Right after he got checked he stood there while his guy went around him & sacked Josh & he just stood there. He got blasted on here for lack of effort. But it turned out he was concussed. His play was clearly affected.

When we were in the off-season headed into the Bernard "breakout year" we had no idea we were going to have a good LB beside Milano. We instead drafted a luxury TE. We needed a LB, among other things. Having that draft would have been Nolan Smith as the next LB taken by the Eagles. Not to mention we didn't plan appropriately when we knew we were not going to pay Edmunds and should have drafted a LB in 2022 to step in the next year for him and we didn't need the CB at that time. We could have got Devin Lloyd which would have been great.

Dawkins I kinda understand sneaking by but Higgins shaking the cobwebs out after slamming his head on the turf after just coming off a concussion seems very strange and he got pulled and returned yet another time after that 😂 Can’t even remember Dawkins doing anything super indicative of being concussed but I guess the independent neuro folks saw something

Thing is if Houston wins tonight, but loses the division to Jacksonville which is very likely, the Texans will be a lower seed than Buffalo in the playoffs and if they were to meet Houston would have to come to Buffalo. I like my chances a hell of a lot better then the nightmare of going back to Houston where they never win.
