Given what McBean has done in the time that they have been here I'm stoked ever since Marv left & the legends of the Bills hay days of the ninety's i haven't felt as good about the direction the Bills are going in under this regime !! McBean has a plan & they are implementing what seems to be flawlessly, Beane makes moves & gets players in the draft & doesn't over compensate like Whaley did for Sammy, like he said this draft "we wanted Cody Ford & thought about moving back into the first round to get him but it was too costly" that shows he knows how to work the draft & wound up getting his guy anyway ! The Bills now have all the talent i believe they could want to be more than relevant & as some football folks think might even be able to be the cinderella team this year & with what they have available as far as talent goes if the coaches can get these guys up to speed sooner rather than later with the veteran presence & the highly ranked rookies we could be taking Cinderella to the ball this yr or at the very least buying her transportation to get there !! GO BILLS !!!

Dawkins has proved to be a good LT that will continue to improve on his skills while here & has also proven by his statements that he is the type of player the Bills want to have a team first guy not like a AB where it's all about him which i am so glad for & hope we don't ever have any AB types on the Bills team ! With the addition of all the new guys to the team it will also add as motivation as he said to not slack off because you know that if your not doing your job you can be easily replaced so i believe it to be a win all the way around but it will be interesting to see who is left standing after the dust has cleared from camp to the pre season !!

I never said they "needed to do it" alls i was saying in my earlier post about the cards was that with the hire of Kingsbury & given the fact that he loved the guy while at the college level & while he was a college coach also given that the Cards had Rosen to use as a possible trade bait scenario that it would happen & a lot of Bills fans in typical fashion said there was no way it would happen & that it would be stupid if they did. A lot more input is needed for me I love Fitz because of the kind of team mate he is & i really like that gun slinger mentality but his INT's kill you eventually, Tyrod is also great guy super team mate & leader very safe player & as a back up probably couldn't do much better but he does need to score more, just take some chances ! Then there is Barkley, if his one & only game for the Bills could be any kind of pre curser of how he would be on the field all the time hands down my pick but we haven't seen enough of him in Dabols scheme to know but i trust McBeane & he is there for now so he is my pick !!

Agree with all you have said & most of all that Beane gets it !! It all starts in the trenches you can be a Tom Brady but if you don't have protection up front u aint S**T ! I will be very interested to see what & who is on the O line this year ! Chemistry, Talent, & scheme have a lot to do with how this will play out & Beane has given Dabol everything he needs to succeed as a O coordinator now he just has to make it work ! But i'm with you in thinking given what they have acquired there is no reason what so ever that we can't have at least a top 10 O line if not higher !! Go Bills !! Good post !!

I hope this finds most Bills fans happy with what has transpired during & after the draft ! Being from the Nashville area it was a huge build up to the draft & after the fact they have said that they broke all kinds of records as far as attendance, it was said to be around 600K people at the live event down town which is crazy & seeing the pictures on TV of Broadway day one i can believe it !! Not to mention the TV ratings being off the charts !! I would like to also go on record to all those that mocked me . About 2 months ago when i did a post about the Cardinals & how they needed to make Murray their pick in this draft & all of you that said i was nuts, that it would be foolish if they did so !!! Well , I TOLD YOU SO !! ? Man i love it when i'm right which doesn't happen often so i have to take it when i can !! I know gloating is so unbecoming of me but i just had to !! ? There was one draft pick that i didn't & still don't understand given who was on the board when picked in the 3rd round Devin Singletary, given the RB room with what they had i thought seeing as our LB corp as far as starters could have used another young starter & seeing as the Patriots took (Chase Winovich) the guy i thought we should grab at that pick could have been a better utilized player at that pick for years to come ! After Millano, Edmunds, who was the 3rd guy ? ? But there were others that they got as UDFA's so it may work ... I know Shady & Gore are on the down hill side of their careers & they need to think of the future at every position but having Yeldon, Murph, the Rugby guy, & the other young backs unless this guy just blows them away (which he apparently made a impression) i'm not sure how much time if any he gets on the field & that the pick could have had a better impact for the future especially given what the "Experts say" that RB's are a dime a dozen ! On to the next piece of brain matter, Beane bringing in Tyree J. I hope that he can prove worthy of keeping on the roster & that D.A. can be let go, unless they feel he is a useful piece to the roster puzzle I think he would be better served if he can be used on the coaching side of things rather than taking up roster space that could be used even if it wasn't for Jackson for another player to develop for the teams future !! D.A. has had his time , it's time to move on !! Well there you have it i'm sure there is a lot here that is being covered in a bunch of different posts on the board & for give me if you feel i have wasted my & your time with my borgassmorg ? of thoughts by posting this but i had fun thinking of it !! I hope you find something here worth thinking about . If it is in fact a waste i trust you all in true Bills fan form will let me know & so be it but i was stoked about all that happened & wanted to put in my 2 cents !! Given what Beane & McD have accomplished with the roster change & getting into the play offs i think you almost have to give them a bit more time than previous regimes have had, Beane has put the team in a great place not just with the cap but with players & the future he & his team are on top of the cap & contract thing which i would think Terry & Kim would love !! It will take at least another season to get the offensive rookies up to speed the D should be pretty good given what they did last year & what they have acquired I can't see a huge drop off !! This team is coming up & i think even given the power ranking being at 24th in the league i believe the Bills will surprise more than a few this year but hope they go under the radar because when the "Exoerts" pick them to do well it's usually not a good thing the Bills are better at being the underdogs until they prove other wise ! Go Bills !!

You can't ride on what your family did before you & expect the NFL will just give you a pass it don't work like that !! But some seem to think it does & hopefully in Chad's case this will be a huge wake up call ? !!

Well could we have a Tom Brady scenario in the making ? Could Allen get plastered by a LB on a run & have to sit out & because Barkley pulled a hammy in practice be thrust into the QB position after he beats out D.A. in camp ? Then he goes on to win multiple super bowls while Allen is used to get other draft picks or is put to the #2 QB on the roster ? Well hey it happened once a guy can dream can't he !! ?

100% agree given the fact that they got Tyree J. one would think that he would be the one they want to get reps & develop weather it be as trade bait later on or a actual future QB after the Barkley experiment either proves to be a good or bad decision . I think Barkley is better to keep around especially after it took D.A. so long to recover from that hit he took which turned out to be more than what it looked like which with any other QB it would tell them yah it's time to go to the house ! Good dude but his time on the field should be over !!

Given that the O line was the weakest link of the team last year i don't think it's a good move to trade one of the better players in that room they need to keep the good ones ...

For some reason i really like N'Keel Harry some "experts" say he's the most NFL ready WR in this draft if we could get Oliver & him i would be real happy !! That would put 2 Harry's on the team to a new run on names !!

With Beast modes uncanny vision for things coming he knows it's a good time to turn towards retirement & to get out of Oakland ! Thanks for the memories Marshawn !! And what a great way to go out in that commercial !! Perfek !!

These contracts are getting stupid ? soon there will be a bunch of really good players looking for work because teams can build through the draft & let the high priced guys walk & when it gets to bad i'll start watching curling !! ?
