should have been done this yea or last when the Eagles came calling to see if Shady was available & i think even he would have been okay with going back to Philly ! But it didn't happen & it ain't happening now so all's McD can do is salvage what ever is left & either find a place for him with in the scheme or let him go to the highest bidder which could be cutting him !! Only time will tell but i think Bean & McD being the guy's they are will do what needs to be done for the betterment of the team !!

I agree that the refs should be held accountable for their job just like any other job that we as fans work at . If we screw up over & over again then we get docked pay (well maybe not in todays world if you whine enough) or you get fired for not performing up to company standards !! Again refer to italicized comment !! But no matter how good the refs do on this website & seeing what we all write on things & the differing opinions here there is no way that every one would be happy with the way they do their jobs !!

After this past offseason he knew he had better come to work or his future wouldn't look real bright ! I had hoped given what they thought of him coming out of the draft he would be the guy we see on the field now ! I still don't think he's a #1 (although he is given wha they have in the WR room now) but he will be a good #2 n Dabol's when they find their #1 WR !!

The guy needs to be cut he should be all over the place trying to get open when his QB is scrambling & he just isn't that guy ! He is always hurt & i believe his effort is second rate ! The return the Bills have gotten on the contract they gave him well lets just say they got screwed & they would have been better off keeping O'Leary for the money & effort the guy gave he's a lot better person to have on the team !! Just saying !!

Not sure about make or break but it sure would be nice if he would get back on track & help out the offense in scoring some points weather it be on the ground or in the air ...

The dude is done in the NFL this will take the same route as Ray Rice he will never get another team to look at him unless it's a couple years down the road & by then it will be to late !! Good luck Kareem with the Hunt for new employment !!

I don't blame them the Bills should have never let him out the door the guy was always there when the team needed him & he was a team guy & 10 times more dependable than Clay for a lot less money !! I'll almost bet he burns the Bills for at least one good play during the game today !!
