  1. Past hour
  2. Correct. Next year he is top 3. Like i said, wasn't sure. His cap hits the next four season starting in 2025 are 3rd, 7th, 6th and 5th highest among QB's. So he'll average a top 5 cap hit in the 2025-2028 seasons as it stands now. Of course there will be restructures and extensions between all the QB's.
  3. yep, agreed. no chance america goes back to a guy that openly tried to overthrow the gov. no one believes his lies anymore. he'll be lucky to lose by 15,000,000 votes. Hates what now?
  4. Les Claypool has a better chance to make the team.
  5. Can't help but wonder if Josh will be more efficient without Diggs demanding targets. Just dropping back and reading what's available. .... Nobody questioning who's the boss on the field. ........ If Josh is as good as I think he is, he'll flourish doing what he sees in Brady's offense.
  6. I think Josh Allen excels in play action, so that would be a good thing.
  7. If filling immediate needs, I would say Stevie Johnson or Lee Evans and Brian Moorman If personal favorites, I would say Kyle Williams and Marshawn Lynch.
  8. He isn't going to be in a rush. We might see lots of little moves, have already. After cuts we might see beane grab some vet depth.
  9. Your user name is better than your thought process. Last years starters were mediocre at best. Diggs and Davis were nowhere near great or even very good. Sherfield and Harty were terrible last year-total non factors. The guys we have coming in will be much better than that. You don’t need a great WR group to have a very good team. Coleman Samuel Shakir and a bunch of guys who have potential and our hungry. Nothing wrong w that. And add Kincaid and our RB’s and we will be fine w #17 leading the way. Season hasn’t started yet. We can always add guys when we have more cap space opening up.
  10. Then go read it AGAIN... he is clearly stating a question to be answered.
  11. I'm not at all thrilled with the available free agent WRs. I've already said so many times, it is boring indeed to say again, but I wanted McConkey, who went right after Coleman. There probably was no way to trade up from 60 to get him, and for certain it would have cost a 2025 second rounder and probably more. You wouldn't have gotten Bishop, who I like a lot, and it would have had cascading effects down the rest of the draft. In short, Beane would have had to sacrifice some depth and filling holes to accomplish properly addressing the WR room. I like Carter quite a bit as well, btw. I always took him when available in the mock drafts. He's the right kind of bowling ball, festooned with knives, and articulate, too. I spend most of my leisure reading philosophy, theology, and literature. I write a Substack, have a published novel, and a four volume work that may be published this year. I'd like the Bills (and Sabres, yes) to play well. I'd love to see a championship for both at least once in my lifetime. But it's hardly the center of life, so any strong convictions folks exhibit here one way or the other do not touch the most important things. That may be heresy with some here, I dunno.
  12. At least Sabres still have another crack @ winning Cup before the Leafs!
  13. Monday morning you sure look fine Friday I got travelin' on my mind First you love me and then you fade away I can't go on believin' this way
  14. I don't know how there are McDermott apologists left. Diggs caught over 100 balls and had over 1100 yards. That is going to be very difficult to replace on the cheap.
  15. Today
  16. I agree with you (as usual) that the Bills addressing of WR this offseason has been a bit underwhelming and I've been trying to feel better about it. Not directed at you but posters here complain generally that we didn't do enough in that regard and that we should have traded up/not traded down/drafted a different player. That said I believe most of us were onboard with the 2 trade downs and thrilled with the acquisition of a 3rd rounder. So I'm interested to know which WRs some of the posters would have preferred the Bills to draft instead of Cole Bishop at #60 or instead of DeWayne Carter at #95? BTW I peaked at the remaining free agent WRs and the list is not very exciting... it's too bad the market didn't wait until June 1st. Tyler Boyd Michael Thomas Hunter Renfrow Zay Jones Mecole Hardman Marquez Valdes-Scantling Corey Davis Julio Jones Russell Gage Allen Robinson Alex Erickson Lynn Bowden Scotty Miller Jalen Guyton Randall Cobb Sterling Shepard Robbie Chosen Richie James Jakeem Grant
  17. Not the NHL playoffs but notable. The Rochester Americans, the Sabres AHL club, down 3-0 in the 3rd period of an elimination game, scored 3 to tie, then won it in overtime to force the deciding game 5 in Rochester Friday.
  18. This is my pick. FredEx out the backfield with Josh and this OL? Kyle next to Big Ed, Groot, Von? Fuhgeddabotit!!
  19. I think what will see this year is a more BALANCED attack on offense , Knox is now healthy two TE sets / a solid running game and more play action ,
  20. There was an article I read about a week prior to the draft that basically said drafting two WR's particularly both high is not a smart thing to do. You end up with two players, neither of which is given enough time and TLC to develop. Rookies take more care than a vet does. If you push one ahead, then you end up 2 or 3 years from now not knowing if one of really has it or not. Taking it one step further, having 2 rookies on a team that is still going to be good and compete for the AFC east title doesn't help the team much either. Better off playing Shakir, Samuel, Coleman, and Kincaid and have a vet backup or two than a 2nd rookie who will struggle due to limited opportunities. You think Diggs or Hill could put up top 10 stats wit ha guy like say Zack Wilson or Mac Jones at QB? Think there'd be a pretty big drop off.
  21. When it’s not what people think is best for the team, the FO is making a mistake.
