Random talking head says something about the Bills
Buffalo716 replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Truly bro there is a fine line between being disappointed the bills didn't win a championship and also not be willing to enjoy the season and successes John elway didn't bring home the Lombardi till 17 years in and he never lost the drive.. never lost the love for the game Was ready to keep battling Absolutely I want to see a bills Super bowl more than anything especially so my father can enjoy it while he's here But I'm not going to discount the journey.. I will never take a Buffalo Bills game with Josh Allen for granted because it's finite -

Allen is 10 playoff tds away from matching Peyton Mannings entire playoff career at age 29.... And we're the weird ones expecting a few world championships... - Today

"one Popeye's biscuit away from being a tight end." One of my favorite quotes ever. -
Anyone else gain weight in the fall?

I used to hate Greg Olson because he talks WAAAY too much but I actually think he's very good. Just gives me a headache. I thought Pam Oliver was supposed to be good but she sounded awful last week. She's like AI without the I

I once saw a game in Rochester when Bobby took a puck to the forehead that opened a gash, with about 3 minutes left in the first period, and the Amerks didn't have a healthy backup goalie. So they took the intermission between periods right then, and Bobby went to the dressing room to get stitched up. Out he came after the intermission, then they played the remainder of the first period and switched sides for the second. Bobby played the rest of the way. Here's a pic of Bobby. Looked a little like Tony Soprano. Once I went to a game in Rochester against Buffalo (the AHL Bisons, before the Sabres existed) and Ed Chadwick was the only goalie dressed for Buffalo. Mid-game he got knocked out (hit his head on the post and of course no helmet) and the Bisons had to dress their stick boy who played the rest of the game and into overtime. He was Porky Palmer, a name that will be familiar to long-time Sabres fans, because he was the equipment guy for decades. It was the first game I ever went to when I was about 9 and my father and I laughed about Porky for the rest of Dad's life. When Gerry Cheevers played for Rochester he also didn't wear any head protection but when he played for the Bruins he did wear a mask and famously marked every gash he didn't get on his face mask. You're welcome for the history lesson. Now back to football.

My biggest complaint about Diggs was that he could be shut down by good teamsβ¦ KC most importantly. Jerry Rice was at his best in the playoffs. Thatβs the model.

Copy that. But, like, also...what if we just don't care about media content noise? The game results are what matters. The POST-game analyses. All this predictive, pseudo-analytic PRE-game noise is arbitrary and probably somehow paid for/sponsored. -

While it's theoretically possible that a Patriots fan could actually be an ensouled, decent human being, I find it difficult to believe without beaucoup proof. Your tone is acceptable, but your Moss x Diggs comp is a stretch. Moss was so much better, and, during his tenure with the dark side, a much better soldier as well. Diggs didn't show up in the biggest games AND became untenably toxic.

Nah, needed a roomy trunk for when I moonlighted. π -
We are just moments away from someone earnestly arguing that losing a couple rotational DL players and rookies is worse than losing your starting QB. I can feel it.

Vehicles are meant to be driven. Too few miles leads to other issues like dead batteries @ bad mufflers, exhausts... You seem to be in sweet spot though! -

Over $800 too My kids were just about to go ballistic too, waiting so long, they were about to blow... Should have unleashed them on the popcorn πΏ machine (yes dealer had a popcorn machine) before we stormed out... But I was the bigger man! π€£ What are you?
