Washington??
-
Yes, he dropped the screen, it was a little low. And he would probably have been blown up. The rest of the time he was open. I think the only other target he had skipped off the turf about 10 yards in front of him.

Report: Terry McLaurin requests trade
DrDawkinstein replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/13568408/wife-washington-redskins-general-manager-apologizes-tweet-aimed-espn-reporter I mean, he was GM during peak Snyder/Redskins scumminess, when they had prostitutes on the team plane and on the NFL payroll. So it's likely McCloughan did have a side chick. But it doesnt seem like it was Russini and she just got caught up in some drunk wife anger. -

Well then McD must be a real dic$ to criticize his play given all those obstacles... -

It's a hedge against Caleb and injury. But it might become an issue if Caleb starts to struggle in his second season, with a new coach/system. Good for Tyson getting some. Clip board holder is one of the best jobs there is in the NFL. -
Interesting, I had no idea. What a terrible loss that was.

President Trump Cracking down on Crime in our Nation's Capital
LeviF replied to B-Man's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
lol why do you people fall for this? Let’s say it’s true. The NG isn’t in the highest crime areas, for the sake of argument. You know why the NG gets deployed to the best parts of the city? Because Americans go there. You shove the undesirables back where they belong - out of sight. Run them out of the areas where they can affect people who actually matter. Keep them away from nice cars, nice places, nice people. Contain, control, neutralize. -
they hit him in the kneecaps with a tire iron and forced him to play for the league minimum.

Another interesting connection between SNL and Steely Dan is that Phil Hartman designed the album cover for their Aja album. (Among a number of other rock albums.) https://r1creative.net/feed/album-covers-designed-by-legendary-comedian-phil-hartman/

So I have to assume Howard hurt himself signing his contract?? What's odd about it? All it says to me was Bass is healthy to kick now. And if they were going to cut Davis for beating Allen, they'd have cut him on Friday/Saturday when he actually beat Allen, not three days later when the tape of it comes out. Have to question, what chance does a guy have of making the 53 when he's only signed 56 days before final cutdown day?

Is wide right in its butt and that’s why we don’t see it? -
Thank you. Id try and trade him. Someone would take a chance on a recent 3rd round pick. If not, I cut my losses. Bills DL runs deep, so teams will factor that in IMO. McD holds his cards closely regarding injuries. We really need Max, but first NFL game against Baltimore might not be a good idea. Dane scares me. We are going to blitz a lot more. Joe Marino said we are blitzing 25%-35% more now. The team wants to play a lot more man to man. We need athletic CBs-like Max. So the thought of Dane being on an island, 1 on 1, with a heavy blitz I find terrifying.

Only because we didn't use him correctly the first couple years. He is close to Collins. He just hasn't had the opportunities Collins has had. At this point Shakir is younger and better than Kirk. Their current depth chart is not scaring to many. Rookies have no NFL production to make a case for or against. It will come down to Stroud being able to improvise as well as Allen for them. And the oline issues they have, are not going to help. -

Brand J replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
As others have already pointed out, there was no getting ahead of JAX, unless you tried to make a deal with them and lied about the player you were taking - but they probably weren’t dropping back 5 spots and risking BTJ anyway, not with the amount of teams that went receiver at the end of round 1. -

If Shakir was as good as Brown it would likely be more even. He isn’t. But you’re certainly entitled to think he is -
They've been a top ten passing offense every year since 2020. There is more than one way to skin a cat. Do you want great wideouts or do you want to be in the playoffs every year? They certainly can lose all their games and draft better talent if you want? We could always trade Josh Allen, open up the cap space and get the best free agents every year? Your choice I guess.

I think dabo is 10-6 against SC but South Carolina had the old ball coach when he started And he was a legend and building some real old school SEC teams That peaked around 10-13 .. and defended their home turf
