  2. If you take ANY offense and put there average starter at QB such offense won't be elite.
  3. “To win games, you have to win the game, not lose the game” HC Mike McDaniel 9/14/2025
  4. Josh said he usually declines getting X-rays.
  5. One slight amend.... Von was easily the best pass rushing outside linebacker in football. That is another piece of the puzzle in terms of impact for the Bills v Bosa. Bosa is a much more natural fit for our scheme than Von was. Von made it work that first half year because of his ability but he was never really comfortable as a hand in the dirt defensive end, and post ACL the Bills basically never even asked him to do that and just rushed him from a 2 point stance.
  6. We have a list of places to eat that we have been looking forward to. Probably gonna skip the falls as we won't be there very long. I'll see the falls when we come back in 53 years to see the new stadium. lol
  7. I think that's part of why he's looked so good. Not only is he healthy, he's loving the Buffalo culture and the locker room. He's part of something he knows is great and feels it. I think that's giving him a little bit extra. He and Josh Palmer both haven't played for a team like ours and their enthusiasm is showing: We'll see how he much he really likes it here come Winter 😄
  8. I agree with most of this. Bosa is closer to his peak and much more physical and, frankly, a more natural fit for our defense than Von ever was (though no question Von played well through his first 10 games with us until the ACL). But at their best a better overall player? As in at their career best? No way on that. Von is a future Hall of Famer, and quite rightly. Bosa's peak was never that.
  9. I don't recall ever seeing Bosa look like he enjoyed playing the game of football this much since he was at Ohio St. He just genuinely seems to be happy here in Buffalo. I hope and pray this guy stays healthy all year.
  10. First, defense played well with a couple key guys out. Second, he is a disciple of McD. He’s not going anywhere.
  11. Today
  12. Yea agree. I actually thought poked in eye. While that can be serious most times it really isn't. I was pretty calm even though Romo was losing his mind. Romo is ***** dreadful. Bring back Solomon Wilcots from the drought era.
  13. I think he has done a good job. I think the lack of explosives in the pass game is about receiver separation (or lack thereof) deep. Last night the offensive line really struggled pass protecting early too and so they went run heavy in large part to back the Jets rush off IMO and it worked. Now are there still plays where I think they get too conservative from time to time? Yep. But overall I think he is doing a really good job. The one thing they HAVE to fix between him and Josh is the alerts. We are alerting into run plays that go nowhere way too often. Sometimes we seem to be alerting and then running against looks that do not look conducive to success. I think it is just a bit about him and Josh going back and looking at what the principles of our process are for when we alert and what we get into. That is my one gripe so far. On and too much Ray Davis. Who is kinda meh. We scored 30 and basically stopped trying for the last 3 drives.
  14. Never thought the Lions defense was any good under Glenn, not sure why he was even considered a HC candidate. Jmo. Must of had a great interview.
  15. Broke mine a few years ago. Due to some insurance network stuff, I was not able to have it looked at for a few weeks and because of that had to wait a few months and then have surgery and get it rebroken. Anyhow, good now but surgery really sucked and could breathe out of nose and subsequently had real bad sleep for at least a week. Also always worried about it breaking now as it just seems like it could. My biggest worry on a short week is hoping it doesn’t mess with his rest and recovery.
  16. And that codpiece…. more BS to distract from what’s really going on.
  17. You must experience the local food. And Niagara Falls. And possibly Letchworth State Park.
  18. I figured a poke in the eye, I won't too worried
  19. Hi all! I am 58 years old. I grew up in central Illinois. been in LA for last 38 yrs. In 1973, as a 5 year old, I watched with my Dad the game that OJ went over 2,000 and I was hooked. I have been a diehard Bills fan ever since. I've been to about 40 games over the years at many different stadiums but have never actually been to Buffalo itself. Made plans many times that always got thwarted for one reason or another. With this being that last season at the stadium, I made sure to make it happen this time! My 19yr old son and I are coming for the Thursday night game this week! We are sitting in sec 110 and can't wait! This is my living room for football season. and only a little bit of it. The Wife only allows it during the season. lol!
  20. Initially, I thought shoulder. But that thought was temporary, lasting only seconds when the slow-mo replayed showed the hit and then him being attended to on the bench. Rub a little dirt on it and get back in there boy.
  21. Wow, Adolescence really cleaned up at the Emmys tonight........well deserved!!
  22. Plus, getting rid of Smiley was already a huge positive. Guy was atrocious.
