  1. Past hour
  2. Pittsburg: win - we will come out on fire after being embarrassed Cincy: win - their defense is horrific NE: would like to say win but have to say loss Cleveland: win - even our D can stop them Philly: good game and I think we win a close one at home Jets: win if we have a shot at the division, lose if our spot is secure and can’t change
  3. Jerry O is great with injury related stuff too.
  4. He won't and you won't so given that you have nothing to do with making any of these decisions--decisions that will likely be far more incremental than the posts on this board demand, if any-- don't think too much. Take a step back if need be. You are simply a passenger, not the pilot, for better or worse.
  5. I’m down on this team as much as the next guy. I think we’re wasting a generational talent, but we have some bad teams on that schedule. I think we’re going to win a decent amount, maybe just a loss to Philly and the Pats. However, we aren’t going far in the playoffs.
  6. I don’t think they are firing Beane and McDermott (maybe Beane but not McDermott) but here a few somewhat realistic ideas that I think should happen: -swap out both coordinators (prefer both from outside the org and not Daboll) On Offense: -Trade Keon Coleman and a 2nd to the eagles for AJ (Coleman needs a fresh start and Brown/eagles seems like it is - Release Samuel, restructure Knox, let Moore walk -Let Edwards walk, resign McGovern, trade Torrence (probably can’t pay him after next year and can get a 2nd or 3rd most likely. Have Anderson and the other backups along with a mid round draft pick compete for the 2 guard spots On Defense - try to bring bosa back if he will take a reasonable deal - move Bernard to Milano spot and get a bigger middle linebacker - explore moving Taron Johnson to saftey next to bishop if not cut him - cut Rapp Guys that should not be back next year on 😧 Hamlin, Rapp, Poyer,Ingram, White, Taron?, Milano, ogunjobi, jones, Phillips, Mathis, Solomon, Epenesa (Carter and Jackson probably don’t deserve it but need some additional play time)
  7. If we are eliminated from the playoffs by kickoff time against the jets, I think we lose that game.
  8. Bills Squad is great. I really like Jerry Ostroski's point of view.
  9. I agree we don’t have talent but it’s BS that we can’t draft better talent. Not every good player in the nfl is drafted in the top 20 picks. We could have taken Worthy or Ricky Pearsol or Ladd McKonkey over Coleman and that’s just at WR. Cooper Dejean was key to the eagles winning the superbowl last year - thy may not win it without him - and that CB Lassiter, who helped destroy us last night, was drafted just after Coleman too. Maybe we don’t need Coleman at all if we took Troy Franklin the year before instead of Dwayne Carter!?!? We could have drafted some of the highest rated defenders in the league this past May. Jihad Campbell LB or Nick Emmanuwari S/CB in round one were available, Donovan Ezeiruaku EDGE or Will Johnson CB in round 2, Xavier Watts Round 3. All big time difference makers from day one. And if we wanted to be a running team maybe take Skattebo at the end of round 3??!?!!? Fact is basically anyone would have rebuilt the back end of our defense by just looking at mock drafts and all America lists.
  10. Yeah I think you and @HappyDays are kinda' holding onto your opinion from when they signed him. I was against the extension after the horrific concussion in the AFCCG. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze. The reality is that he is playing like a guy who was going to get low-balled in free agency this winter and would be signing a one year deal after the compensation formula period in May. Zero picks, Zero passes defensed and a 110 passer rating when targeted is not getting you paid.
  11. Democrat Sheldon Whitehouse Whines Taxpayers Didn’t Pay for His Brazilian Climate Change Vacation
  12. i'm convinced we walk over pittz, and if NE drops the next one to cincy the division is fully in play.
  13. Defense. Got to invest in the Defense. Haven't done it enough
  14. He also had a lot of 0, 1, 2 yard gains. Kind of hard to keep using him in those situations because they are behind the sticks. Then Josh makes an inc or takes a sack. They arent going to run the ball on 2nd and 3rd and long. In fact they did run the ball one time on 2nd and long and he got 2 yards which created 3rd and long.
  15. That's an argument I'm not willing to engage in at this point. For the most part I think he's a good administrator who eventually learns from "most" of his mistakes, but he's also still an OCD micro-manager with a set in stone philosophy that does not maximize the value of the unicorn that has been dropped in his lap.
  16. This year is somewhat of an exception Bosa, Oliver and Hoecht all got hurt.... Others got banged up too You double Rousseau and it's basically game over When they had everyone for about 2 qtrs, it looked awesome
  17. Speaking from personal experience, I think “culture” is a good way to turn around a struggling entity. Culture talk also can get old when people start seeing the same old results. The preaching of culture is something that can easily go bad when results become stagnant.
  18. Yes and Calais Campbell is another 6 ft 7 guy from Miami But he filled out his frame to a 310 lb beast who could play every single position along the defensive front In any system or front Greg has kept the body of a defensive end he's definitely never maxed out his frame as 275.. and he's not an explosive pass rusher off the edge He might be better suited if he did bulk up to 290 + playing outside and pass rushing on the inside And maybe his career would look different 6 ft 7 while being a former high School safety his athleticism should be on full display ... if it's not... Maybe he should bulk up
  19. As long as I don’t have to listen to Howard Simon anymore lying about all the foods he never ate in his life 🙄
  20. I stopped reading when I read the Bills won 5 straight Super Bowls. The Bills won 5 Super Bowls?? Where was I? I miss everything!
  21. Would have been fool's gold. The Texans were dominant and controlled the game throughout.
  22. I would fire McDermott before I had my morning coffee.
  23. Bills squad has some takes I hadn’t thought about before. Like how Beane and McDermotts posturing through interviews may be pointing to a bit of a rivalry between the two - part of their post trade deadline discussion. Jeremy is goated for taking Beane’s outburst in stride and pretty quickly being vindicated by the teams play this season.
  24. you'll be fine in a week . relax. after all , we still have the bengals, browns and jets on the schedule come get me off the courts when the playoffs start
