  1. The problem of course being that you and I know next to nothing about shady in his free time.
  2. Yea, but only because a homeless guy told him he’d be good To be fair... I don’t think he’s going anywhere but those are fair comments for tonight’s evaluation
  3. Almost always glance. Often my gf won’t know the bands as well so it’s a good excuse to hone in on some tunes the week or two prior to help make sure she is familiar with what we’re actually seeing. Thats cause you were at a daughtry concert. Did people really want him to come back?
  4. Maybe stick to actual injuries and not every cramp, or rest on the sidelines? Otherwise this threads going to be useless fast
  5. Are there many arguing that?
  6. In three years this will either be an incredibly high or low moment to look back on. pretty much everything he does will be viewed through the lens of whether he succeeds
  7. There are tons of good ones left! That you didn’t know Bingham points to you needing to check out some more. There’s a pretty good group that’s outside the Nashville pop country scene and actually putting out great country/Americana/folk Saw them headline a small club show before their album came out. Great young musicians and only struggled a little filling the set. Problem is they are so dead on zeppelin that they almost seem gimmicky. They need to find themselves a bit more- but have a ton of potential.
  8. And really your 3rd DE is getting a lot of reps. Great if he steps up.
  9. This really is an odd moment, isn’t it? Im guessing we don’t get the whole story but very curious about the behind the scenes - and not even really from a Buffalo Bills drama stand point, really insert any two intertwined companies and a random exec into this and it’s interesting
  10. Says 2 practices don’t outweigh entirety of their collegiate and professional careers, and is judged by a guy with poor comprehension. its not too early to judge. It’s too small a sample to justify drastically changing judgements.
  11. That doesn’t mean they were thrilled about it could be fine, could be awkward Welcome to the board. I’d say any given day about half here think he was good at his job, depending on how you define his job
  12. Welp- that wouldn’t be great for small market teams
  13. I agree not a lock. You’ll note I have one not making the roster in my post. I’d be surprised if they cut both though. Zay would have to have a camp as disastrous as his offseason to fall outside. He’s by default in unless he finds a way to lose the spot. That you’d be shocked says exactly that.
  14. Won’t lie, it would be beyond surprising to see zay and both of this year’s picks on the outside. I think zay bumps way up that list and you get dupre, and Reilly fighting for one spot with proehl and mccloud another (loser of this battle to PS)
  15. This is buffalo fans - we sprint through brick walls pretending guys are good because they looked good in a walk through and ignore the entirety of their resume. It’s waaaaay to early to be pointing at street free agents being viable players suddenly because of the scheme
  16. Dont bring that “dupre is making plays in camp” stuff here... it’s waaaaay to early to pretend we have any idea if the scheme can get a guy like that to make plays on Sundays
  17. We will see. We heard similar from the Nate Hackett era, for instance, among several others.
  18. Ha! I’m mostly teasing. Still a good memento from a fun day
  19. If anyone understands twitter, it’s ritchie.
  20. Mines totally anecdotal and not meant to say everyone’s that archetype but it seems pretty common in the folks I’ve seen that fit the rest of the mold. While you learned what not to be like, many just learn what they will think to be normal behavior and becomes the type of behavior that replicates the chemical releases they are used to experiencing. It could of courses be a variety of other causes too. Was painting with a pretty wide brush on that part.
  21. Offset language allows the Jets not to pay him a portion equivalent to what someone else would pay that year. bar napkin ridiculous example: if his year 4 salary was 10m and he’s cut and given a 1m deal elsewhere jets only owe him 9m if there’s an offset clause. So he’d only make the 10, not 11 as he would if he got this language pulled. much like the amount guaranteed scales, offset language is more normal high, and less likely as you fall down the board
  22. Theres usually a split in the top 5-10 where it goes from expectation to rarity. Darnold and allen, without digging in past contracts, are likely in opposite sides of that line. Future top 5 jet picks perhaps. Every player? Your in one of your spirals where you start with crazy talk instead of conceding nuance. For the third pick? Yea, probably. He’s pretty much guaranteed three years and if he crashes and burns so badly he’s cut before year 4 he isn’t getting much money elsewhere to offset that salary for the season.
  23. Theres always been the people that fight in public places. Some people are just drama seeking. They tend to grow up in it, and seek partners that like it and then do it themselves. Now instead of a front yard, family bbq, restaurant or bar they have social media. An athlete that gets with a teenage instagram model is a prime pairing to likely be “that couple”
