  1. Past hour
  2. There's a lot of truth to this. If it wasn't so hard or took so long I'm sure more people would do it legally. 20 yrs ago, it was at least 10 years to get family members here legally, even if they were financially sponsored by an American citizen. That is ridiculous and a sign that the system is completely broken. Before, Republicans always said that legal immigration can’t be fixed until illegal immigration across the border is stopped. Well, that time is now. Fact is, America needs a lot of legal immigrants to do alot of jobs Americans won’t do. A lot of jobs just need bodies we don’t have to do them. Instead, Trump and Republicans doesn’t want legal immigrants either.
  3. Another brilliant fuking idea from Rob Manfred
  4. Coming to you on a dusty road Good loving, I got a truck load And when you get it, you got something Don't worry, 'cause I'm coming I'm a soul man I'm a soul man I'm a soul man (come on!) I'm a soul man And that ain't all
  5. Look at numbers. The Chargers focused their passing game on two guys: McConkey and Johnson. They got about 40% of Herbert’s targets. In comparison Shakir and Kincaid got about 20%. So in my opinion Brady’s everybody eats approach might serve Palmer better than Roman’s where he didn’t get many looks. Palmer may get more looks, be the big target some games, not get many looks the next. But won’t the 3rd option all the time necessarily. Herbert threw for more yards? Fine. Again, the Bills ran the ball for about 400 more yards too. Different philosophies means just comparing raw numbers doesn’t tell the story. Unless you’re saying you’d trade Allen for Herbert because his raw numbers are better. I suspect most would get a good laugh out of that.
  6. I could prattle on and rattle off so much about ‘KB from that time in my life. Would think quite a few in here “lived it”. My first call-in request: ‘Venus’ by Shocking Blue.
  7. Funny how many people these numbers will Silence. I still think its a really good grab.
  8. Exactly! For example, Brock Purdy, also in the final year of his contract, but a team player, showed up and participated in OTA's today.
  9. I figure the trade deadline when the two suspensions are back.
  10. Separation, the one thing that has been lacking, and now we have 3 that can do that.
  11. That's another side of it. If Beane wasn't interested in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, or 2024, at times when we needed help at DE (as opposed to this year) - why would he be interested now? He's already passed on him for other players on 5 separate occasions. And ultimately, 2025 Clowney doesn't feel like much of an upgrade for us (if any) for any other position than the bottom of the rotation. And he'll have better opportunities elsewhere. I don't. *Maybe* Week 7 if everyone in the DE room stays healthy and there's nowhere else on the roster that's had injuries and opened up a roster spot. But to move him now would be to only have 4 DE's until Week 7, at a position where we always carry 5. Bosa isn't going to be taking more than 50% of snaps. So you'd be asking a 3rd Round Pick to be taking 50% or more of the snaps right out of the gate as a Rookie. If there's any injuries before Week 7, you're down to straight up relying on Jackson and Solomon to be taking way more snaps than they should. Which is a distinct possibility as Bosa is historically an injury waiting to happen. Not only would an injury have us relying on Jackson and Solomon - it would bring us down to just 3 DE's on the roster. So, yeah, I wouldn't expect to see AJE going anywhere until Week 7 - if at all.
  12. I'm just sick of this already. But thanks for asking.
  13. I think AJ's days are numbered after the draft.
  14. Do we have to adopt every stray? We just drafted a crap-ton of D-liners.
  15. They put out “KB Klassics” albums with all the hits. I also remember listening to the premiere of Wings’ “Admiral Halsey” and on a quiet loop beneath the song was “A KB Exclusive”. Also remember the competition to pick a new nighttime DJ, eventually won by Shane Brother Shane. That station was king.
  16. They’re cheapening one of the grandest things in sports. It’ll now be less of an achievement in certain instances? Totally ***** logic.
  17. Until I see him dipped in molten lava like the terminator I'm assuming it's not over.
  18. Maybe a few years ago, but so many guys now, and most are young, so I don't think the Bills will be interested. But never hurts to check things out. Liked how he looked for the Ravens a few years ago, seemed rejuvenated.
  19. It can be both right? I know people are thinking with these defensive additions and the prolific offense we just won't play in anymore close games. But in all likelihood we will have to win at least one game by scoring with under 2 minutes left if we want to win a Super Bowl. Most teams have at least one game like that and sometimes two while they make a run. We have lost back to back years after the defense failed AND the offense failed in that situation. Offensively that failure was largely our skill position players not making critical plays. It is both things. The more nuclear of the two WAS the defense. Just sort of irritating to have so many people act as if the other problem doesn't exist because we score a lot of points in lower leverage spots. I could really care less how many points we score in the regular season or even how many points we score in the playoffs. Do we have the horses to execute in a high leverage spot with the game on the line with the Lombardi on the line?
  20. I would think so. Maybe a late season add as a street FA if he has healed up a bit with more time.
  21. Jesus, relax. If you're so devout, you would know that a new pope was selected today and he's from Chicago. An American pope, from Chicago, before the Bears have a 4000 yard passer.
  22. I hope you're wrong. Or that whole anti Christ thing has some legs.
  23. This could be an epic draft class. Pretty exciting.
  24. I hate all of these new stats!
  25. I like this order the best so far, and too tired to figure it out on my own. If this is the case, I think that is a very good thing for this offense, as it means Palmer really works out, and that both Kincaid and Coleman show what they can do. Two young stars, we are all hoping.. But I think if the Bills are smart James Cook is targeted much more this year, as he should have been last year. He is dangerous as f*c* running now, but Cook in open space? Forget about it. One big play after another, and can break any one of them for long gains--and the defenses will come to understand that. So, more for Cook, and the other backs too, as then it is more likely Coleman and Kincaid ball out too, as they will be open more. I hope you are wrong about Knox, another underutilized player in the passing game. And he seems to have overcome his problem with drops.
