  3. Charlie Kirk Did It All the Right Way By Christopher F Russo He exposed the lies at the heart of radical left-wing ideologies—and paid the ultimate price for telling the truth. Like almost everyone in my circle, I have spent the better part of the last week in a stupor. The news of conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s assassination has left all of us who counted him as a friend or colleague in a state of shock and sadness. I did not know Charlie Kirk well. But I had met him in various green rooms, appeared on his radio program, and worked with him to find capable staffers for the Department of Education. He was always genuine, idealistic, and dedicated to the cause. I’m still astonished by all that he accomplished in such a short period of time. He built an enormous organization, turned himself into a media star, advised the president of the United States, and built a beautiful family—all by age 31. When we are in the fray of day-to-day politics, it is easy to get consumed by each new headline and triviality. But Kirk’s death marks a pivotal moment, requiring deeper reflection. His life, and tragically his death, reveal some profound truths about the man and about America. First and foremost, Charlie Kirk did it all the right way. He was a conservative willing to wade into controversial territory. But he was always guided by the idea that debate is the great clarifier and that, in a democratic society, persuasion is the primary means of political change. He set up tables on campus. He debated his opponents. And he believed he could win through the ballot box. Kirk’s death, and the subsequent reaction to it by the radical Left, underscored the arguments he had made during his time on the stage. For nearly ten years, Kirk had argued that transgender ideology, especially when paired with experimental medical procedures, would result in disaster. From the reports now emerging, it appears likely that the alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, was radicalized online into anti-fascist and transgender politics. In their most extreme forms, both lines of thinking advocate a nihilistic embrace of violence—the antithesis of Kirk’s approach. https://www.city-journal.org/article/charlie-kirk-assassination-debate-ideology

  5. Proper medical care works better...
  6. oh so now i'm being a liberal. there it is. if someone doesn't agree or gets called out on their absurdity, they're on the opposite team. this exactly why we are where we are right now. not that i owe you an explanation, but i voted for trump. i can't stand him as a person, but i voted for him because i couldn't stand harris, and being a small business owner, i voted with my wallet. my issue with trump is that i've never seen anyone avoid accountability the way he does. it's always a hoax, it's always someone else's fault, etc. if you want to constantly eat that up, go ahead. lots do. i don't. listen...i assume your an older white guy who reads a lot on politics. it's now your sport. have fun with it, but you are scared. you are think america is changing and they're coming to get you! you think your being marginalized and you want your rights back. i get it.
  7. Divisional game against desperate opponent and on a short week. All recipes for disaster but I think Bills should get it done. There is no reason to not be undefeated going into that KC game. Don't want to hear any excuses about not getting that #1 seed this year which I believe is critical for the Bills to reach the Super Bowl.
  8. BTW, what happened to those swingin' Moms for Liberty? It's almost as if they were an astroturf group established to churn out pro-MAGA sentiments.
  9. I think Miami throws the kitchen sink at the Bills early, and uses all their misdirection and speed. It will be interesting to see if Tua can get the ball out of his hand fast enough. In the end Miami won't be able to stop the Buffalo offense.. I see the game being a bit higher scoring than people expect, something like 37-24 Bills.
  10. Not denying Cook is superior to Ray Davis. He absolutely is. But this comparison clip is total BS. Watch carefully. It's O'Cyrus Torrence's job to come across and block the hole open. When Davis ran the play, the center and inside rusher block his path and Davis gets swallowed up. When Cook runs the play, Torrence makes the key block springing Cook. So this is not as "black and white" as @HappyDays claims. It's more an example of a play blocked correctly versus not.
  11. https://baynews9.com/fl/tampa/news/2025/09/17/florida-football-assistant-coach-jabbar-juluke-suspended-for-pre-game-scuffle GAINESVILLE, Fla. — The Southeastern Conference and University of Florida have announced a three-game suspension of Jabbar Juluke, associate head football coach and running backs coach at Florida, for his involvement in an altercation prior to the Florida-LSU football game on Saturday. Juluke will miss a tough stretch of the Gators' schedule, as the next three games are at No. 4 Miami, at home against No. 8 Texas and at No. 10 Texas A&M. In a news release, the SEC and school didn't describe Juluke's specific role in the altercation, but... 'more in article'
  12. I originally liked Washington at home over Vegas here before Daniels got hurt. I am taking Seattle over the Saints and than the Bills over the Saints next week. But Buffalo is the easiest pick to win this week if not factoring in future weeks.
  13. In which we turn to the Mainstream Media to explain (NYT) While some states define first-degree murder as a premeditated killing, New York requires an additional aggravating circumstance, one of which is terrorism. Others include torture and killing a witness or law officer.
  14. yes a significantly less talented QB than Stafford correct bad offense, poor/untested OCs, bad QB rooms that he had to fill entirely starting as a rookie he was 100% set up to fail
  15. No LB in the NFL can cover a RB or decent TE. The coverage LB is a total fallacy. Plus we play moslty zone nickel. They just need to occupy their zone and get to the deep middle in cover 2. Read and reacting is the skill most needed. That is what made Milano exceptional and what made Edmunds expendable. Size may or may not translate to durability but it doenst mean they can't play pass defense well. Post June 1 cut. Thank you for your service. Time to move on.
  16. Skiiers wear goggles, including in cold and snow and mixed precip. There are products you coat the visor with that prevent fogging.
  17. 69 degrees at game time on Thursday. Shouldn't be an issue.
  18. I think this offseason needs to have a real milano plan. He's slated to have a 11M cap hit in 2026 currently in void money. If he's brought back, the void money reduces in 2026 to about 6M, and then there's a little under 5M in 2027. If you can make the cap hit roughly the same 11M or thereabouts without making significant changes to the 2027 numbers, i don't mind bringing him back since its essentially a wash to the salary cap. Having said that, he's going to be in his age 31 season and has played 14 games including playoffs over the last 3 seasons combined (including the 2 games this season). He's not currently under contract for 2026 so he'd have to want to come back at a potentially lesser role for less money. I'd suspect he'd be the ramon humber role of Milano's rookie season, where Humber was hurt and eventually replaced by Milano. Buffalo could also stand to make a WLB investment this offseason as dorian williams is a free agent after 2026, and imo has not done enough to justify an extension beyond a year to year agreement. Finding a rookie contract player who can start is going to be far more affordable against the cap moving forward. A lot of dudes just got paid, so they need some more rookie contract contributors at every level of the roster.
  19. Prayers for your daughter and family that Jesus Christ may intervene and cure your daughter’s ailment and provide peace to you and yours.
  20. In PC this week he said he's used to wearing it, does so in practice at times. Said the biggest thing he doesn't like is it is hotter with it on
  21. Check the front groin area for the massive testicles. Dead giveaway.
  22. I agree. Unlike some others here, you don't seem the type that is likely to get worked up about the MAQA (Marxist Armed ***** Army) takeover. Me? I'm still having nightmares about this:
