  1. Past hour
  2. Trubisky was taken 2nd overall. I know people think he is a terrible QB, but he went to a pro bowl (2018) and has thrown for over 12000 yards in his career. His passer rating is 86. TD to Int 74-48. I have seen many worse QB's play for the Bills. If G-d forbid he has to play extended time, our great OL and running game should help keep him from his worst instincts and allow him to keep the Bills viable.
  3. You could have stopped after your first three words. Meanwhile: A few days ago, the Left was melting down because a two-year-old was 'deported' along with her mother. That wasn't true; mom was deported and opted to take the child with her. The Left said this was done 'with no meaningful process' because that's the narrative. Here are two headlines that prove that, no matter what the Trump administration does, they just can't win with the media: So the solution here, as 'War Games' taught us, is not to play the game. This is what 100% negative media coverage looks like. This right here. Don't forget it. REMINDER: https://twitchy.com/amy-curtis/2025/05/01/timcast-two-headlines-on-deportation-and-kids-n2412216
  4. Not to be that guy, but shock generates buzz, which generates listeners, which generates ad revenue. The more Howard Stern you are, the better a jock you are, it's like this everywhere. Some places not so much and more on point, I've listened to them...but they're boring. Podcasters are great...but they're boring. The fact there is a 47 page thread, in a sea of countless WGR threads is the ***** point! How many 47 page threads about Joe Marino? Or Sal Capaccio. "But they're talking Bills football and staying on topic" THATS THE POINT, EINSTEIN! Mike Schopp, Coach Dickerson, Jeremy White, et. al, are just talking heads/personalities. Remember Jim Rome? Dude, it's slapping you in the face like a big pink penis. It's the same reason Trump is president or how the best era in WWF was the attitude era. The Kardashians have a top show. Of all the examples of teamwork that Sean McDermott has used, can you name a non-911 one? Hell, none of us have ever even heard that one, but thats the only one we know.
  5. Mikie2times, you better stay inside brother.
  6. GR is the reason I have Sirius. The only monthly bill I'll never complain about and gladly pay.
  7. The post was about the arrival of the freight train, Which the video provided. The squirrel that you posted about the OP doesn't matter in the slightest, other than to those who strongly need to downplay the recent recovery efforts. .
  8. Evidently not, 😁
  9. It's interesting that the modern Bills backup QB seems like a barely viable option to actually play. Maybe it's because Allen is just so stupid good, but the Kelly to Reich drop-off didn't seem so severe.
  10. It's all one really good long song.
  11. There is more intelligent football conversation in a TBD nickname thread than there is on any WGR show. All of those hosts, especially Jeremy and Joe, display below average football intelligence. I have no problem with Beane calling them out even though I’d prefer he had taken a higher road. His best line was reminding them they wanted Josh Rosen over Josh Allen, that was laugh out loud funny. Buffalo sports media is pure amateur hour. You get a ton better intelligent content from the many podcasters that cover the Bills, but I guess that’s part of the radio schtick. As for Coleman, JFC give the guy a chance. No one on here saw the emergence of Bernard after we let Edmunds walk. This place was apoplectic after the draft when we didn’t snag a MLB early. We draft for character. I expect Coleman heard when Beane called him out after he played like crap post injury. It’s a maturity thing. I expect we will see a much better Coleman this season but idk if that will justify passing on Ladd.
  12. Honestly probably not tenths He did return punts at FSU and had some burst and ability I don't think a school with the prestige of Florida State would put a kid back there without talent /athleticism Usually on a football team especially in ACC/ SEC/ B12 your punt returner is the best pure athlete
  13. Man I was ready to take a victory lap on here after the Seattle game. For anyone who forgets what that looked like: The following Miami game he was not good, and then of course after returning from injury he was a shell of himself. But the player from that video still exists.
  14. If we win the Superbowl this year we cannot hang a banner that says home of the super bowl champs in the new house because we won it in the old one!
  15. Yesterday
  16. I think had Cooper not come on mid season and wasn't injured, we'd have been able to do more and probably would have been more talented with him. But given what we got from him, it's hard to argue that Palmer and Moore aren't an upgrade over Cooper and Hollins. We'll still have to see what each brings us though before we can declare that truth.
  17. Can he shave 10ths off? Because the kid is slow as molasses. He plays slower than his 40 time too … imo.
  18. Coleman was just a mistake. You don’t take a wr with 4.58 speed who couldn’t separate in college at #33. You take Ladd McConkey all day every day and I was adamant about that pre draft last year. Imagine this team with Ladd on it? Coleman, I think will turn out okay/decent but pick 33 had much better options. I also loved Franklin for later in the draft and I didn’t really follow him - I think he was just okay??
  19. It's over? It hasn't even gotten started yet.
  20. Dalvin every chance he gets
  21. She's demonstrating her qualifications for a promotion to DC District Court judge to party.
  22. We've got 5 already at DT that aren't going anywhere. 6 when Ogunjobi comes back. As it is, we may have to make room for him. We spent a Top 10 pick in both Rounds 2 and 4 at DT. Gave a Free Agent a 5.4m guaranteed. We have 1T set between Jones, the passing plays that Sanders will be lined up rushing next to Oliver on, Walker, Carter they'll be playing at both - even Ogunjobi has positional flexibility, starting at Nose in College and for the Bengals. AND Hoecht also plays all over the field and has been slid inside before. What you seem to want is in direct conflict with what Beane wants and preaches. A giant, stays in the gap focusing on stopping the run, classic space eating, Ted Washington like Nose Tackle. That's antiquated in today's passing league. It's not how the team or Beane operates. The question was asked of Beane before and after he Drafted Walker and he emphasized that's not what he's looking for. He's looking for guys who can get upfield. Guys who are versatile and can play all over the line. In Walker, you've got the best of both worlds. A 330+ mammoth that can also get upfield on running plays. In Sanders, you've got someone you can put next to Oliver on obvious passing downs and wreak havoc up the middle. This will keep Jones off the field more than last year and hopefully keep him fresh and playing at his best. Defensive Tackle is set. And the focus is pass rush. There won't be any more "legit" additions there.
  23. Every time the Bills have started to focus more on the running game they have become almost unbeatable. A few years ago after they lost to Tampa, were at 7-6 when they did so, and then ran more than any other team becoming the best running team in the league. They did not lose again. And then, after the great firing of dismal dorsey, well, just see above--almost the same exact thing, but they lost one game, the overtime game in Phili. And then last year, thankfully an entire year where the running game was sharply focused on from beginning to end. The result? Best offense in the NFL, the best offense in Bills' history, and the best year ever for our superstar QB, and his first MVP. Those are not coincidences. No way should--or will--the Bills let Cook go, the elite back they have searched for for years and someone just getting started. Beane is not dumb.
  24. I sure hope this turns out to be true.
  25. šŸ˜‚ Yeah. WR is a huge factor in winning Superbowls. (Saquon as a RB, yes). But look at these other teams ranked last year. C’mon man. https://www.pff.com/news/nfl-2024-receiving-corps-rankings-bears-texans Edit: Link
  26. I'm curious to see how Moore and Samuel are used in the offense. Palmer, Shakir, Coleman, Samuel and Moore? Idk about you guys, but that's more talented than last season's Cooper, Shakir, rookie Coleman, Hollins and Samuel.
