Jim Kelly is a first ballot hall of game quarterback with a rocket arm who played his entire career in the same stadium and same winds as Josh Allen. He ran the most innovative offense of his era and is the last quarterback in NFL history to call his own plays. The team certainly should be reaching out to schedule meetings with Jim Kelly.

Revisting 2019 Draft - D.K. Metcalf?
Charles Romes replied to Houston's #1 Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let’s face it they blew it by not taking Metcalf as did all other teams save one. Could have been the freak measurable QB teamed up with the freak measurable WR for a decade. -

The current Sunday Night game for 10/18 is West Coast so they can make a Sunday night double header 7:30 (Bills) and 10pm starts. -

Hypothetical: Chances we regret losing Daboll?

Allen has carried Dabol. Not concerned. -
Allen carried Dabol. Sam might evolve into a reliable starter but he’s not Josh Allen.

Mohamed Sanu getting released by Niners

Isn’t it nice not to think “He might be an upgrade to...” -
His first start v. The Chargers. Could not complete a pass or make a first down or do anything the first half but he never got rattled. He just stayed calm and kept processing and thinking. The chargers found themselves in a ballgame by the late third. Later his rookie year he threw a pick six versus the dolphins at home. The dolphins scored but not before Josh tracked down the DB and made a massive tomahawk chop at the ball. That showed me how much he hates to lose. As another poster said the loss on the road v the dolphins his rookie year. Still learning how to play the position but that did not stop him from putting the whole franchise on his back to try to win that game.

Anyone Else Having Trouble Dealing with this Success?
Charles Romes replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was sure that was it when Josh went out before the half. I told myself to be thankful for what he brought us in his three and a half games of brilliance. -
MNF: Pats* at Chiefs 7:05 pm CBS

This may be Hoyer’s last game. Belicheck dials up a perfect game plan to knock off the champs on the road. All he needs is average journeyman QB play to get the job done and Hoyer cannot even deliver that. -
Top Ten Deep Passers- JA at 8
Charles Romes replied to billsfan_34's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Josh seems to be throwing his deep ball at 30-60 percent maximum velocity now but the flight is the same as an average QB putting everything into it. -
Allen has stopped running??? Any reason

He should run one game a year. The AFC Championship game v. KC. -
Huge play that nobody is talking about

I gave him zero credit for the tackle. We are paying him to kick it out of the end zone every time especially in a dome like stadium. The trilogy of horrible kicks was complete when Bojo crushed it out of the end zone after Josh took the sack. Horrible kicks almost did lose this game. -
The Sporting News looks back at 2018 QB class
Charles Romes replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah surrounding him with Nate Peterman as a the mentoring veteran signal caller, Kelvin Benjamin as your #1, Zay Jones as your #2, Vlad Ducasse centering the line.. Allen’s success has been all Allen. -
Is Josh Allen too good to be true?
Charles Romes replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If he were 6’1” 210 immobile with an average arm and showed this much command of the offense and touch pass throwing he would be on track to be an all pro. His 6’5 240 frame combined with his historic arm talent and mobility piled on top of his command of the offense and touch pass throwing does in fact make him too good to be true. -
Manish Mehta: I was wrong about Josh Allen (article)
Charles Romes replied to BillsFan4's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The biggest factor in Josh’s development does not have anything to do with Jordan Palmer, Dabol, McDermott, Beane, the receivers, or the oline. The biggest factor is that he somehow survived, through his own greatness, when he was thrown completely to the wolves his rookie year. Kelvin Benjamin and Zay Jones as your 1 and 2? Your starting veteran QB is Nate Peterman? The organization was completely irresponsible in the way it treated Josh coming into the league. -
Following Baldy these video bloggers have found that the easiest way to more clicks and with zero downside is to heap boundless praise. I mean I’m happily clicking away envisioning the Lombardi but it’s a little embarrassing
