  1. So they can travel the world and break into other markets and fill their pockets but they can’t hire full time refs to fix the officiating… a handful more international games per season chock full of terrible play and indefensible officiating is just what the league needs to further alienate their diehard fans… these greedy tunnel-vision bastards may just throttle their golden goose someday yet.
  2. Hmmm... it's almost like Jones was chasing karma down but karma decided to slide at the last second... then when Jones eased up so as not to draw a roughing penalty karma kicked him in the junk for good measure... such a shame.
  3. Head Coach - Ryan Fitzpatrick (I challenge you to name a Bill with a bigger noggin) Offensive Coordinator - Travis Henry (prolific) Defensive Coordinator - Donte Hitner (very defensive) Special Teams Coordinator - Ritchie Incognito (doesn’t get much more special) Offensive Line Coach - Mike Williams Wide Receiver Coach - Kelvin Benjamin Tight Ends Coach - Lonnie Johnson Quarter Back Coach - Billy Joe Hoebert Running Backs Coach - Reggie Bush Defensive Line Coach - Torrel Troup Linebackers Coach - Kelvin Sheppard Safeties Coach - Cam Lewis Defensive Backs Coach - Cam Lewis Cornerbacks Coach - Cam Lewis Position coach theme: Those that can’t do…
  4. He was trying to draw a flag. The defender hit him with a cheap shot in the back when he was away from the play. Lit him up pretty good.
  5. Yes, I’m aware… even if he could, I would seriously hope he wouldn’t do this!! 🤷‍♂️ 🤣
  6. I also think they’re talented enough, but I’ve seen no stretch of games this season that gives me any confidence that they are likely to win out. I will say, however, if they win the next 2 then I expect they will win out…
  7. Seriously?!?! Are you really suggesting that there could be more than a single defensible perspective on any given issue? This is 2023, man. We are in the era of “choose a side”. The days of critical thinking leading to informed opinions and reasonable discourse are so behind us.
  8. While he’s at it maybe he could hire a challenge coach, a time out coach, an under 2 minutes left in a 1 score game coach, and a “situation that requires someone with balls to make the decision” coach.
  9. You’re correct, I don’t… Terry Pegula does.
  10. Win out and still miss the playoffs… OR Win every game until the Miami game, get a sizable lead on Miami at the half, have a defensive meltdown in the second half, have Allen lead a seeming game-winning drive leaving 6 seconds on the clock, kick it short but Miami fair catches it, give up a 75 yd play to Tyreek Hill on a zero blitz to lose the game and miss the playoffs.
  11. My votes are what I think would happen, not what I’d want to happen. If they win out and the offense keeps rolling, I think he stays and Brady is poached for a HC position. Maybe the second was more what I wished would happen, and that’s he needs to make the AFC Championship game to keep his job. Regardless, I think he brings in a DC. The more Leslie Frazier has talked about it, the less I think he was canned, so I don’t know that McDermott actually intended to be the DC going into the season.
  12. Yes and no. It wouldn’t be as devastating, but the number of things that had to align for them not to win that game is maddening, made more so by a combination of really cowardly and never-endingly stupid coaching decisions when the game was still there to be won. Regardless of the Jets, Pats and Broncos game outcomes, Sunday’s game was a microcosm of why they’ll never get over the hump with McDermott. Add in the fact their season hung in the balance and it makes it downright unforgivable.
  13. I think he put together the team that McDermott wanted, and it’s a team that a better coach could win a SB with. Can’t blame him for the constant coaching mistakes.
  14. It was in OT. Had Morrow just bumped into Allen there wouldn’t have been a call. Instead, he shoved him at the end of the play, well after the ball was thrown. I don’t even think Allen embellished it… it was just a dumb play by Morrow.
  15. Yeah, Mitchell taking aim at Sanders’s playoff production is a bad look when he supported him with a total of 1 TD and 5 INTs in 2 games. His numbers actually help support the very thing he’s arguing against. It would be akin to the no-name Jets backup/starter QB scrub chirping about a compliment paid to an actual NFL level player.
  16. He’s been in the league since 2019 and played 5 games for the Lions in 2021… he’s well acquainted with throwing picks in the NFL… https://www.nfl.com/players/tim-boyle/stats/career
  17. I’m not absolving anything that came before it of its role in the loss, but the fact remains that the Bills had a chance to win the game with Denver starting a drive with under 2 minutes at their own 25 and the defense didn’t close it out… which is a common refrain over the last several seasons. Tell me you have any confidence in this defense to make a stop on the final drive of a one score game against anyone… for all of their rankings and statistics they haven’t been that defense probably since the days of Jim Schwartz.
  18. On the way to racking up those stats this D gave up game winning drives to Mac Jones and Russell Wilson, and tried really hard to do the same with Tyrod Taylor and Baker Mayfield. The stats are what they are, same as seasons past, but the eye test suggests this defense will break at big moments with the game on the line, same as seasons past.
  19. I translated it as… “I feel like I’m” ready to put this team on my “f***ing back!”
  20. Is your reference to Diggs in the biblical or pop culture sense? I’m not sure that I have a good handle on the era…
