There's a calm surrender to the rush of day When the heat of a rolling wind can be turned away An enchanted moment, and it sees me through It's enough for this restless warrior just to be with you Can you feel the love tonight? It is where we are It's enough for this wide-eyed wanderer That we've got this far

Sam Franklin... his middle name is Jordan, btw. Or guys named Jordan. F5

No—— I don’t talk to any nfl vets. The ps rules only changed 5 years ago to include vets. Micah Hyde did it last year- but your loophole is “all season”. we’ll just have to wait and see. Either way. Carry on. I’ll be here to watch you meltdown over PS signings You’ve been here long enough. You should 💯 expect this to happen. Enjoy it bro

This is a level of pathetic you rarely see on a SB favorite😵

Tyrell Shavers makes initial 53 man roster
SCBills replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hopefully this doesn’t affect Shavers. -
I like the move.

I think people were initially upset that Poyer would be on the active roster. I don’t think it was clarified until later on that it was a PS signing.
-
I don’t understand the overreaction to this. It’s a Practice Squad signing, under the new rules, you’re going to have a mix of young players developing and some JIC veterans. Opting for familiarity on the practice squad isn’t some sort of organizational failure.

10 probowlers but Lemur is the MVP while Josh has to drag this team to Victory every game Next weeks

I appreciate YOU. too early in the day??
-
That's my guess as well. Teams can only add 2 players to IR on cutdown day. We used our spots on Grable and Hairston. Adding Hancock today and using his spot on another safety who plays special teams makes the most sense.
-
Essentially a player coach who won’t play unless it’s an emergency.
-
Ngl I thought he retired

You have no idea how much Micah helped last year. we need talent…..and you expect us to have 16 talented players on the PS that can contribute and play? We’re a perennial Super Bowl contender with very few roster spots up for grabs each year. All 16 spots on the practice squad aren’t strictly to be used for players that may contribute. Some are there possibly play. Some are there to develop with no chance of playing this season. And some are clearly there to mentor. Whether or not some fans think that these mentors help is irrelevant to McD and Beane. Thank god for that. it’s cool man. I’ll sit back and enjoy the show you guys put on

Hamlin is no dummy. He knows he's on the hot seat. He also knows Poyer and that relationship can only help him if Bishop really flounders.
-
Breaking news... the Bills just signed Jordan Palmer to mentor Josh.
-
It wouldn't surprise me if the Bills brass had something to do with this. If the rumors are true that part of their agreement with HBO was that they couldn't film cuts, it would make sense that they would try to showcase guys that are practice squad material to give them a boost. After episode 1, there's been virtually no coverage or starters. Drinking game - take a shot every time a coach says "I appreciate you".

Davidson had a pretty bad preseason game campaign with a ton of unforced drops. It was cool to watch him boom a punt but he's not a good blocking TE and if you're going to be a passing TE you got to catch the ball. Buechele had a nice game, but Mitch has much better physical traits and a way more upside. I liked Buechele more than White though.

The show's OK, but they should change the name of the show from Hard Knocks to Light Taps. One of the main producers is from Buffalo, so might explain why there aren't as many rough edges.
-
Same. I think he is on the PS (if no one offers him a spot on their 53) before Davidson. While his last preseason game was fine Davidson had a BRUTAL first 2 games.
