  1. Past hour
  2. I have been surprised he hasn’t flashed more especially with all those elite receiving options and a QB whisperer as a head coach. But I do like his moxy and he is a natural winner. I think his two wins this year showed some glimpses of it. But nowadays, QBs have such a short runway. I can see them walking away from him next year.
  3. I need to see more - really over a few weeks - before I share this level of confidence. But I agree that there’s upside on this team right now. How much of it will they reach? I have no idea, but I think it’s mostly up to them. I’m hoping we haven’t seen this team’s best game yet. Sky is still the limit.
  4. Could not agree more. He was over drafted and has bust city written all over him.
  5. Well, you can look at last week's game when a defense actually played well after the Cook TD. Then what? Probably nothing other than letting Allen do his thing, which nearlt pulled off at the end. The plan from McDermott's staff probably banked on stopping one of worse offense and it didn't quite work. Strategy wise, not unreasonable though.
  6. I just haven't seen anything at all from him that says he is gonna be any good. I could be wrong, but usually rookie QBs show something. I can't think of a single good thing I have seen from him yet
  7. Dude I was LOVING it! It’s friggin Pittsburgh and we ran it down their throats! I love a physical, dominant running game but mostly to set up a deeper passing game. You have to have balance. Not in this game though. I hate Brady, he called a good game. I’m old school, run the ball and play defense will win the SB. That’s because it opens up the intermediate and deep shots. There’s nothing better than physically dominating a team like Pittsburgh who’s known for their toughness. This could be the turning point. I wnat to see a nasty, physical, aggressive team going forward. I want Joe Burrow in the dirt and on IR after next week.
  8. Pretty sure Josh’s knee hit him in the stomach when Josh was being pulled up from the ground.
  9. You're correct, my bad. Just listened to it again and that's what he said. He still should have left the player talk out of it though , as it should stay on the field
  10. Dorian played well too.
  11. It was just great to see the D have a big part of the win. Got some turnovers, didnt get runover.
  12. You all do know Bernard played through an ankle right? Perhaps even a high ankle sprain? Do the last 2 years just not count?
  13. I could be dead wrong and I am a Michigan homer, but I still think McCarthy is going to be great. They need to be patient with him. These early injuries have really derailed him.
  14. Pretty sure he said "he had to do something to get you off me" because Cam was laying on him.
  15. Brady spams plays way too often. I give him credit for sticking to the running game finally. I want to see him play action to a deep or intermediate shot after 2 big runs in a row. He ALWAYS wastes a down spamming a 3rd or 4th run instead of predicting the defense will scheme to stop that so something deeper will be open.
  16. Broncos missed the perfect opportunity to wear their throwbacks so we could have a Super Bowl XXII look.
  17. I know it's a week away, but the weather may play a part.
  18. As a guy with the name "run the ball", I'm going to go out on a limb and say you loved the offensive game plan?
  19. Cook was great. But Ray Davis was running through some gaping holes out there. The oline was pushing those guys around.
  20. Exactly styles make matchups, that's why getting in the playoffs our matchups will be important. It's gonna be a wild December and January me thinks👍
  21. 6 quarters without Bernard and the defense gives up a total of 10 points.
  22. Metcalf's penalty was for making "gun shooting action" with his hands like Cactus Jack or something. He'll be using those fingers to stroke a check later in the week.
  23. He finally looks close to 💯 Hopefully he's got 1 more great run in him
  24. I mean, it was domination, why quibble
  25. The Network Executive who made the call to switch this game to 1 PM is no longer an Executive.
  26. Anyone else impressed with Bills players mostly keeping cool in the 1st half as Steelers were being dirty C U Next Tuesdays and the refs were pretending to be blind? Spencer Brown would have maybe been ejected lol. Epenesa got his dumb flag, but didn't Metcalf get his own on the next play or two? Bills players stayed pretty focused. Good on them.
