What’s to be gained even though the public pays for a portion of the stadium you still gotta shell out money and I don’t think there’s that much additional luxury boxes you can put in as stadium design 25-30 years ago was to put in as much of that as possible. The old multi purpose facilities from the 60’s-80’s were truly dated and somewhat ugly. But by the time you hit the late 90’s stadium designes were much more modern. Im not seeing the money play here but maybe there’s something I am missing.

They won’t sell season to out-of-area individuals. I live in Alabama, and my wife and I had season tickets for over a decade. I lost many of my travel privileges, like air miles and hotel points, and it became very expensive to travel to a game. We canceled the tickets in 2013. The year after Josh got drafted, I called to see what I can get as far as season tickets go. The rep told me they would not sell out of area season tickets. Even though they had my history, they would not allow me to buy them. I have not inquired if I bought PSLs if I could buy them now.
