The dolphins offense scored 20 points on 4 scoring drives vs. NE and 21 points on 3 scoring drives vs. buffalo. NE allowed more yards, more passing yards, and more more net passing yards. NE had a better 3rd down defense percentage and more sacks, but buffalo forced 4 punts to 2 for NE.

Someone here said the Colts do not count because their opponents have a 1-8 record. Guess what, the Bills opponents so far is 1-8. After next week, people will point out the Bills are 4-0 because their opponents are 2-14.

Especially Lamar, yes Henry had a minor meltdown after his fumble (a la Bills) to lose the game, that is understandable, Lamar is always whiny, not a good look.

I would be very curious to see what Lamar Jackson's output would be if you removed the plays where the first read wasn't open by 3 yards, and he completed the throw from the pocket to a secondary read. They do a lot with their scheming and the threat of running with Henry to get guys WIDE open, and Lamar does tremendous damage from scramble drill, but I'd love to watch tape to see if he's actually going through progressions or it's strictly Plan A wide open or Plan B freelance.

I’m sorry for what your daughter, you and your family is going through. My daughter (now 20) went through similar issues with eating, though she did not get to the point of hospitalization. In her case it was anxiety driven. Counseling, a low dose of anti-anxiety meds and opening up to me about some things she had bottled up seems to have helped her immensely. You aren’t kidding about parenting either. It’s a meat grinder sometimes. The best simile I’ve ever heard is that it’s like climbing a huge mountain. There are wonderful moments of great beauty along the way and it can be incredibly rewarding, but mostly it’s just a lot of work.

so harvard is ok now? interesting. i'm always for looking into if there's any real correlation or not, but i'm going to go with the recommendations the academy of obstretrics , academy of peds, etc who haven't backed this at all. it it worth looking into? sure. do i think it's anything at all other than confusing some people? yup. but as far as i know, there's no new evidence that makes this conclusion. if i'm receiving this important info, i want to hear if from clinicians that deliver treatment every day and have actual background on the info. i think it's more than just changing the label. i've already seen post or parents saying it all makes sense now. no it doesn't.

Yet the Patriots can get 3 sacks against this same fast read offense and we get zero? I understand that there is more to it than that, but so far regardless, we are struggling at getting pressure, how many 3rd and longs did Miami complete? 3rd and long is usually when your D can get pressure and sacks, we didn’t do well on either the pressure or sacks or stopping the 3rd downs. I really hope that big Ed and Hoect(sp?) gives us a big boost.

I was at the game, so admittedly i was more frustrated than able to really evaluate what was causing the issues. Requiring 10 3rd down conversions, and a 4th down conversion to only score 21 points is part of the complimentary football argument though. A complete and utter lack of big plays or explosives killed the dolphins in this one. I hate thursday football games, and i'm usually happy walking out with a win knowing neither team will look particularly good. I'd imagine missing 4 contributors/starters on the front 7 definitely doesn't help - Milano, Oliver, Hoecht, and Ogunjobi.
