With the draft coming up & looking at all the players coming out with all the so called experts telling us fans who they think are the best players to draft & what they think our team should do there has always been this thought of don't draft for need but take the BPA . Why if you would have a certain player on your board as the BPA at that pick yet you have a need say at RT like the Bills do & there is a RT say the next player on your board or 2 players away on your board why wouldn't you take him ? He is a player that is needed & if you can insert him immediately into the line up wouldn't that make more sense than taking the BPA at a position that isn't as much of a need to help the team win sooner ? Especially if the BPA has to sit behind a player say like Hughes or T. White to get playing time . I get it if you have a team full of veteran players that are the corp players on the team for years to come then yes you take the BPA but in the Bills situation is it that far fetched to take a player of need that can start immediately if he is close to the BPA player at your pick rather than getting a player of the future ? I think they would get more applications if they brought back the old BB the new one looks like barney I get that they want him to be kid friendly but dang he sure isn't intimidating at all !!

This could be a good get as long as he passes the physical & his shoulder is okay give him a decent 1 yr contract & see how it works while grabbing a top rookie O linemen this would also give some veteran leadership in the room as the rookies learn the system I'm in !!

We all know how big of a blessing it is to be one city of 32 that have a NFL franchise in it thanks to our late owner Ralph Wilson & also to the new owners the Pegula's for keeping the team in B/lo ! We also know that owners & players alike are subject to rules within the NFL that hold them to a higher standard & accountability than other cooperations because of their popularity, visibility, & the bigger than life personna of being the best of the best in the athletic world . With in the last few years we have seen what making a bad decision in the NFL can cost someone that has worked their entire life to become a part of the biggest sporting attractions in America . Names like Kareem Hunt, Reuben Foster, Ray Rice, & Greg Hardy to name a few that have either ruined their careers or have had their careers almost ruined by foolish decisions they have made . The rules don't just apply to the players either it applies to ownership as well ! We here fans of the Bills have been very lucky in that the 2 owners of the Bills have been very highly regarded & not done anything to bring negative attention to the team, sure their have been bad decisions as far as firing coaches, (Wade Phillips) not bringing really good players back, (London Fletcher) & other things like that but nothing bad in a morality sense . Recently the owner of the Panthers has stepped down because of things he had done to bring negative attention to the team in which he owned & he sold the team to avoid bringing shame to the franchise & him self along with some pressure from the NFL more than likely to do so . I am wondering now with the latest scandal within the NFL ownership ranks being the latest world champion New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft if any one here thinks he will be pressured to move on from the team as to save face in the NFL ? Do you think the most recognizable, winningest franchise owner in the last 20+ years will be asked by Roger Goodell & other owners to get out of the NFL ? What would be a punishment worthy of the crime ? Is his crime being looked at as the same or worse than Richardson's bad decisions ? Is alleged sexual harassment in the work place worse than solicitation for sex ? What say you ? We all know these Billionaires can have most anything in life that they want but they have to live up to what the NFL sees as life worthy of being a NFL owner/player, will this action by Kraft be enough for them to ask for his resignation in so many words when the investigation is concluded ? Or will this be over looked or kept out of the public eye so they can continue on in NE as they have for the last few decades ? Also if they go onto win another SB with Kraft as the owner how will that be looked at & dissected in the media surrounding the most watched games on TV ? Will they just not show him in the luxury box during the game, how will this be handled by the NFL & the media that loves the game so much ? I hope this post has a different angle than the others about Kraft if not i apologize !! I know there are others & if this is the same then they can block it or remove it as to not waste our time rehashing the same things .

EJ was a good team mate & a hard worker we all were hoping he could be turned into the player that Whaley made him out to be in his mind & probably a better coach wouldn't have hurt just saying ! I'm glad to see he is getting a chance to still do something that he loves !!

That's was awesome thanks for posting this it was great to see how it all came to be & from my times being there to watch games i still think it's not as bad a stadium as these yuppy fans that go to games use the internet & snap chat with their friends seem to think it is but such is the way the world is going & so is the NFL ! The stadium has great sight lines from most anywhere in the place & i can't imagine with the money they have put in since the last time a was there how much better it could be, i know i here some fans still complain about it but hey this is the Bills fan base some hated Flutie so what does that tell you ?

I totally Agree !! Browny is so much more knowledgeable than Murph & you would think being around the game as much as he has he would know more but does't . It could be from being around the Bills as long as he has maybe he took on the Kay Stephenson, Hank Bullough train of thought when it comes to football because i've never seen a guy flip flop so much & stay with players or a direction that have shown little to no upside to the future of the team than he does. He even has a tendency to piss Browny off when he's on the show filling in with his over views of things of how the team needs to do things no clue !! I knew it was said when i started to miss Donald Jones insight to the show need i say more ??? Oh & as a side note they need to fire who ever chooses their music intro's for the show terrible !! Just saying .

I think depending on who is gone i would want to take the best O line player available with the first pick, I know they say not to draft for need but the BPA that may be the scenario but i would hope to get either the O lineman from Bama or the one from the Gators if they are still there simply because then you could have a guy to stick with Josh for a long while ... Because if he is running like he had to last year he can't really develop as a passer & there is a bigger possibility of him getting hurt while doing so . And to your comment on being "far more Bills Like" i think those days are behind us this regime unlike many others from the past seem to have a good plan in place & have implemented it as we can see because of the amount of cap space there is so i hope as i said those days are behind us !!

It's all about the money to him nothing else matters he has no loyalty's to any one or any thing but a dollar i hope the Bills stay away from him or AB both are bad for football but both are what the new football is becoming which will ultimately make the game go in a different direction ...

You would think after missing that pay check & being able to sit back & see where he made his mistakes & how that a bit of maturity mixed in with reality could have hopefully taught him something I hope Bean asks around the building to see what kind of guy he was & then possibly brings him in for a talk to see where his head is at least the kid had some potential & if he would have stayed on the path he started as a rookie here no telling how good he could have been for the Bills !! That would be one of those contracts that would come back to bite you which is the contracts that Bean has tried & successfully done away with the only thing this guy cares about is the money he has no loyalties only to the all mighty $ ... I know there is a ton of talk here & else where lately on the Antonio Brown situation but there are a couple of things with in the situation that i don't understand & i was wondering if any of the Bills fans here could give some clarification to these things of which i sit & ponder ? ? Okay we all know that AB is not happy because of what ever happened in Pittsburg & recently he & his agent met with Mr. Rooney to see where this whole thing stands. We also know that prior to this meeting Mr Rooney was trying to reach out to see if the situation could be fixed so that told me that he really didn't want AB to leave but apparently AB has had strong enough reasons to want to leave & Mr. Rooney is now in a place where he knows he may as well just let him go because of what ever reasons he has . Now comes the part where i need the help ! Seeing as the Steelers JUST redid his contract for really big money & more than likely he had a ton of guarantees in that contract (& both sides agree'd to the contract) if AB is the one that wants out WHY should the Steelers be stuck honoring the monetary part of the contract but AB isn't expected to honor his end of the contract ? Also when AB goes to another team just like the situation with Fitz yrs ago AB will not only be getting paid from the Steelers but from his new team too ! Which in the future will tell other prime donna types that if i just decide i want to be a jack ass after i agree to a huge contract & i decide i don't like something i can leave & i can make a lot more money !! Ive heard in the past players saying derogatory remarks about the NFL owners (& possibly other major sports owners) mind set about how they conduct things but dam where do i sign up for a multi million dollar deal just so i can walk away & still get all the money for something that i no longer have to do the work for I'll do that crap all day long & be a happy camper ! Isn't there some kind of stipulation some where that says if the player doesn't want to honor the former contract they signed that he can walk & get paid if he can find another team that is willing to take on that contract & it's monetary commitment but not by the previous team if it is the players decision to not honor his end of the contract ? I could see like in the Fitz situation they signed the contract & then the "Team" decides to cut the player then that's on the team they should pay the guy because he is willing to fulfill his end of the contract . You see this all the time !! Just this year with Clay he still makes like $4.5 Mill from the Bills because they cut him . But this case is the opposite & if it is the opposite shouldn't the rules be the same in as if the player decides for what ever reason (other than injury) not to honor his end that he should be made to give up at least something ? Mr.Rooney reached out repeatedly to AB (it seemed) to resolve the issues at hand but in the end AB didn't want to or as it sounds both sides have come to the conclusion that things couldn't be rectified so they would agree to disagree & AB will be leaving & is making out like a bandit yet some one else will sign him & he will be twice as rich collecting on 2 contracts just because he wants to be that guy !! ? I don't know what the rules are but something just doesn't seem to be right & if it is right it sure doesn't seem fair . Is there any one out there that can add some clarification to this ?

If by some chance the Bills do decide or should i say the Bills are pressured into building a new stadium sometime in the future they will have the best practice facility in the entire NFL . I just don't understand how Buffalo fans will be able to support the big ticket prices & all those fancy new crap that is unnecessary your there to watch football & drink beer if you need to be on the internet watching your phone being a yuppy then stay home & watch the game on TV ! Just do what they did in Miami & build a roof that is retractable over the place it can be done !!

Seeing as a young QB needs a good TE to bail them out from time to time thats probably why they brought him in . Good luck with that !! ?

It didn't go quite as planned but they definitely came out smelling like a rose ! We all second guessed a lot of moves this past year me being one of the biggest passing judgement on some of the decisions made but it looks as if it worked out for the best ! Now if they can just get a O line to give the dude some time so he's not running for his life not that that was a bad thing but if he is to develop a high powered passing game he needs to have time & a good O line is the only way he can do that !!

Dude had some wheels i love the long runs where he just pulls away from the defenders that was one hell of a year he had here to bad it was only one he was a great person & a really good team mate !! Too bad he was a 1 & done player ...
