PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion
Kirby Jackson replied to Spiderweb's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t think that 25k number is inclusive. It’s probably missing the premiums which is like another 10k or so. It may also be accounts, not seats. I don’t know the average number of seats per account for the Bills. If it is 2, that could make sense. That would be 80%. The math isn’t mathing otherwise. I think that the 80% number is probably right. My guess is that the Bills current retention is 95%+. I could see a 15% variance with the PSLs entering. Either way, it’ll end up full. They’ll tweak the pricing if need be. They’ll dump large chunks to broker partners at a discount if need be. They’ll sell as many PSLs as they planned to sell. That was never in doubt. That’s easy to do because you can manipulate the inventory in so many ways to get it sold. How close are they to the revenue target is a much more interesting question? -

Makes me smile to think we have the polar opposite of this at QB now. The only way Josh Allen goes out of bounds short of the marker on fourth down with the game on the line is in the air as he throws it on target thirty yards down the field across his body.

That account has never steered me wrong: EU imposes sanctions on two pro-Russian German bloggers EU countries on Tuesday imposed sanctions on two pro-Russian German bloggers for the first time, as part of a new package of punitive measures against Russia over its war in Ukraine. Russian-based bloggers Alina Lipp and Thomas Röper are accused of systematically spreading misinformation about the war in Ukraine and thereby supporting Russia, according to the order. The EU sanctions include travel restrictions, the freezing of assets and a ban on the provision of funds or other economic resources. https://www.yahoo.com/news/eu-imposes-sanctions-two-pro-165438983.html?guccounter=1&guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAD3yK3HxfDkItmsr71tdKrG9rhN-7LUAHfuTC479MIHdRTcn1PNBWy6JJsek1UdQDkEDwQn-f8GbmxGZlyNy9avyaWeuOkdUvvfzgu7NYKUpQ3BhnTotgBANwDAzroaaISnaayHxtGvVnWZrmbwVZVDobuhic0vqeCDPc55Otkad https://www.public.news/p/eu-travel-ban-on-three-journalists And so it is deeply troubling that the European Union has banned three journalists, two German and one Turkish, from entering the EU, and frozen their bank accounts, because, allegedly, they have been “spreading pro-Russian propaganda”, “undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine”, and “destabilising” EU countries through their reporting. It did so through its 17th sanctions package on Russia, approved on May 20th.

Wood, for better or worse, gets lost in the shuffle as a “drought guy.” Nobody remembers which offensive lineman stood out when the team is mired in a 17-year playoff hiatus. I think Wood was a good center but I’m pretty confident McGovern is better.

I thought the people of NY were against this. To pay more to travel into NYC is not a win for the people. -
I wish we could have found a way to keep him. But he wasn't going to start, and he's too good to be a backup. One of the few real weaknesses on the team right now is backup linebacker. Williams is great, but Baylon Spector is either bad or injured.

What happened here As the New York sunset disappeared I found an empty garden among the flagstones there Who lived here He must have been a gardener that cared a lot Who weeded out the tears and grew a good crop And now it all looks strange It's funny how one insect can damage so much grain

In fairness, he waited 11 full hours before bumping his own post. Admirable restraint all things considered. Big girls need love too, L.

PSL Pricing/Seat Selection Discussion
PromoTheRobot replied to Spiderweb's topic in The Stadium Wall
https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/bills-sell-25-000-psls-for-new-stadium They got the "80%" quote wrong. If 80% of season ticket holders paid for PSLs that would add up to way more than 25,000. But if every seat will have a PSL, this means there are still 36,000 unsold seats with 15 months to go before opening day 2026. PSL sales started in March of 2024: 14 months ago. @Kirby Jackson what is your opinion on the pace of sales? Is 25K in 14 months good or bad? I also think the drop in border crossings will impact both the Bills and Sabres. -
Who are these journalists? Is that a picture of one of them? Do you have a link to a verified account or news outlet beyond @amuse?? I'm trying to find out who @amuse is? Do you know?

Tyrell Dodson is on this list, but not Terrell Bernard? 😆 One signed a 2 year/6 million dollar contract, the other signed a 4 year 50 million dollar one. Obviously, TB’s skill set is much more valued by the NFL. His 2024 season is one of the greatest I’ve seen in a Bills uniform and trumps anything Dodson’s ever done. Nick Bolton in tier 4 is a joke also. This whole list sucks to be honest. Both belong in tier 3, but if Bernard can consistently get back to his 2024 form then he will definitely be one of the premier linebackers in the NFL. I am torn on Matt Milano. He was my favorite player in his prime, but his smaller frame & wreck-less abandonment he played seems to finally caught up to him. I wouldn’t bet on him making a come back turning 31 this summer. The other part of me wants to believe as he made some nice plays post-injury. The most realistic outcome to me is he loses a step, but can remain injury free then he could be a solid role player & depth. Milano is a smart player and his instincts are top notch. Even without his quickness he would still be a formidable player based on that alone.

NBA playoffs— anyone else watching?
BillsPride12 replied to Miyagi-Do Karate's topic in Off the Wall
I don't disagree with you but I can say as someone who has completely tuned out the NBA since 2016 this Final Four has peaked my interest a bit and made me watch some of the games and I'm sure there are others out there who feel similar. To me this is better for the NBA than the Superteams era.
