    Great job by romo! He's not restricted by what analysts have done in the past. He's making up his own rules on how to call a game and moving the art form forward.

    I haven't watched him closely but I hear he's a hit the hole north south kind of guy. That's what you need from a JAG backup. jw liked to dance around in the backfield. Can't do that unless you have shady like talent.

    Wilcotts is the best in he business IMO - always on point and does not take himself too seriously. Colinsworth is always patting himself on the back for saying smart things. Aikman tries to be professional and is just boring.

    I'd be happy with Detroit. Close enough to have fan support for a road game far enough to avoid serious complaints.

    Hoping for the miracle that all the street free agents suddenly "find it" simultaneously and the team is good by complete accident.

    This is true. The pats realize that with equal money offered any player would rather play for the pats than another team. That's where the value is. They face little competition for good players who are not good enough to be franchised.

    '92 v. The Rams. There was absolutely no suspense for weeks leading up to the game. The Players knew we were going to blow out the Rams. The fans Knew we were going to blow out the rams and the rams knew we were going to blow out the rams. The game was beautifully boring. We absolutely annihiliated the rams 40-7.

    He looked no better than a street free agent last year but looked like he was making a big push this offseason. There is supposedly a surplus of RBs on the market. Hopefully someone gets signed today so this all makes sense.

    It will interesting to see if he can create separation in real games consistently with no #1 and no deep threat on the team. If Tyrod doesn't see him wide open he's not getting thrown to.

    Roscoe belongs in his own category. It's always overlooked that he was one of the great punt returners in league history. Over 11 ypr. #5 all time since the merger.
