At least no one can blame it on CJ & the way he can't run the ball !! This coaching staff has sucked from the get go talk about a experiment ! A college coaching staff trying to make it work in the NFL !! Hows that working out ??

With the Bills being sold to the Pegulas & them being able to see the Toronto series for what it really was a huge turd for Bills fans & other NFL fans in general , what will it take to realize that the idea of putting any team in a foreign country/city such as London is just as big of a toilet flusher for the league & other NFL teams ? What is the obsession with making the NFL a global sport any more than what it all ready is ? They are making more money than they NEED to survive & it is better than it has ever been ! I know once greed gets rolling it's a hard thing to stop but most times to much of a good thing can hurt more than help ! Why don't they learn from the likes of NASCAR ? Their tracks use to be to capacity every weekend then they added more races , & changed the format . Now look at any given week end & you can see empty seats , the same with MLB more game & teams equal more revenue but less attendance per game ... WHy mess with perfection ? If it ain't broke don't fix it !! Bills fans can attest to the fact that losing that one game a year to a foreign country , some one that has little or NO interest in the team really sucks ! Not to mention the added expense to every team that would have to go to London every season . Bring back NFL Europe , that worked out well for players like our Fred Jackson . I personally will be boycotting the London games as a show that we don't need (or do i want) a team in any place but the U.S. This is America's game & that is where it belongs let those other countries keep their football/soccer which folks here have said at times is bigger globally that the NFL . SO WHAT !! Well have at it , you can go watch a bunch of guys run around a field for hrs & score 1 goal i will be spending my week ends watching the NFL & when the NFL is not in season i will watch other American sports . Just to add fuel put a European football game on TV on a sunday afternoon during the NFL season & see which one has a higher TV rating . If by chance the only TV game would be in London then i would be watching just to prove that the NFL RULES over soccer . OH what was soccers last TV contract worth in the U.S. ? Personal opinion i hope the london thing fades gracefully into the sunset , or like the Toronto series falls flat on it's face & Goodell realizes our NFL needs to stay here !! Let them come here & spend the money here instead of shipping our jobs over seas like the U.S. has done so successfully with a bunch of our other jobs NOT !! (how has that worked for us ?)

Better them than the Bills , i hope this is a view into the future of the Bills changing because we are usually the ones getting that end of the stick !!

Got to give credit where credit is due & the dude is a first ballet HOF QB hands down . The Pats use to be just as pissed at us when Kelly & company use to kick there asses every year so i guess the old adage of "pay back is a B word" is relevant . But the clock is ticking the only thing is the Pats have a lot going for them when it comes to fore sight & when they picked up Garropollo i think that was a huge step to do just what Indy did with Luck . I wish certain FO people realized how much of a copy cat league this is & would pay more attention to those lessons being taught with in our own division ... I'm just saying !! With all of us we have to keep focused on the future some what of our every day life of which bills are coming due so we can stay in the good graces or make plans to pay those to which we create those bills with . Unless of coarse your a slug & just don't care & in the past some Bills front office people have treated our team in that respect & had not paid those Bills that could have kept us relevant & that could be why we haven't been to the play offs in so long . But let's look forward not back ... That got me thinking in relationship to our football team , what Bills will we need to pay to keep our future of our team in the good standings in the NFL ? From what i could gather (you all can add to the list if you want) these are some names that could be crucial to bring back weather it be for veteran leadership , attitude , or just plain being a great player . Players with a one year contract : these are not all players that contracts are up at the end of this year with the likes of Jerry Hughs & others . Marcus Easley Frank Summers Jarius Wynn Chris Hogan Brandon Spikes Player with a 2 year contract but the second year is a voidable or can be voided from the contract Kyle Orton My own personal list as far as performance , attitude , & veteran leadership Orton is a must , weather he is here to teach or be that guy he is what this team has been missing for years . But i will say don't pull the same boner they did with Fitz , be patient , see how he plays out towards the end of this year then start talking contract . Brandon Spikes is another player that brings that edge to our D that has been missing since his cousin was here , he is a very vocal leader & all around good player . Don't do what the Bills did to L. Fletcher & T Spikes & others keep this guy around !! Chris Hogan i think can be our Wes Welker , & Jarius Wynn is a great depth player to give Mariio a blow with very little drop off in play . Marcus Easley is one that the Bills have a huge investment in & is not only a great ST's player but a reliable depth player at WR & will do what ever you ask of the guy . Well that is my financial planner on paying my Future Bills to keep us on the right path . I know there are others that contracts can go away that are at the end of multiple year contracts (that has & can be another post) but these are guys with single year contract , if you can think of others that i have forgot please include them in the conversation ... GET-R-DONE DOUG --- GO BILLS !!!

Don't have to worry about to much damage being done in that position he has a number of others to bail him out if he screws up a evaluation ...

He will play 2 series then he will go from Moeoki to no he not he - hurt ---again !!

I think we all forget that Orton is a very good QB & while in college was in the heismen talk in his senior year & because he wasn't a finalist puts him in the above average category only because those guys in the finals usually fall on their faces at some point or time . I just hope this coaching staff doesn't pull the same boner that happened (who ever made the decision) when Wade Phillips was coach & decides to pull the guy that got them to the play offs with the entire Flutie debacle !!

What the experts busted on EJ about when he was coming out was his accuracy, decision making , which are probably more important in the make up of a QB than any other thing that can hurt their game . EJ has the "PROTOTYPICAL" NFL QB make up , he has a big arm , good mobility , & size which is all part of the package but if you can't read oppositions D & make a sound decision where to go with the ball then lastly have the accuracy to put it where you want you will only ever be a back up in this league !! If we all remember when Orton was in college he was in the Hiesmen race while at Perdue & he fell short but the guy has game managing ability & he is smart thats what you need to be a good ,not great QB in the NFL !!

Man i hope you were goofing around with that statement … But if not Boy are you missing the fact that since Orton has been in there the yardage per game thrown by the QB has went up 100 yards per game & the moral of the team behind a veteran leader is ten times what it was with EJ behind center . I just hope EJ is paying attention so that for the rest of his career as a back up when he does get in the game he will know what to do & how to go about doing it ... If you could point out where i said they wouldn't make it to the play offs i would appreciate it . I think they have the talent to be a play off team but the coaching is VERY subject not to mention inexperienced !! If not for the injection of experience at the QB position i personally believe our record would be much different !!

First off let me say i am as happy as i can be that we beat the Jets & are at 5 & 3 going into the bye week but with thinking who & what the team that we played are as a whole just how excited should we be by this win ? First off by all means we should have won this game hands down with out even trying . But if you take away the terrible play at QB & the 3 INT's by Geno & 1 By Vick at the end of the game with our AWESOME D the game is tied & we would have to fight to win it . The running game is all but stagnant the passing game is getting better because of Orton not because of the OC that's for sure & our College minded coach can't see the forest for the tree's because him being a mediocre NFL talent at best spending more time on the waiver wire than on the field during his career doesn't know decent talent when he see's it which is the reason why Urbik say most of this half of the season . I hate to say it but i hope our new owners see that after Whaley & Shwartz this team needs to be looked at pretty closely to decide if this staff is really what it will take to put us in the play offs .. If Shwartz was made HC & DC along with the QB coach elevated to OC Marrone along with his O line coach fired to bring in a proven coach at this position & Hackett could be put back where he belongs as a assistant then they may be on to something, but the way this group is going . When your QB has more experience at play calling than your OC & your HC had a less than stellar NFL career at a position on the team you coach which is a troubled position on that team then & your not real sure how to coach it up to fix it something needs to change !! Blast away Bills fans !!

The hard part about it is making a college coach & a mediocre (by all standards) one time NFL player see a NFL coaching decision that needs to be made for the betterment of the team . Seeing as he was the mediocre player i don't expect him to see above average talent at his position to make a NFL coaching decision , thats why it took so long to put Urbik back in the line up where a year ago he got a extension because of his steady play at the position .

If so that would be the high light of his career !!

Every one was saying by putting Orton in it would hurt EJ . Well EJ was hurting not only himself but the team too with his below average play .. Every game that Orton has played he has put up over 100 more per game than EJ which is better for the team & won 2 games that we would have lost with EJ at the helm . So go ahead & hate some Orton but he's got my vote going forward until we find a young QB or a veteran to replace Orton ...

Been to the Ralph a couple of times & i don't see where the visitors say that the venue sucks ? The sight lines are great , you can see well from just about any where in the stadium . I don't get why the tax payers should pay for the stadium with the NFL being the ones to get all or most of the profits . Let Goodell & others give back a bit of their yearly salary & put it in a stadium fund that every 5th or so year a team starting with the team that has the oldest venue to get a new on . If Goodell gave back $20 million a year of his $44 million & the NFL put lets say $500 million every year from their multi BILLION $ a year TV contract the NFL & the teams could pay cash over a short period of time & have the tax burden be nothing on the fans . But i guess where greed is involved with multi millionaires you just want more !!

WOW you must not have watched 2 years ago when he was averaging 6 ypc what were you on vacation ? It's called game planning to the strengths of your players or having a true grasp of running a NFL offense which Hackett has neither !! He may WANT to but just by looking at the caliber of talent he has to work with & the result you can tell dude is WAY off the mark !!

Well if he does get a $50 million contract you will know that the same folks are still running the team but i would think Terry will have something to say about that . But Chris Brown answered a question in Fan Friday about the resigning long term of Spikes that they would have to look at his over all production , well if they would have done that with Fitz he would have never got that contract & rightly so .. But Spikes has elevated this D to be one of the pieces of making this a great D along with Schwartz & the others brought in to beef it up so why do they always seem to sign the slackers but the good ones they have to wait & see what's up with that ??
