AB Thinks He Doesn't Need It, He's a Millionaire !!
T master replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm with you he forgets that it's not just him that it's all about put him in a offense with Bortels as his QB & see where he's at after a couple of seasons ! I personally hope that is what happens to him to humble his arrogant ass a bit then maybe he will realize just how good he had it with Ben throwing him the ball . I think it comes from always being the guy as a young person then the time comes that the other guy that is as good or better than you comes along like Ju Ju & you have to become the really good number 2 & you cry & whine about it rather than being a team guy & here they are ... While reading this article it's a given that he ain't coming to B/Lo the last verse says it all & i for one am really glad for it !! Just read the very last paragraph that will tell us all we need to know about what McD thinks !! https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2019/3/5/18248908/brandon-beane-sean-mcdermott-no-place-for-no-1-wide-receiver-nfl-2019-buffalo-bills-head-coach -
Our thoughts on Jim Kelly when he fled for the USFL
T master replied to Bing Bong's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
TO put it mildly for sure !! I was so pissed when he just dissed the Bills & he was pretty open about not wanting to play here in a way i'm kind of hoping that the USFL screwed the pants off of him !! I'm not sure what Pollen told him to finally get him to come here but i know the Bills fans changed his thoughts about the Bills & the city of Buffalo seeing that he is now a permanent fixture in Buffalo . -
How can you possibly have a SECOND team that you root for?
T master replied to Bakin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well after reading what i am about to say this may confuse you even more but here it goes ! Let me start by saying i have been a Bills fan since the Electric company & the saying "Miami's got the oranges but we got the Juice" so i've been around for a minute & i has liked other teams along the way & routed for them . That team the fins i use to love them when they had Csonka, Kick, Morris, Warfield, there was just something about that team . But i think the biggest reason i have a affiliation with my now second team is because 1 i live in the area now & 2 after the Bills run in the 90's i wanted a team that had a possibility of making it to the play offs a bit more than our teams have it was so depressing after Ralph stepped in & fired Wade our last winning coach & interfered with the people he hired to make the team a winner . Although i still loved the Bills i just thought this guy is one of those that mettles to much in team workings to have another winning team i don't know how Marv lasted long enough to do what he did ? Don't get me wrong i am very thankful for what Ralph did for Buffalo & the NFL, bringing a team there & keeping it there & then selling it to someone that has the same passion for the city & the team that he did but i just needed a secondary out let & it seemed as though for a while when the Bills would lose the Titans would win & vice a versa . Yes i know that you all will think i'm crazy because the Music City Miracle & Wade were the last time we had a shot at the play offs & maybe that had something to d with it me becoming some one to route for the last team that screwed us out of the playoffs but it is what it is !! GO Bills !! -
At one point & time in the NFL there were guys willing to work their butts off to be the best show up & do what it took to let their legacy be written on the field & eventually in the holy grail of football the HOF . Even Marshawn Lynch with the way that he handled some things gave the game & it's fans something to route for when he stepped on the field being the guy that conformed to the rules but did it in a way with that mischievous style but still conformed to what was asked of him, but then there are the other guys ! The guys that have this "it's all about me & my way" belief ! I don't mind guys that are like let's say Steve Smith he was very out spoken but was a team guy, TO with all his antics & even when he stood on the star in Dallas he didn't cut me like some of these players today . And to this point i have not seen one which i didn't see it coming & i'm not sure if any one did before this but AB has just totally made me not like the guy even given all he has done on the field what he has done off the field has ruined it for me ! He has done this most recent interview & it tells me as a fan all's i need to know he says "he doesn't need the game" that made him a millionaire that "he's going to do it his way or he's not going to do it at all because he's a millionaire & doesn't need to do it the way a certain team might want him to" ? ! http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001020572/article/antonio-brown-i-dont-even-have-to-play-football Sorry but i hope after seeing this he get's to ride off into the great white north & play for the CFL or something & no team in the NFL gives him another shot ! This guy is going to charge a kings ransom to get on a team & if he doesn't like any thing the team is asking of him to do he'll quit on them again & still collect his millions & cry all the way to the bank while doing it because he will have his contract guaranteed . I feel sorry for the fool that signs him because this guy is a cancer to any team that is will ing to take the chance to put him on their roster !! I think McD & company can see that to or at least i hope so because he's broadcasting loud & clear to all that will listen ... I know there are articles already on this subject but this guy is a piece of work & it just really sends me head reeling when he is as disrespectful to the exact thing that has put him where he is in his life & allowed him to live better than even he could have ever imagined it just blows me away so sorry for the clutter on the site ...

Tyree Jackson is at the combine trying to take WR’s out
T master replied to Protocal69's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think he succeeded in what he wanted to do he knew that he wouldn't be talked about much so he had to do something in order to get the collective media talking about him in some way & they fell for it now every one at one point is looking in his direction bad or good ... -
Hey Yolo, Your a guy that posts a lot on here & i do but am very technically challenged when it comes to posting on here i only know how to post & do some small edits but how would you remove a post if you edited it & it's on the front page after you realized you screwed up in how you wanted to bring back a post ? I should have just written another post in the same thought with a different title but didn't & now there is a old post that i did I don't need the posters to reread the post i only wanted basically my edit to show up but i screwed it up . Thanks ahead of time if you have any advice !!
GO Bills ...
-
Call me crazy but Peter Schrager has had the same thought as i did back in Feb when i originally wrote this. The cards would be foolish to let this opportunity go by & be sitting with 2 QB's like the Redskins did a few yrs ago. With all the teams looking to add a QB weather it be for need because of a aging QB or because of injury or heck just to acquire future draft picks this is nothing but a win, win for the Cards If Kingsbury & the GM are half the football people that they were hired to be they will make this happen !! Sorry didn't know any other way to bring this back up & looks like i screwed up on it ...

Which Ex Bills HC Would You Hire Again?
T master replied to BillyWhiteShows's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Out of your list i would have more than one. My first choice would be Perry Fewell he seemed to be a coach the guys played hard for & was in a bad spot when he got the interim job a lot of coaches out in that position don't get to prove them selves after they keep a team from going belly up . The only other one on your list that i liked was Chan, even though he didn't win a lot when he was here he was a coach that put his heart & soul into the franchise & the players & i really liked that about the guy plays he wasn't afraid to wing it down the field ! But my number one pick that wasn't on your list for obvious reasons because he would have won by a landslide is W.P. One of the biggest screw ups in Bills history was Ralph not letting him run the team as he saw fit & then firing him because Ralph made the wrong decision the guy was screwed & he still was the last winning coach the Bills had ! He's one of my all time favorite coaches because like us fans things that happened while he was here like the MCM (Music City Miracle) still bugs him & i'm sure in privet conversation he would tell us how pissed he was the day Ralph fired him ... -
Justin Houston available via trade
T master replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hughes & Houston who knows maybe Bean trades Trent Murphy for Houston that wouldn't be a bad move ... Murphy's cap hit isn't what Houston's is but neither is the play although longevity may be better with Murph given his age ? -
I was not a huge fan of Jones after his bone head offseason thing he did last year & his smooth talking demeanor in interviews but i think seeing as he was a McD guy that they took in the draft he will be a part of the team this year . He made a jump this past year & seemed as the year went on to develop a bit of chemistry with Josh, if nothing going forward i think he can be at best the #2 WR but more of a #3 guy unless he takes another jump this year then he could definitely be the #2 WR on the team . Last season he had 56 rec. for 652 yds. 7 Td's. for a 11.6 npc avg that's not terrible given the fact that there was a rookie QB that he had little to no chemistry with & they were both learning a new scheme of offense . This year it will also be his second yr in the scheme so he should feel more comfortable & take that next step so i have to say i disagree with the OP . Looking forward i think he will be on the team because he is still on his rookie deal & if nothing else he can be a good depth player if they do get some others weather in FA or in the draft .
-
He says they have to score "at least 21 points"every game or wants to so i think he gets it as what they need to do in todays game which makes it even more confusing to me why a lot of the mock drafts have the Bills taking a DT with their pick at 9 when they know the enfaces has to be on the O line first in order for Allen & the offense to advance !!

Bills rumored to be a suitor for OG Roger Saffold
T master replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well he (Saffold) was coached by one of the best being Kromer ! When he was here Ryan Groy was a really good player because i believe he was coached up & Kromer knew how to use his skill set & now under Juan which is gone but the past 2 years Groy hasn't been the player he was under Kromer ! Now if B/lo does get Saffold in FA for $10 mill a yr the Rams will pick up Groy he will go out there for a contract of say $5 mill for 2 yrs & Kromer will have him as their starting G & he will be back to the guy the Bills thought he was when they signed him because of the coach . Hopefully this new O line coach the Bills have can be a better one than what they had !! -
He says he wants to continue to try playing in the US but theres not much left unless the AAF try's to give him a shot ? I don't see that happening when Polian calls the commish of the CFL to find out exactly what happened the the commissioner of their league was the one that decided that Johnny needed to go I'm thinking he has played his last professional game ! The only way he will play football again is in the back yard with his nephews or something like that !!

With the draft coming up & looking at all the players coming out with all the so called experts telling us fans who they think are the best players to draft & what they think our team should do there has always been this thought of don't draft for need but take the BPA . Why if you would have a certain player on your board as the BPA at that pick yet you have a need say at RT like the Bills do & there is a RT say the next player on your board or 2 players away on your board why wouldn't you take him ? He is a player that is needed & if you can insert him immediately into the line up wouldn't that make more sense than taking the BPA at a position that isn't as much of a need to help the team win sooner ? Especially if the BPA has to sit behind a player say like Hughes or T. White to get playing time . I get it if you have a team full of veteran players that are the corp players on the team for years to come then yes you take the BPA but in the Bills situation is it that far fetched to take a player of need that can start immediately if he is close to the BPA player at your pick rather than getting a player of the future ? Thanks for your thoughts !!

I think they would get more applications if they brought back the old BB the new one looks like barney I get that they want him to be kid friendly but dang he sure isn't intimidating at all !!

Tyrell Williams WR Paradis C Scaffold G D Williams T J Cook TE or J James TE Draft the rest FA taken care of ... Thank You Thank You very much !! ?
-
This could be a good get as long as he passes the physical & his shoulder is okay give him a decent 1 yr contract & see how it works while grabbing a top rookie O linemen this would also give some veteran leadership in the room as the rookies learn the system I'm in !!

Two HUGE Coaching Names Who Almost Came to Buffalo
T master replied to BillyWhiteShows's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Could he have done any worse than Chan did with what he had to work with we'll never know but i liked Chan !! I think Shanny probably used the wife excuse like we all do when you really don't want to do something just blame on her & it's all good !! ? -
We all know how big of a blessing it is to be one city of 32 that have a NFL franchise in it thanks to our late owner Ralph Wilson & also to the new owners the Pegula's for keeping the team in B/lo ! We also know that owners & players alike are subject to rules within the NFL that hold them to a higher standard & accountability than other cooperations because of their popularity, visibility, & the bigger than life personna of being the best of the best in the athletic world . With in the last few years we have seen what making a bad decision in the NFL can cost someone that has worked their entire life to become a part of the biggest sporting attractions in America . Names like Kareem Hunt, Reuben Foster, Ray Rice, & Greg Hardy to name a few that have either ruined their careers or have had their careers almost ruined by foolish decisions they have made . The rules don't just apply to the players either it applies to ownership as well ! We here fans of the Bills have been very lucky in that the 2 owners of the Bills have been very highly regarded & not done anything to bring negative attention to the team, sure their have been bad decisions as far as firing coaches, (Wade Phillips) not bringing really good players back, (London Fletcher) & other things like that but nothing bad in a morality sense . Recently the owner of the Panthers has stepped down because of things he had done to bring negative attention to the team in which he owned & he sold the team to avoid bringing shame to the franchise & him self along with some pressure from the NFL more than likely to do so . I am wondering now with the latest scandal within the NFL ownership ranks being the latest world champion New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft if any one here thinks he will be pressured to move on from the team as to save face in the NFL ? Do you think the most recognizable, winningest franchise owner in the last 20+ years will be asked by Roger Goodell & other owners to get out of the NFL ? What would be a punishment worthy of the crime ? Is his crime being looked at as the same or worse than Richardson's bad decisions ? Is alleged sexual harassment in the work place worse than solicitation for sex ? What say you ? We all know these Billionaires can have most anything in life that they want but they have to live up to what the NFL sees as life worthy of being a NFL owner/player, will this action by Kraft be enough for them to ask for his resignation in so many words when the investigation is concluded ? Or will this be over looked or kept out of the public eye so they can continue on in NE as they have for the last few decades ? Also if they go onto win another SB with Kraft as the owner how will that be looked at & dissected in the media surrounding the most watched games on TV ? Will they just not show him in the luxury box during the game, how will this be handled by the NFL & the media that loves the game so much ? I hope this post has a different angle than the others about Kraft if not i apologize !! I know there are others & if this is the same then they can block it or remove it as to not waste our time rehashing the same things .

EJ was a good team mate & a hard worker we all were hoping he could be turned into the player that Whaley made him out to be in his mind & probably a better coach wouldn't have hurt just saying ! I'm glad to see he is getting a chance to still do something that he loves !!

What's your 2019 projected offensive line
T master replied to RPbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ill let you know as soon as McBean picks them ... -
That's was awesome thanks for posting this it was great to see how it all came to be & from my times being there to watch games i still think it's not as bad a stadium as these yuppy fans that go to games use the internet & snap chat with their friends seem to think it is but such is the way the world is going & so is the NFL ! The stadium has great sight lines from most anywhere in the place & i can't imagine with the money they have put in since the last time a was there how much better it could be, i know i here some fans still complain about it but hey this is the Bills fan base some hated Flutie so what does that tell you ?

Steve Tasker is horrible on One Bills Live
T master replied to BillsFan1988's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I totally Agree !! Browny is so much more knowledgeable than Murph & you would think being around the game as much as he has he would know more but does't . It could be from being around the Bills as long as he has maybe he took on the Kay Stephenson, Hank Bullough train of thought when it comes to football because i've never seen a guy flip flop so much & stay with players or a direction that have shown little to no upside to the future of the team than he does. He even has a tendency to piss Browny off when he's on the show filling in with his over views of things of how the team needs to do things no clue !! I knew it was said when i started to miss Donald Jones insight to the show need i say more ??? Oh & as a side note they need to fire who ever chooses their music intro's for the show terrible !! Just saying .
