  1. That's great 1 of his 4 runs through out the entire game if thats all they are going to use him then trade the guy to another team might just as well send Singletary with him he only got 8 carries the entire game !!
  2. Yah a bit more i just read a thing on Rumblings that Singletary was on the field 69% of the time & Gore was on there the other times of those times Singletary got 8 count them EIGHT carries Gore got 4 for a total of 12 carries through out the entire game WTH are these guys thinking ? Okay so don't run to set up the pass but for christ sake at least run the ball more than 12 freakin times in a game !! COME ON MAN !!
  3. Thats pretty S**TTY 8 carries for the entire game Gore had like 4 carries WTF !! If McD doesn't know WTH is wrong with his offense not scoring any points he might want to start here to notice that the guy can't score if they don't touch the ball !!
  4. Okay if what you say is true i get it, but if what is said in the article i referred to is correct & the stats running the ball are that good then why not use it more in game, wouldn't that be better to utilize something more that is helping the cause rather than side lining it or using it less ? Just asking ...
  5. I would say that your post is part true but there is a lot more than just star talent that is needed ! If you look at yesterdays opponent they are loaded with "Star Names" OBJ , Landry, Mayfield, Chub, & yet they are 3 & 6 so just name alone doesn't do much ! Plus i think that the prima donna factor has something to do with them . It is more the player matching the scheme along with the coaches too all things have to be aligned to make a team great the bickering Bills didn't do much until Marv aligned them to be great with the rest of his coaching staff . To make a point the Pats do it every year for the past almost 20 yrs with no name players pretty much & then they will get rid of the big name talent when the coach thinks they are almost out of gas or in need of a huge contract & bring in players that fit the scheme & can be coached . Until they find that chemistry here which i believe McD is on the path i don't think this team will be close to those of the Bills past !!
  6. The Bills have had a lot of good running backs including this year & at New Era Field come the end of the season you alway s need those good backs when mother nature decides to make things tough. It has been proven that you need a good running game despite what they say the NFL has become which is a passing league which is what the fans & the NFL wants to see because it's more exciting . But a running game is still very necessary in todays NFL !! Just yesterday we saw how one of the most prolific NFL QB's in todays game threw for over 400 yds & 3 TD's lost the game to the Titans, that QB being Mahomes, which sure it looks good on paper & is a ton more exiting for the fans but does it alone win games & more important championships ? Most championship teams have a really good run game they can depend on to pick up those tough yards it also opens up the pass from any thing i've read about this game, yet the Bills seem to be depending more on Josh Allen's arm than their run game . Again most things i learn about this game is from what i read & reading this article today i think Dabol still thinks he has Brady under center . https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2019/11/11/20958992/opinion-brian-daboll-buffalo-bills-need-to-stop-relying-on-the-pass-josh-allen If what this guy has written is true then the Bills need to run the ball more to set up the pass, heck even Josh has shown to be a part of that equation when he runs he picks up good yardage. If you look at what the Ravens have done with Lamar Jackson it seems to be working with him doing a bit of the running in their scheme & seeing as the NFL is a copy cat league why isn't Dabol paying attention ? Sure the run game isn't as exciting but given what the Bills have left on their schedule running the ball could give them a more potent attack & open up the WR's more while doing so . Look i'll be the first to say i'm just a fan but given what Singletary, Gore, & Yeldon bring to the field & what the out come is when they are more involved i would say go for it because the run/pass ratio yesterday & in previous loses may have been the difference between a W or a L . So what do you Bills experts think ??
  7. Beane & company never sleep when it comes to finding good players to improve the team & they always seem to have a good strategy when it comes to signing a player i think he will eventually go down as one of the best GM's the Bills have ever had for this team !!
  8. Great person , great leader for the team & above all a great example for all, i hope it works & he's he for a long time to come !! Go Bills !!
  9. That's what happens when you get a team filled with mostly prima donna's all's they need now is AB & they would have the "All Primma Donna Team" I wonder how many times Wyatt Teller has called Beane & begged for him to get him out of there ( I feel for the guy) if i was him i would have asked for a trade by now or moved on to the XFL in hopes to be brought back into the NFL later ...
  10. IMHO i wish the entire london/mexico thing would just go away !! This is an american game let's leave it that way ? !!
  11. All the games the Bills have won to this point they should have won & if they wouldn't have they would be a really bad team but they have now they need to take the next step to prove that they are taking the next step & beat those teams that every one else thinks they will lose . Like the Eagles, Cowboys, Ravens, & most importantly the Pats then they can all go suck a rotten egg !!
  12. Could be because he's a great leader, a great team mate, always gets double teamed to open some one else up, always gets pressure up front, & he is very durable not to mention dependable . Oh and he's not a diva !!!
  13. Mr. Beane we would like to introduce you to the Bills new starting DT so can we get the man paid ?? Thank You the fans !!
  14. I think after the Eagles game it left a bad taste for every fan that should have been a game a good team wins & they made some weakness known which is a good thing because now they can work on it before the post season comes around . If they hadn't been exposed in the run game they might have went through out the season thinking they were okay & could have learned to little to late but now they can correct it & move forward but until they take it to a really good team i'll be a touch skeptical ... Which could be the reason why the media acts the way it does towards the Bills .
  15. Phillips has been playing up to his draft position & i hope Beane signs him he'll be a really good player for the Bills for a few years & when Harry gets back the inside of the D line will be strong for a while to come !!
  16. Disappointing in a sense but we have all seen a lot worse being Bills fans !!
  17. I never saw in him what the "experts" saw in him for sure & now he's showing me that i was right & i love it !!
  18. Being a Bills fan we have seen just about all of the epic falls from grace that we can possibly imagine but i am one that holds hope that this team will be different ! I am not convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that Josh is "The Guy" just because of his inconsistency, sure he has a great arm, seems to be a great leader, can move really well, but accuracy is what they said it was coming out of college . He has improved but he has some similarity's to former Bills QB's EJ & Tyrod so until he shakes those comparisons in my mind he won't be "The Guy" but i am & will continue to hold out hope & when he can beat the teams like the Eagles the ones that are above just average then & only then will i say Okay he's our guy 100% !!
  19. Not really surprised with your statement these are the fans that threw uno balls and cussed out santa remember ? Any big city with a team especially on the east coast has those fans they can't just do some fun jabbing about it they have to take it all the way ! Don't go to LA either remember the guys that got stabbed in LA at the baseball game ? Thats why i dig B/lo so much the city is small enough to have some moral structure left in it's thought pattern & way of life, sure Bills mafia isn't to smart when it comes to jumping off things onto folding tables (which is pretty foolish) but at the end of the day that's on them & not on other teams fans ...
  20. Thanks for the intelligent & insightful answer that i was looking for & figured the normal reply's but hey at least three is one worth reading !! I'm not in a area to watch any of the games so i have to see what little i can on video from replay so i don't really know how he is doing although i have seen him in the back field a few times i guess i was just expecting more form his early draft position ! Thanks !!
  21. Let me start by saying I really like Allen as a leader & as a Bills type player not to mention his arm talent but his knock was his accuracy & to this point it has come up a few times & i really hope he can be "The Guy" in Buffalo because he would be a great fit . That being said the Bills had another QB not to long ago that had a good arm did a lot better in college than did Allen & had the same kind of knock against him coming out of college about his accuracy & he is no longer in the league that being EJ Manuel . Then you have the fact that there are 2 QB's thrust into the position in the last 2 seasons that have tore it up in Minshew in Jacksonville & the kid in SF Mullens last year that have taken the opportunity & turned it into gold ! Plus Teddy Bridgewater ain't doing to bad to this point in his resurgence ! I hope Josh can turn it on but if what this post's findings are true & he doesn't show real improvement quickly do they need to move on & grab one of those guys before some one else does or can the QB coach bring him along ? Let's keep our fingers crossed !!
  22. Okay i have been thinking about this for a while & i know that you the Bills fans will give your honest & unbiased opinion on it & some of you may even call me a dum ass for suggesting it but my skin has grown pretty thick since posting here so i'll throw this against the wall & see if it sticks . In the Bills past there has been a few players that they had brought on board at one position have seen some potential in them & thought that that could be utilized better at another position, the one that we most recognize with is of coarse Jason Peters he came to the Bills as a TE & they changed to LT to be one of the best to ever play the position for his entire career ! Oh & don't forget George Wilson changed from WR to a safety or DB what ever it was . The Bills have recently gotten a rookie that was said to play out of position in college (but did better there than what i've seen in the NFL to this point) & that when they brought him here they would put him at a different position better suited for him but to this point i'm not really seeing it . Ed Oliver is the player that i am talking about if you haven't guessed already . Upon him being drafted they said by putting him in the position he is now he would be a lot better player but from what i have seen to this point he is doing okay but the players here in the NFL are so much bigger than him although strong as he may be when you are out weighed by any where from 30 to 60 lbs that's got to be tough !! So i was thinking given his size, his get off & motor would he be better suited to be a DE opposite Hughs ? I've looked at some resent & past DE's in the NFL & he isn't as tall but around the same weight . Boss in SF is 6'4" 260 ish Bruce was 6'4" about the same in weight Oliver is 6' 1" 286 ? witch could give him a advantage at getting under a O lineman to get around him on the edge . I claim to be a fan & want the players the Bills get to have the best opportunity to produce but i don't really see Ed being that super talent at the position in the middle they need more of the Jordan Phillips/Horrible Harry in the middle than Ed IMHO. So is there anything to this thought or have any of you had the same thought, or is this just a fan dreaming of what might be nothing but a pipe dream ?
  23. He was one i was sad to see go the guy always left it all out on the field ! But it's not really a surprise seeing as the Fins are in tank mode the only guy on the team that gives a crap about winning is Fitz & if i was him i would be afraid of being traded !!
