I was shocked how smooth the whole game-winning FG was. I was worried given how new Pratter was that by rushing onto the field and needing to kick prior to time expiring, the snap would come too early or late for Prater. But everyone did fantastic there.

i blame him. control yourself, it's not difficult.

I've been a die hard Bills fan for 35 years. Went through the glory days of the 90's and the days of turmoil (2000-2016) and back again (2017-present). When McDermott came here I was skeptical/critical about his decision making and lack thereof in big moments in games. However it is time to put some respect on his name. You really need to educate yourself about what is going on. Longest active playoff drought in North American sports (at one point). This organization was dead to rights. We had to play games in Toronto in an attempt to become more relevant and generate more revenue. It was so bad that Doug Marrone opted out of his contract to be an assistant with the Jaguars. Let that sink in for a second. It was a real possibility we were relocating to Austin TX. Sean came and has created a standard and a culture here that is almost unmatched around the league. Just listen to players press conferences, especially those who left and came back who come back. Most recently being Poyer and Phillips. Sean and Beane are not prefect by any means but pay more attention to really what's going on. Stop being the loudmouth uneducated Bills fan in Lot 4/Hammers Lot trying to chug as many beers as you can and open your eyes up to the big picture. Learn and appreciate what it takes for grown men to buy into you and your vision. Sean has created that. There are levels to this people. Tired of hearing those at the bottom level. Be good. Do good. GO Bills!

At least Flowers was nowhere near stadium wall... who know what fans were saying as Edelman has said he has never flipped by so many different age groups at Old Orchard

This is what Frankish meant by "reliable". Horror video of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska’s slaughter on Charlotte train is met with deafening silence from Dem leaders, media. https://nypost.com/2025/09/07/us-news/horror-video-of-ukrainian-refugee-iryna-zarutskas-slaughter-on-charlotte-train-is-met-with-deafening-silence/?

Haven't trusted Bass for a season and a half now. You watch other games and other teams kickers are just routinely knocking in clutch kicks. The Bills need a better kicker. I would be fine with Prater the rest of this season but they will need somebody else to kick off. I don't think he got even one touchback. And that's in September. In a couple weeks when the wind picks up 41 year old leg strength ain't gonna cut it.

9/7/25 Post Game Thread - Bills vs Ravens SNF

Here is the last four minutes of the game on YouTube: -
We have people on this site like that!

I thought Bishop looked horrible out there. Looked like he was running straight into blockers.

I'm more concerned with the pass game of the jets than the ravens The speed of the jets is there. The jets have to play fast and loose. Let's hope we have the ponies to keep up especially considering we have Miami w short rest.

Josh Allen, the most expensive hotdog in the league

WITH onions and picalilly relish. A bargain! -
On offense, Joe Brady seemed to want the offense to play close to the vest until he couldn't any more. On defense, I think the Bills struggle on the interior of the defensive line against very physical and athletic offenses, of which Baltimore is probably the prime example. The Bills linebackers are also at a disadvantage. There were a few breakdowns on the back end of the defense. I was encouraged by the play of Dorian Strong. He wasn't perfect, but his shortcomings weren't glaring and Baltimore did not appear to pick on him. Bishop made a few mistakes, but I think he'll grow and learn. I think with the interruptions his development has had due to injury, he's more like a rookie than a highly drafted second year player. With Taylor Rapp, what you see is what you get, a smart physical player who is fine when he can keep the play in front of him, but lacks the speed to recover from any misread. The image of 250 lb Derrick Henry running away from him just won't go away. The Bills can probably manage with him as their SS, but that will be a position they are going to want to upgrade at some point.

Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory games

I'll dance for you that City of Losers schtick pisses me off. Baltimore is a dump and they can F right off with that. -
at least Anthony Richardson was a rookie when he pulled himself out for being "too tired"

Sign Peppers / Simmons? Can’t be any worse than these pathetic turnstiles!

I was instantly happy when I saw they were punting, which meant it was obviously a bad call for the Ravens. 4th and 3. Lamar is cramping but all he has to do is hand the ball off to Henry. Henry always gashes the Bills and was averaging something like 9 yards per carry against us yesterday. The 1st down was likely. With the Bills only needing only a FG and Josh on fire, punting was clearly the wrong choice. Raven fans must be pissed. -
Allen is becoming Elite Pre-Snap(if he wasn't already)

He isn't Tom Brady or Peyton Manning level yet. Than again, no QB is. But it has definitely improved -
The "41-40 Game" seems logical.

The ultimate “so what do you do here” type team building. It’s a reality in the salary cap era that it’s basically impossible to keep together both a great offensive and defensive supporting cast. Usually, you have to pick one in spite of the other. But we have picked… neither.

Stop being so…..logical

It’s like I tell my wife: it’s not the size it’s how you dress it. … wait, what are we talking about? -
the whole Ravens last drive was odd. Handing off to Flowers when Henry was crushing our D the entire game. Just weird. Second time in a row the Ravens beat themselves against us.

The irony is that with Allen, even the impossible seems possible and it's getting to the point where it's almost expected. Like if he DIDN'T come back and win last night after Henry fumbled we would have been scratching our heads...that's the ultimate sign of true greatness that Allen has evolved to. When regardless of the chances and how impossible the odds seem, you still think that he can get it done and nearly expect him to. -
If it’s any comfort, the Ravens are our worst opponent in terms of matchups, which football is all about. I doubt we will face a team as good as them, on both sides of the ball, for the rest of the regular season.
