no concerts have changed their pricing dramatically the last 5-7 years. That’s not normal inflation within your existing budget, it’s an attempt to get a much larger slice of your pie a mid tier act in a theatre tour with dinner, parking and a babysitter is more than a noteworthy vacation these days. it’s a real bummer- I used to really enjoy going to see acts that I wasn’t super familiar with or big names in genres that weren’t my cup of tea typically- but the cost to get in the door makes it prohibitive. I have to be much more intentional about my entertainment dollars it’s a real bummer for being into art just for art’s sake and wanting to expand horizons

yea just watched some Pickens highlights in Dallas and had some real feelings -
I’ll concede, higher than thought much more productive answer to the OP

yea but…. Did you see his sweet gear coming to the game? His folksy attitude on stage is endearing but now publicly disciplined twice, not playing well and being flashy has to be irking people in the building

some of the packages on season defining types of plays are super strange Not a specific example here but feel like we’ve seen big big moments with ray davis, Gilliam, Knox, shavers out there like at some point do you need your 5 best on the field for 4th down, 2 pointers, etc….. so it is your stance that his exact play count is perfect and can’t be questioned at all?

that’s terrible and unfortunately somewhat predictable. when debating the cook contract the fact that we refuse to use him in the biggest moments was a concern/negative. he has been electric but there’s no juice if he’s on the bench

though I’m still confused on some of the telegraphing run vs pass and where the passes to cook went this has been a weird year. No wr talent so let’s tell the defense pre snap that we are passing and let them get in an ideal pass shell

the rookie deal is the easiest. I have a hard time saying they couldn’t then, but will now. from there it’s hitting big on a couple draft classes. Having a DT, WR and CB play lights out on rookie deals is similar. Our last two drafts have too many misses so far.

Was DaQuan Jones injured in pregame Warm up?
NoSaint replied to Coldfronts's topic in The Stadium Wall
You’ll feel silly if he is! -
the offense at this point is Josh - James- dalton with some Shakir here and there the rest is just filler With dalton out, it’s a heavy cook game. And should be a cook pass catching game. he used to brady had really great designs to him previously why not now?

It’s not unfair commentary hopefully someone steps up
-
Brady used to get him space sure he dropped a few but it was so productive overall

honest question: 4th and 1 with 2 mins left down 3 in the Super Bowl: cooks on the bench? I think there’s a good chance it’s a yes and I don’t want that to be true

A Few Thoughts about the Falcons Game - Community Edition

I said last year they overachieved with near every break going their way, until KC, outside very limited situations we needed to step forward, not just run it back. To play perfect wasn’t enough. To play just good is not close to enough when the ceiling is so low outside Josh. odds are we win 12 games but it’s not a dominant team
