  1. Past hour
  2. He'll be 22 years old come Draft time next season and will have been at Texas for 3 seasons. Given his pedigree, if he performs as expected this season - I don't think another year would improve his stock any and could only set himself up for hurting it with injury and he'd be cutting into his NFL years by a year or two by entering the 2027 Draft at 23. He may opt to stay. But if he plays like a Manning, his stock will be as high as it could be.
  3. Well let’s go with them then. 😆
  4. Cousins has a pretty high price tag and showed serious regression before being benched last year. Winston is a Wild Card type player. He can have really good games but then the next week looks like he's never seen a football before. Way too inconsistent. The Saints just drafted a guy in round 2. I'm sure they hope he can start. The Steelers actually don't mind rolling with Mason Rudolph as he is well liked in the locker room, well respected by the coaching staff and did play some same good ball for them late in the year 2 seasons ago.
  5. He had better have something very nice for Mom tomorrow. Good for him lasting as long as he did. His brother set a record for sacks early on and we’ll never know what he might have been. I think David made $40 Mil, which is still a lot of money for some people. 🤣 Very different times and different careers. .
  6. Winston is the prototypical backup the fans fall in love with. Not who you want, if your trying to break in a rookie. Cousins has a big price tag, but would make sense for Pitt.
  7. Yes, Yes he has.
  8. both are first ballots and do what they want
  9. You really think Arch will come out with only a year of starting play in college? I figured he'd play two years before hitting the draft
  10. That's a 30 for 30 I'd watch! King of the crab legs!
  11. I had flashbacks reading that 3-way QB competition to the Bills yester-years … so thankful for Josh Allen
  12. I'm just around college football programs way too much to understand why anybody think Arch Manning is coming out after this season lol He literally couldn't beat out Quinn ewers who was a 7th round pick.. now does Quinn have a lot more talent than that and his fragility dropped him? Absolutely and NIL didn't help But anybody who thinks Arch is going to waltz to the NFL after 12 college starts has no clue... The Manning family has been adamant he's going to stay four or five seasons and he's going to get 20 plus starts The goal is to have three generations of successful Manning quarterbacks not three generations of just getting drafted and Arch is a bust... I don't even get where people think he's the number one pic next year with such limited reps under his belt Sure an entire season as the starter in the offense will give him a boost.. but he has done nothing to earn even being projected as the number one pick if I'm being honest It's all projection it's not what he's actually accomplished.. if his last name was Miller he would still be really talented 21-year-old kid but the hype wouldn't be as high
  13. Go ***** a couch? You also don't seem to understand that the US has historically backed Pakistan since it's inception. And the idea that the root causes of this conflict are "none of our business" is a massive signal to India that the US is no longer standing behind Pakistan.
  14. This could help a little re the two suspended newbies. Signing Bonus Recoupment: Teams can recoup a portion of a player's signing bonus if the suspension is related to PEDs or substance abuse violations.
  15. Saints would pry rather tank for Arch Manning and see if Rattler or Shough can be their guy. Steelers may have a handshake agreement with Rodgers. If Rodgers doesn't go there they'd pry rather have Rudolph than Winston. Winston throws way too many picks for Tomlin's liking imo. I'd love to see another 30 TD, 30 INT season from him though.
  16. I’ve fallen in love with so many 7th rounders over the years. I’m prepared to do so again
  17. That graphic looks like it was made in the 1999.
  18. Yeah the middle of the field is a club section now. The people criticizing the seats and the room in front of them clearly haven't been to a game in a while. There is way less space in the hole that Ralph dug. They'd have a panic attack.
  19. The Saints have said that they plan to do a competition between Hough, Rattler, and Haener - https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/kellen-moore-declares-open-qb-competition-among-tyler-shough-jake-haener-spencer-rattler That might be lip service for now. But it might be true. One thing to keep in mind is Arch Manning is coming out in 2026. So teams may be bypassing on getting a QB that would win them some games this year in hopes that they can land him next offseason. The Giants signing Winston, then signing Wilson, then Drafting Dart is kind of an odd situation. As was the Browns trading for Kenny Pickett, signing Joe Flacco, and then Drafting both Gabriel and Sanders. Both seem like situations where the QB situation is nowhere and they're just grabbing up everything they can to throw against a wall and see what sticks this year.
  20. he’s likely going on to announce a game… it could be Sunday nbc game, thanksgiving night game, nbc game on P-####
  21. I didn't read it like he had a problem with it. Who knows though, maybe this guy will be some sort of epic trash talker? We will see.
  22. They need camp bodies for reps there's a reason the roster is 90 dudes.... If this guy is good enough, he could be a trade candidate at cut downs, but at the end of the day he's little more than a camp body, and that's fine. Bring in dudes on the cheap with NFL experience to battle and make the competition better. No negative there.
  23. If he's what folks think he might be he won't last on the PS. A number of analysts liked him. Beane drafted him because he didn't want him to fall into the UDFA pool. Could well be #6. Check out his combine 40. Smooth strider. Suggests very good body control. Seems a good kid too.
  24. From what I understand with Cousins is he wanted to be traded but they refused.
  25. Today
  26. Heck, why stop there.... 1. Skip your vacations, instead watch a destination YouTube video 2. Sell that car, and bike/walk everywhere 3. Avoid eating out, instead cook every meal Your choice, but let's not act like the prices are "out of control". 15% increase for me as a STH, which is well below the NFL norm. The last couple years, I go to half the games and the profit from selling the remainder, make the math basically a wash (less gas). With a strong team, that equation will continue to work at the new stadium- but that's not at all what I care about. Just pointing out, the "actual cost" even with the PSL, isn't out of control
