This article ranks home field advantages. Bills are to low IMHO at #8. I think they have the best home record in football over the last 7 or 8 years. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/2025-nfl-home-field-advantage-see-where-ny-giants-rank-on-list-of-all-32-teams/ar-AA1KVqea?ocid=entnewsntp&pc=U531&cvid=54bedd7f6c5c423e8f5c8d83e4cedd20&ei=14 -
I dont totally disagree with this. There have been multiple times over the years where we've said "That game should be a wake up call, let's see if McD can light a fire under these guys" and then they come out flat again next game. I think it was 2023 where we were saying that like every week. The one thing this team has been missing is a real killer instinct, we are not "the bully". We have stood up to bullies and played them well (Lions, Ravens), so I'll give him that. But it does seem like he leaves it to the players to find motivation. That all said, I do think his stories/presentations are pretty good. At least when he isnt praising Al Qaida...

There is a ton of “depth” on this roster that deserves a “courtesy” cut. Sadly, in some cases we don’t have even an adequate replacement. On offense: Trubisky, white, Moore, Samuel, Van Denmark On defense: Carter, Ogunjobi, Ulofoshio, Andreessen, D Jackson, White, Ingram, Forrest, Herndon. If these guys were cut no one would notice they were gone except maybe White. Hairston isn’t ready to start yet.

That’s hilarious

I confess. I believe you. 😊

Yeah it's not a strength of his, his lie elsewhere. I suspect players respond to his consistency and approach. And although I don't know how he is one on one- I get the feeling he's good behind closed doors, face to face when talking to individuals. He's caring, genuine and process (lol) oriented and that goes a long way with players I think. Plus, hard to argue with results. While it hasn't resulted in a SB yet, we've won more game in the last 4 or 5 years than I think all other teams except maybe KC.

Another win last night although not easy with the Rays tying it in the 9th and forcing extra innings. Anyway 5 in a row and a huge 4 game series with the Sox starting tonight. Let's Go Yankees.

I saw the Comrade in another thread carrying a virtual hatchet and menacing posters. It wasn’t as extreme as a guy in a 2020 Silverado yelling “Get A Life!” at a retired Physician Assistant from a mid-sized suburban dermatologist office at a rally against fascism, but still….chilling. Best watch your back for a bit. -
I have to agree. We went all in on defense and yet there’s a very good chance that NONE of them will be playing in a couple of weeks. Kinda makes all of those draft threads seem like an utter waste of time.

thats kind of where I am with it.

With near 2 weeks between cut down day and week 1 I don't expect it. Gives players plenty of time to find a time. If anything it seems to be the time for trades. If they make any I expect it before they travel to Tampa.

I confess. It was @Gugny

Report: Terry McLaurin requests trade

You might have to give him the ol Russini treatment to close the deal. Thanks for taking one for the team! -
Looks like this is all for naught.

Dunkirk Don...?

I've figured it out. Take the commanders gm out and get him drunk. Offer Kincaid, Samuel and Daquon straight up for Terry and the cap works. I don't think this would even work in Madden.
-
It felt appropriate to round up there.

I'd add professionalism the list of qualities that have helped him make his way. He really knows the job, works hard and executes his plays. He doesn't try and riff or freelance he does his job, gets up, moves onto the next play and does his job again. I completely agree with the rest of the post. He is your classic PS back. There will always be a guy "more talented" but if say Ray Davis got dinged up and the Bills needed to elevate Gore for a game or two they could be extremely confident in him not letting them down or doing something moronic to lose them a game.

three shots that all hit the building? one right at the coaches office? how would you even know where the office was unless you've been in the building? HIs kids used to be dealers so perhaps another drug debt or the family of the kid that was almost killed by one of his sons.
