How did I shoot myself in the foot...eveybody says Fitz is a good backup...and he would be if we get a rookie in the draft and start him next year...Yes I know it's not like Chan and Buddy to throw a rookie in first year and put him in a bad situation. That's exactly why I validated it...Do we have any better options???

I am fully aware of a 53 man roster and the importance of backups to play a role in ball games...However Nelson, Barnett, Wilson Jones, are all starters...and this team is obviously not talented enough to win ball games....So if your telling me that all of those players will be back next year looks like we will be looking at the same play then..

Your right if he stays im not completely dissatisfied...He can play...however if he's a bottom level 2 that means he is good level 3...And that's on the Bills roster...Not sure if that helps his case.

I hate to say and I'm an optimist when it comes to the Bills (atleast Mondays thru Saturdays) but the playoffs are gone.. I do it all the time Bro........If the Bills win their last 6 games and these teams lose 5 out of the last 6 we have a chance..but wait i'm not sure about the tiebreakers...and so on. On another Note Fitz has been playing well but has proven he is not a winner.. I have a Fitz jersey and I really wanted him to be the one for us but that ship is sailing away with a 500hp twin turbo engine strappd to the back of it. The bottom line is that he can play in the NFL. But he will never be eilte and has too many limitations to his game to become a real threat to opposing teams. The day shall be ours my friends.... and how glorious it will be.... GO BILLS!!

Sleepers are guys to get released...I know in fantasy terms they are quiet bright spots but in this case they are just tired and asleep. I don't hate Donald Jones.. I really don't...but he's not a true #2.

Just thought I would actually think about and write down which players I would keep as we continue to rebuild. Offense: 1. QB- Ryan Fitzpatrick---keeper....but still need future franchise qb in the draft. 2. Fred Jackson---Keeper..Love this guy...please don't drop it though. 3. CJ Spiller----keeper....the face of our franchise. 4. Corey Mcintyre--keeper but who really cares. 5. Steve Johnson-- Keeper 6. Donald Jones--Sleeper...bye bye 7 T.J graham---keeper for now 8 David Nelson--Sleeper...I know he is an easy guy to root for and some will say he's great in the slot...uhhh bye bye. 9. Brad Smith-- Sleeper....biggest waste of time and money. 10. Marcus Easly---Sleeper....Don't give me he's going to be good when given the chance....You will be using a walker and saying the same thing in 40 years. 11 Scott Chandler--keeper but he is starting to wear out my patience. 12. I would keep the whole offensive line as they are a pretty solid group and are aware of the system. (urbik, Pears, Wood, Levitre, Glenn, Hairston, Rinehart) Defense: 1. Mario williams---Keeper....unfortunetly we have no choice 2. Kyle Moore---Keeper..I see a high ceiling of potential. 3.Marcell Dareus----Keeper....but needs to get in better shape and be more of a run stopper since he has no ability to rush the passer. 4. Spencer Johnson---Sleeper....like him but he is easily replaceable 5.Kyle Williams---Keeper 6.Mark Anderson---Keeper....please stay healthy 7. Kelsay--Sleeper...It's time guys...it's time. he's like the old dog you don't want to put down and it's dragging itself across the floor. 8. Shawn Merriman---Sleeper...just not working out. 9.Nigel Bradham---Keeper...bone head rookie but the potential is there. 10.Arthur Moats---Sleeper...he had one good hit on favre...get over it. 11. Kelvin Sheppard---Keeper but not very happy with him all the time. 12. Kirk Morrison...Sleeper----bye bye 13. Nick Barnett--Sleeper....he was a ball hawk last year but his age is catching up to him now. 14. Bryan Scott--Sleeper...he is too worried about dancing and singing in tights on stage. 15. Aaron Williams--Sleeper...I just hate his play. I know he's young but he is pretty bad. 16. Leodis McKelvin----Keeper...special teams. 17.Stephon Gimore--Keeper...I have to say I'm not sure he is going to be a shutdown corner though. 18. Jairus Byrd---Keeper....best tackler on the team...and he's a safety...sad but true. 19. George Wilson---Sleeper..He's too worried about looking pretty and posing in his underwear for magazines.

Your absolutely right. .. 2 F****ing plays away from being in 1st place. This division was dangling there for the Bills to grab and they tripped over each other and fell on the way to grab it....This franchise is just a disgrace to what the real meaning of football mentality and spirit is.

No. I was standing with my hands on my knees sweating 3 feet from the tv screen with about 15 people behind me (girlfriends family had a get together...All sports fans but not Bills.) all hoping that we would win. When that pass was picked I fell back into the couch and the room went silent. As I gathered the courage to look around at everybody, they were all looking at me with sad puppy eyes as my shame leaked out all of the room.

Man this one really hurt. I'm a 31 year old man and this game brought tears to my eyes.( and not for the first time either sadly to say) Not only becuase of this paticular loss but just the fact that this team just continues to devistate me week in and week out,.... year after year. The pain has become too severe to handle at this point. I'm not getting all mythical but I really am starting to believe that this team and organization is cursed. I have never seen a team just show complete inept and lack of heart(mainly on defense.) for so long. This defense is just god awful. These players are complete mental midgets. They have no clue out there and that's not all on the coaching. I am way too emotionally invested in this team and even when I try not to be I am sucked back in every Sunday. I'm so tired of being laughed at when I say I'm a bills fan. I'm so tired of the naysayers constantly being right. I'm so tired of watching this team play like a JV high school team. My girlfriend who has been watching Bills with me since we have been together (3 years) that really doesn't know about football even said after week 5 that the Bills are not making the playoffs. Not becuase she knows the team isnt playing well this season but just becuase she subconsiously knows that this team is the laughing stock of the NFL. When are we going to get a break? WHEN???? There is no doubt in my mind that If any organization in any sport deserves to hoist that trophy it's the Buffalo Bills. I dream of it all the time.. but I'm coming to the realization that I may never see that day.

The bottom line is that Chan has one of the worst if not the worst coaching staff's in the NFL. I believe in Chan I really do. I think he does have a very good offensive mind and can create plays for an offense to drive the ball and score. However Chan is not a good enough coach to single handidly out coach an enitre staff on the other side. If we had a great defensive coach that was having this defense play well we would be a completely different team. I think Chan is taking on too much responsibility here and he is not capable of doing it Nobody would be able to. He needs to get a sound coaching staff and delegate more responsibility to them.

Ralph also lent money to Billy Sullivan of the patriots....yes I said the PATRIOTS! He actually saved the patriots from going under...Good Old Ralph! Your right I haven't been to many football stadiums and there are other stadiums that are crappy too....but are you actually arguing who has a S**t smells better.

Good point...I never turn down a good laugh.. The stadium is a problem but your right it is the least of our worries at this point...Ownership is my majpr concern...However it is still a worry for the future of this franchise. Can't serve an overcooked steak without a plate to put it on.

I agree with you that we have the opportunity to attend and watch games at very reasonable prices and that ticket prices across the NFL have become outrageous. However not to be cliche but that's the price you pay to be a winning franchise. If the bills were a consistent playoff team in today's market you would be saying hello to PSL's and high ticket prices most likely.( In a sub par stadium) So what's it going to be bills fans? continuing to pay to watch heartbreaking unacceptable play or getting back to being dominant in the AFC.
