Eagles sign Carson Wentz to 4 year, 128 mill extension
T master replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Talk about freakin ridiculous !! Really to play a dam game !! ? https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/06/06/six-years-154-7-million-for-carson-wentz/ -
Please read the attached link in the post which has a lot to do with what i wrote, then remember back to before the draft when the "football exec" said (as i wrote in the post) that he didn't think Beane was headed in the right direction or something to that effect ! Then there is the past 17 yrs that the Bills were nothing to brag about & yes there has been some good talk but to Robinson's thing i believe was more for shock value & TV ratings of sorts because as he said in his statement that it is still June which left me to believe he said it more for TV, but i hope he's right !! But to reference your reply yes i have been listening Thanks though !! GO BILLS

Kevin Johnson making strong push for #2 CB

He had better hope he's not doing the Peterman impression during mini OTA's & mini camp !! It would really suck if they let a good player walk & find out come game day dude ain't putting out what he was in practice . Just saying please McD make sure this time cause last time disaster struck !! I hope he does work out to be a good get but patience grass hopper ... -
Short of winning a Super Bowl (and that may not even do it) will convince the NFL or the media that Buffalo is a respectable, upstanding community, & franchise . Every thing that happens with in the Bills region is never good enough !! Brandon Beane in his short tenure here has taken a team with a dismal at best cap situation/roster & turned it into one of the better situations in the entire NFL but does he get any props for doing so ? NO !! Then there's the NFL exec that said earlier this year he doesn't see the direction that Beane is taking the Bills in to be a good one ... WHAT? In 2 short years the direction & out look of our Buffalo Bills has made a turn to look better than it has in 17 yrs & no one gives the Bills credit where it is due ! Being one of the older clubs to go through all the ups & downs of the economy over the years not to mention the economy of the area it self not being the greatest yet they have always pulled through but not according to the Jerry's of the league and the Bills not being "America's Team" ? BS !! sorry ? the Bills are always on the out side looking in it seems !! I read a article that tells how the reigning Super Bowl champs a team that has been on a unprecedented winning streak for some 20 yrs have done so good at balancing their cap & all NS tell us something we don't know !! If they hadn't done that do you think they would have the winning record as long as they have ? Not thinking so just saying !! But the teams like our Bills that have been irrelevant & out of the play offs for a record amount of time & have finally pulled themselves out of a hole & are beginning to look as if they are heading in a good direction under BB & McD get no props !! COME ON MAN !! https://billswire.usatoday.com/2019/05/31/bills-brandon-beane-snubbed-on-list-recognizing-cap-management/ Then last but definitely not least there is Goodell a native of the area, he grew up in Jamestown & knows more than most about the area & what the people can financially afford, he talks about how the Bills need a new stadium (toting the NFL line) to stay relevant . Not one mention of the state of the art work out & rehab facilities the Pegs have built at the stadium, he never once mentions how much the players dig where & who they are playing for but it's always the down side of things never finding the good in what's happening here ! And how a brand new stadium is the only way the Bills can stay relevant Bottom line !! If the Bills win they will come & it doesn't matter if they are playing in a $1.6 Billion brand new stadium or they are still at New Era but that's not in the NFL's best interest !! I for one hope the Bills kick every ones A** with out a new stadium & proves them all wrong, the NFL , the Media all of them (evil laughter) ? HA HA HA HA HA !!!

GMFB “Bills will win the AFC East!”
T master replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
DAM I LIKE IT !!! -
Just read some direct quotes from Goodell at the golf tourney & his logic is no where near logical but one word tells it all pretty much in a nut shell ! Goodell said "A stadium is going to maintain the kind of fan base that's going to keep the team competitive & allow US to be successful in that market" The stadium although it needs to be fan friendly & have certain creature comforts has nothing to do with weather the team is successful IMHO, if the players are happy in the fact that the owners are giving them everything they need to succeed like the brand new work out facilities the Peg's had built then they are going to play hard for that owner & be healthier for it !! Just because you have a $1.6 Billion stadium doesn't mean there will be more fans it means the opposite if it means pricing the fan out of the stadium one would think ! Sure it's nice to look at but these num nuts have to think of more than the NFL's agenda & wallet, which is the part of Goodells statement to me that stuck out the most was the part when he said "us" (which is the reason why i put it in capital letters) that one word immediately made me think us being the NFL to be successful in that market The Bills have been here since the 60's & have made it through good & bad does that not mean they are a successful franchise ? Sure they (meaning the NFL) are in this to make money but where does greed over rule what's best for the fans & their region ? Goodell of all people growing up in the area should know what the region can afford & knows if the Bills win the place will be packed snow or not ! Also the players have said that the Bills have some of if not the best work out facilities in the league which is pretty telling ! I think the entire stadium thing is a NFL push (Jerry & his hench man) & has more to do with them than the actual fans that support the team, I've been to the Ralph a number of times & never had a terrible experience, sure the old girl may need some upgrades but all the yuppy crap like super fast internet & hand warmers at every seat , TV's all over so you can stay inside & watch the game SCREW ALL THAT !! If you want to do the yuppy game day thing & text all your buddies & do selfies through out the game & not even pay attention to what's going on on the field then throw a party at your house if you want to watch live football then go to the game & watch it . The Pegs are doing a lot of things to the stadium & i think it would be asinine if they sank all they have into the place to just shut it down in a few year because Big Brother (NFL) tells us all what they think we need as fans to stay relevant ? !! Sorry for the rant ?

Nissan Stadium in Nashville
T master replied to Original Byrd Man's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I live in the Nashville area for the last 10 yrs but have yet to go to a game but am planning on going to this Bills game if i'm not working which involves travel, but from everything i do know about the down town experience you won't be dissatisfied ! I do have family that frequents games & concerts at the stadium & they never have a bad thing to say now they are in their 20's & when i was that age i did a lot more of those kinds of things so take that for what its worth from this old Ba*ta*d that i have apparently turned into ? but i don't think you could have a terrible time going to a game here ! Hope to see all you Bills fans at the game i'll be sporting my new red Kyle Williams jersey !! GO BILLS !! -
Who goes up on the Buffalo Bills “Wall of Shame”
T master replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
As excited as Ed looked this year to be drafted by the Bills Maybin at first glance the yr he was drafted looked as disinterested that he was chosen by the Bills & for that he is my all time bust/worst player the Bills ever had or will, he from the minute they called his name was such a phony attitude i felt he was full of S**T from the first look to his last days here !! -
Who goes up on the Buffalo Bills “Wall of Shame”
T master replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
WOW as much as i love what the 2 of them are doing with the team & how they are building it's real hard to argue that point because that was a colossal miss on evaluating that guy !! But from what little bit i've heard from Oakland he has sold Gruen on how good he is doing out there which will be the guys last chance because if he does the same thing there in games that he did here the NFL will bury him in the unemployment line !! -
Stadiums with the Most Expensive Food and Drink
T master replied to Scott7975's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
But has one of the cheapest ticket prices & season tickets in the league, the team has to make money some how wait till the NFL makes them get a brand new $1.5 BILLION stadium then we will here you B***H about how much a dam hot dog costs when you r paying $150 a ticket & god only knows how much if your a season ticket holder I wonder what the Falcons fans think about what they have to pay for their tickets & i'll bet their hot dogs are pretty dam expensive & the beer is served in gold chalice's don't need none of that in B/lo !!! -
I think the Bills can stay stable with out a Jerry world in Buffalo & i believe that if you ask the coaches a 4 game pre season is needed to figure out their depth chart & to implement offensive & defensive schemes ! If they are worried about injury then increase the roster ! The only thing the NFL is thinking by taking away pre season games & adding games is MO MONEY MO MONEY MO MONEY !!

Who is Your Favorite New Player to This Point ?
T master posted a topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Each year there are new guys brought in to compete for a spot on the team that fast become favorites of us the fans hear on this & other sites that we frequent, past years we have had those players like Brandon Reilly, Torell Troup, & others that became those we as fans route for to become players that we want to make the team . Then of coarse there are the players that have endeared them selves for ever that have been the underdog & through hard work & a Bills like mentality have become fan favorites for life those being Fred Jackson, Kyle Williams, Stevie Johnson & so on . Of this years players brought in i have seen & heard one of the players that really has me routing for him, the guy just seems to be a typical Bills type of player & has had a similar career route to the NFL as one of our favorites being that of Fred Jackson, this new player that i really am hoping makes the team & could be a starter is Ty Nsekhe . He has had a couple of interviews on GMFB & other places, he has also been in the arena football league just to make a paycheck & to hone his skills he seems to be a very humble player & thankful to be playing in the NFL which with a lot of the prima donna's running around the NFL the kind of humbleness Ty display's is a welcome sight ! Another player i have grown fond of & would like to see on the team is Singletary . I was wondering if you as fans have heard of other players that have had the same effect on you one that you see them as being a good fit not only as a player but some one that is that Kyle Williams type that just comes in does their job, doesn't run their mouth & when they do talk shows they have something other than just them selves to talk about that also has a humble out look to being in the NFL . I guess there area a lot of those kind of players to choose from on this team because it doesn't seem that McBeane wants those kind of players that run their mouth & are typical "Look at ME" NFL player which i for one am very thankful for ! Some of the guys in the league now make TO's look at me moment's look tame in some ways ? !! Well let us know if you have a favorite to this point, one that you really hope sticks & has a chance to be another Bills fan favorite ... -

Greatest Comeback Game Ball at Albright Knox Art Gallery.
T master replied to akcash's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Those teams of the 90's for the Bills had a lot of things that they did that quite possibly will never be duplicated & that game could very easily be one of them, all them other teams fans give us Bills fans S**t about going to the big game 4 times & not winning but i don't believe that will ever happen either ! But when they talk about that they never say that they were AFC Champs 4 years in a row & whooped up on our division for most of that teams existence with those players they just focus on the negative !! I for one will stick by our Bills till the end good, bad, or indifferent !! -
Should The Bills Let Rudolph Lead the TE Sled ?
T master posted a topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We all know by now that Tyler Kroft has rebroken his foot & will be out for the immediate future, If this foot thing could become a huge problem going forward should the Bills look else where for their next TE ? Kyle Rudolf is not having much luck with his contract talks with the Vikings & they don't have a lot of cap room & the Bills have more than they do so do you all think we should be in talks with the Vikings to trade for Rudolph & let him lead the sled in the TE room ? He has been one of the best in the league for the last few years & would be a great addition for Josh & the receiving corp not to m mention a great vet for the rookies to learn from ! Here is a link to a article that tells most about the situation . https://www.cover1.net/buffalo-bills-tyler-kroft-injury-kyle-rudolph/ What say you Bills fans i think it would be a great insurance policy incase Kroft's foot ailment turns into a bigger thing & seeing that this is the second time his foot has been broke & if it is the same foot if i was McBeane i would be a bit concerned to say the least . -
When this guy came out of college and was running around telling every one just how great he was & how great he was going to be i thought to my self this guy is a piece of work & wasn't real sure how he could be Kellen WInlsow's son because i don't remember him being that way . I thought maybe with a few hard hitting veterans giving him a welcome to the big boys league it may have humbled him a bit & when his actions didn't cover what his mouth was spewing i was like well there he has proven just what he is really like, then when he got brought to the Browns & he wasn't quite so boisterous that maybe he has grown as a person & i was hoping that his immaturity was part of his past but apparently it wasn't ! I just wonder what the old man this of all his goings on since he is his name sake & every time his son is in the news the connection is made to his dad .

Bengals move Cordy Glenn to Guard
T master replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Given that Williams was one of the top draft picks at the LT position & if he lives up to that we know Cordy is a good player & if he plays up to his potential that could be one intimidating left side of their O line something Dalton will love !! -
Okay you got me i checked it out & of the backs i mentioned which really surprised me Peyton had the highest average carries per game over his career around 20 Campbell was next around the 19 mark & OJ was 3rd with around 17 . As you said the others were more dependent on their counterparts to give them a breather i guess . Of all the top backs Barry is 1st with 26 per game Walter 2nd with 20, Emmit & J. Brown at 19 all of these are average of attempts to games played which if you went even farther there would be some seasons with a higher average per yr than others but this is over all or a guesstimate if you would call it that nothing official !
