What I don't like about the whining is the insinuation that if no holds are called on the Bills the officiating is bad (never mind that he was wrong and a hold was called). He is setting the tone or expectation that every reffing crew should find at least one hold on the Bills or something is wrong - no example or particular situation - just a general, if no hold is called the refs did a poor job.

Thanks for this. I didn't know that there's only limited video available to the teams to decide whether to challenge. That points out how the NFL still doesn't have replay right. They need much more of their quick auto-reviews. That "completion" should have caused a brief interruption of the game while someone looked at the replay. It's true for every big play. If there's a question at all, pause the game for 20 seconds. It's especially true for near-TDs. There's an automatic review for every TD, but there's no review for every play that would have been a touchdown but for the fact an official ruled the runner down. You shouldn't have to use a challenge on a play like Cook's magnificent dive into the end zone. That play should be automatically reviewed.

The best path to get a 4TD lead on the Browns, then the last 10 minutes you play Trubisky and backup Tackles so Garrett can eat some to be happy.

I will say the same thing I said before the Texans game. We don’t need to win this game. We need to basically force the Browns to lose this game. If we commit no turnovers, no sacks, no ST gaffes, play clean, and take points any time we can get them, they will make the mistakes and lose this game. I’m not defending Coleman but the criticism is off the rails at times. Frankly, our entire WR room, outside of Shakir is atrocious. What has Palmer done this year? Samuel? Shavers? Moore? Cooks? While Davis has a connection with Allen, it’s not like he’s tearing it up. Our passing game has evolved to TE’s and throws to the RB’s as our WR group struggles with the exception of Shakir. Yes, it’s 💯 fair to say Coleman hasn’t lived up to his draft selection and he needs to significantly improve. But, I place just as much criticism towards Beane. They reached for him to fill a need due to Beane ignoring the position the previous year. It’s highly likely they could have drafted Cooper Dejean and then drafted Coleman later.
