Very true but remember what happened when Case Keenum went to the Vikings in the scheme they ran, it fit him apparently & he excelled in it & given what we have seen in Barkley to this point with his experience & he has said in recent interviews that he loves the scheme Dabol has put in . So that being said he could thrive like Keenum did with the Bills given the chance . Like i said in the post i don't think they should do a deal for Barkley the post was a hypothetical & it would have to be one heck of a trade if it was even a thought & knowing what Beane & company see in Barkley i don't think he will be going any where ! But as stated in some reply's with Beane anything could be possible ...

I think the Bills are set at the back up QB position & i wouldn't be afraid to have Barkley at the helm if heaven forbid something should happen to Josh that he had to be out part or all of a season due to injury which is a really good thing for the Bills because there hasn't been this good of a back up QB on the roster in quite a while . There are teams that are in as good of situation as the Bills are when it comes to this position on their teams but then there are others that are not such as the Colts now. I was wondering what Bills mafia would think if Frank comes knocking on Beanes door & wants to give up a draft pick to get Barkley because he has been playing so well . Would you have Beane pull the trigger on something like that ? And if so what would they have to give in return to get him ? I have read articles that the Colts are looking around for other QB's & i'm not sure if that is because Frank isn't completely settled on Brisset as his Mr. Right now or if he isn't comfortable with what he has as his back up Chad Kelly due to his immaturity seeing as he has been suspended 2 games again this season & given his past ! Either way if he was to go fishing around Buffalo due to his relationship with the franchise would you all be willing to give up that security blanket of having Barkley & if not how much would it cost them to pry him away from the team ?

Thats not what i said in the past it just always seems to work out better for the Bills if they fly under the radar, every team the Bills play will prepare like all the other teams by looking at the tape from previous games played . Every time the media jumps on the Bills band wagon the expectations seem to be higher which may have an effect on the players the same way that when some one counts you as not as good it becomes motivation to prove that you are better than they think that's all i was saying ...

Although last year he was doing okay I've never really took to him he is a smooth talker & to me & possibly me only that sends up a red flag . I'm not saying that he could contribute in some way but i think there are others that could give more to the team in that position . Foster has a lot more speed & they are trying to break him into the ST's which Jones is too but Foster has shown more in his one season than Jones has in 2 so my vote is to let Jones go & keep Foster !!

I think they want to keep foster around because he is a gamer & that is why they are using him on ST's to give them more of a reason to keep him around due to his versatility, his speed is not only a weapon on offense but on teams too !! Cuts this year will be extremely hard because there is a lot of talent on this team worthy of developing !!

I will never understand the "lets cut preseason to 2 games" talk from anything that i here from the older players to some older annalists & coaches that even with the intense off season training it takes a few games to get into "Game Shape" not to mention timing issues . There are other reasons for more than just 2 preseason games , how can the coaching staff determine which UDFA & rookie players play with out playing at game speed ? Games are totally different than practice even the vets say games are faster so with only 2 games there can't be as much attention paid to those new guys . Even the players new & old have said that practicing against a different team like the Bills did against the Panthers is beneficial . E.wood said on 1 Bills live that after a while practicing against you r own guys your just going through the motions because it's the same all the time . When you have practices & preseason games against different teams at "Game speed" players get full speed practice against other players that do things different than players on their own team . There is the one big down fall to 4 preseason games, Injury of course is the biggest fear but if they can't get into game shape injury is going to be there any way . I will never be for less preseason games . I have also heard in conversation that it takes even with 4 preseason games a couple of regular season games for the vets for it all to mesh before they are playing their best football, so take away the preseason games & instead of a couple games to get up to speed it will take 4 or more before they get to their full potential in games that matter which makes the season games worse . Sorry for the rant but IMHO if it ain't broke don't fix it !! Old school is a good thing !!

Just relating him to todays players though he aint worth what Brady, Wilson, Brees are worth & he's trying to put himself in that category but hasn't proven to be there yet ! Once he proves himself to be worth that kind of cash then go for it i guess even as ridiculous as it is but to this point he hasn't taken his team any where, sure he's a decent QB but until they go deep into the play offs each year he doesn't have the proof that he is worth elite money because he's not a elite player !! You can ask but the proof ain't in the pudding !! He's trying to pull a AB ...

If Zay continues to drop passes Foster could be moving up the depth chart ! Jones may be a decent WR but there has been something (and i can't put my finger on it) that i haven't liked about him ?. There are others that i think could be a better fit for the Bills Stills, Foster, & Cam may be a better fit ...

I wonder where all those guys are that was calling for Beane's head a few month's ago ? It's pretty much a given now that Beane has forgotten more about football than those folks ever knew about it !! He's building something special here & i think the relationship with McD is just a perk they work well together & i think are on the same page when it comes to building the Bills into a play off caliber team for years to come !! The Pegs have to be ecstatic with the hire of these 2 ... ?

Greed runs the NFL now the players are a far cry from what they were back when the Bills were winning in the 90's, use to be if you made a million dollars you would be set but these players now are just money hungry & to play a game that they supposedly love i don't get it !! Sure it's hard work but come on man !! I believe that AB & Leveon Bell's actions have had a lot to do with what these younger players are doing . The owners of these teams need to band together & not give in to the high demands that these guys are asking for when is enough , enough ? I was reading a thing on Brady today his family is selling their house in New England & they have a house in Cali, & one in some foreign country & one in Montana, & another one some where in the states WTF !! I know being comfortable is one thing but these young guys are just pushing it & i for one hope they don't allow these guys to push them to those limits, it would be one thing if Prescott had taken them to the play offs repeatedly & even took them to the brink of the SB but to this point he hasn't earned that kind of pay day !!

Second year in the system he should be another that makes a big jump Beane & company just knows talent when they see it the Bills have a very bright future i believe !! I just hope the rest of the second year players can take that jump to !! ?

Unfortunately when you go to a game or any public gathering in todays world you take the chance of running into ignorant people that think they are just being normal when in all reality they are the epitome of ignorance while in public . Use it as a learning experience of how not to be & explain that some just don't get it ! I hope you went & your kid had a great time & will be a future Bills fan for life & quite possibly learned something along the way . As parents we need to teach when the situation allows ...
