  1. Past hour
  2. He got it right later in the writeup. To get these pieces posted same-day is impressive and appreciated, even if it involves a "Burce Smith" mention.
  3. Wisconsin's Democratic Gov. Tony Evers won't seek a third term in 2026 https://www.jsonline.com/story/news/politics/2025/07/24/wisconsin-democratic-gov-tony-evers-wont-seek-re-election-in-2026/84246291007/
  4. South Park has been hilarious because they are able to make fun of everyone and everything going on. I felt like they hit a bit of a skid over the last few years, but this episode brought them back. I hope they keep it going, never apologize to anyone. This is how satire is done and all the late night clowns can learn more than a few things from Parker and Stone.
  5. I just watched the episode. That thing should be in a museum somewhere. Freaking hilarious.
  6. Makes sense. (Loved that 1st quarter especially. Fun one. Did Losman win that at the end with an in-breaking TD along the back of the endzone?)
  7. Not just the number, mind you. They have to occur within 48 hours of the start of camp.
  8. It looks like James Cook has added some good weight. He keeps getting stronger. I expect a monster season from this kid if our OL play continues its play.
  9. Sorry, guys. It's a paid episode. I did not know when I posted it.
  10. I loved Hulk Hogan. But I have to think decades of steroid use had to pose a lot of health risks. I think I saw he may have died from a heart attack, which is often linked to steroid use.
  11. How does he keep getting these gigs?
  12. True. I'm saying 15% (a wild guess) of your income for health care. Between premiums, co pays, inflated Rx prices I'm guessing we already pay that or close. What do you think it should be? 15% (or whatever) above federal and state income taxes. you no longer pay for health premiums. Many other government health assistance programs would no longer he needed. In my state we have Apple Care as a state funded low income assistance program. That would no longer be needed for example. I'm not married to this idea and admittedly don't have all the details. But the current model is inefficient and over priced. Do you disagree?
  13. So its been a week since then and as things constantly evolve in our never ending DC soap control the narrative at all cost (Homeloser will be on here any minute for his nightly dump on the board) and my thinking on what’s going has has changed. The Epstein files were never going to amount to anything. Trump never promised them anyway. Team Trump didn’t just immediately release the Russia Gate info in direct response to that memo leak - it was planned for that week or sometime in the near future. So Democrats leaked this bogus Epstein info to distract from that and put Trump on defense because they know nothing is going to be released from the Epstein files so make it look like Trump is hiding something and use that to be their new line of attack. Trump protects pedos now! Oh yea he’s definitely on the list Biden could have released at any time. Yea? And? We already know all of what they are saying. This has amounted to guilt by association which is exactly what Trump was cautioning. It is pathetic and dumb. Remember Biden could have released or leaked more at any time. Regardless, Russia Gate is the epicenter of the deep state. Not Epstein. This is where MAGA influencers have been wrong. But they feel duped so I get it. And I think that’s what Team Trump kind of had to figure out knowing full well a small but very vocal part of the base thought we're going to get everything. We weren’t ever told that. The Dems and media that aided in Russia! are in total panic. I’ve never seen anything like it because this has never happened before. Our parties have spied on each other, set each other up - used the media to further the agendas. But Team Obama legit conspired to undermine Trump. They thought he was finished and had to finish him because they knew if Trump ever got back into power they would be exposed. Their relentless attacks on Trump after 2020 all make sense now. He had to never win and MAGA needed to be canceled because he could expose them. Prosecutions and subpoenas need to happen.
  14. Today
  15. honestly, if the NFL had a “no nepotism” rule, then they probably wouldn’t need a Rooney Rule. Hackett basically has a job because his dad was Paul Hackett. guys like steve belichick, Bobby April Jr., Kyle Shannan, Sean mcvay— all got into the NFL because of their dads. Some of them have proven they belong— but it sure helps when dad makes a few calls to get you onto an NFL coaching staff when you are 22 years old.
  16. I mean could he be any worse?
  17. Was just reading up on the whole Wilkins saga, and turns out he was originally injured by one of his own teammates as they were celebrating and the teammate jumped up and then landed on Wilkins foot. VERY Raiders here. Love every minute cause it aint us (anymore). Another point on Raiders doing this: NFLPA is at an all time weakest right now with no leadership. Any other year and maybe Wilkins gets traded or Raiders even eat it. But it'll be interesting if FOs smell blood in the water and start taking advantage of an NFLPA in shambles.
  18. It's pretty clear that he's an incel.
  19. And lead guitarist for Golden Earring …. Certainly no icon himself, but Radar Love is iconic
  20. Yes, I agree that cost has increased and also that this was the outcome planned by Obama and the architects of the ACA, at least for most working Americans. We do that now…those who contribute help fund those that don’t. Those that are in good health subsidize those that aren’t. Private subsidizes Medicaid and Medicare. I appreciate the guess at 15%, but you’re suggesting 15% on top of federal and state income tax already in existence, plus all the other tax we pay already? Property…sakes…excise etc? Ah, ok. A wealthy guy like Fergie kicks in his full 15%, but then funds his concierge service over and above. Interesting. I think that putting removing the private CO’s from the market is an absolute recipe for disaster, and would result in substantially higher costs and drastically reduced options….but if you’re going down ragtag path, I’d agree with this with maybe an additional surcharge on the concierge service. Maybe like a grand , two or three above and beyond.
  21. He’s a perfect fit for our MVP. His family owns a nut farm and Wilkins can’t keep his hands off them.
  22. Not really a fan... IMO overrated... But like some of his music. RIP...
  23. I agree with you on all this. But how does this give any justification to what's going on NOW. I hate this new trend in the presidency where whenever something they do is questioned the response is, yeah my predecessor did stuff too. President Trump and the Republicans are doing it now and last 4 years was President Biden and the Democrats. Come on man, President Biden stunk and hid his dementia or whatever it is. He pardoned his son after he said he wouldn't. That was bad stuff. So why would any of that justify what President Trump does? Why would President Trump want to do anything like president did? If President Trump is your guy and you think he's right, justify his decisions on their merit, not how he compares to a very bad President. Can yo do that?
  24. Yes! This! What I have always found is that football games and championships are won with players who get the most mentions during training camp! It is impossible for any team to win a championship without mentions!
