Josh Allen is John Elway, other than Elway got to Superbowls being Elway, but he has the 3 amigos which helped. When Dan Reeves was gone, Shanahan was brought in. Word has it Elway didnt want to switch from his gun slinger style and convert to WCO. Further word is he complained to owner Pat Bowlen and Pat said tough! Elway goes on to winning 2 superbowls. Its time for a change across the board and Josh needs to change and further develop himself. He is already showing signs of not being as fast or agile and we have all seen guys with playstyles like Josh fall off the cliff quickly. Nothing changes this year, but relying on him to "Do Josh things" as he has in the past, is quickly coming to an end.

I agree. I'm hoping that this OC can steal some insight from what the Rams do with Mat Stafford/Sean McVay. Or perhaps see if Peyton Manning is interested in a consulting position to help right away. This stuff can't be happening again and again. To be beaten by the lowly 4-7 Dolphins, Falcons.

It's the "buzz" that gives you enlightenment. If there's one thing I know, beer makes me smarter, better looking, a smooth talker and in great shape. Beer has special powers.

You're still constantly giving bad teams better players. Too many stay bad until management or coaches change. Give every team the same shot at a acquiring talent. Make poor decisions, get poor results. If you can't develop your players and provide them with poor coaching, you'll still stink. You don't give a homeless drunk a Ferrari every year because he's down on his luck and it's somehow better for society. Give everyone an equal shot at the talent pool. I'm not even sure it would benefit the Bills with some of their decision making, but it certainly stop feeding lower end talent to organizations that do it the right way.

8 sacks is simply unacceptable and that doesn't even factor in the other plays Allen took hits on. Before this game, Allen himself mentioned how he got "beat up" in the Houston game last season. I guess Brady decided to draw up an encore performance. Games like that are how 17 gets injured and has his career shortened.

It's pretty simple, really. If the offense can simply avoid turning the ball over, they likely win. In all 4 of the Bills' losses this year they committed multiple turnovers. Meanwhile, it would be nice if the defense could force some turnover of their own for a change.

Good coaching can do wonders. Aaron Kromer is known for getting the most out of the guys he has even if they aren't all super talented. He gets those five to play good together as a unit and that's all you can hope for.
