Josh Allen selling his house (California)

Starting to feel Texas is going that way as well, mostly due to giant companies buying up all the houses to rent or for Airbnb. -
That's a good thought exercise. Imagine Congress passed a law that nobody was allowed to own a gun unless they were a registered member of a state-regulated militia. All gunowners who did not meet this standard were to turn over their guns which would then be melted down. The NRA (and others) would sue, saying that this law violated the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. They would also likely ask the court to enjoin the enforcement of this law until the constitutionality was resolved. I think it's more than reasonable for the court to grant that injunction. Confiscating and destroying people's property would cause harm that wouldn't be easily reversed should the law later be found to be unconstitutional. Therefore, preventing the enforcement of the law until the constitutional issue is resolved makes a lot of sense. Same in the case you provided: there is a suit alleging a provision of the law is unconstitutional (violating the prohibition of bills of attainder as opposed to 2nd Amendment violation) so the court is preventing enforcement of that specific provision until it can address the constitutional issue. Seems incredibly reasonable to me. Not a deep state thing, just a logical way to work through the issue.

The mask is off. Teachers Union Resolves To Call Trump ‘Fascist,’ Support Student Protests Over ICE Raids. The largest teachers union in the United States has demanded that $3500 be set aside so that it can officially refer to President Donald Trump and his “programs and actions” as “fascist.” Members of the National Education Association, during its annual convention, adopted a resolution that would have the group put up the cash so that all official NEA materials would “correctly characterize” the agenda of the Trump administration as “fascist.” Corey DeAngelis shared several of the resolutions that were adopted by the NEA, saying in a Monday X post, “I just received a copy of the National Education Association’s resolutions that they passed at their annual convention. They kept them private this year.” https://www.dailywire.com/news/teachers-union-resolves-to-call-trump-fascist-support-student-protests-over-ice-raids

But the lack of authority and discipline by him cost us superbowls. He allowed players the week of to police themselves amd we hear of them showing up hungover for the superbowl. Amd who can forget Talley getting into a fight with a bouncer shortly before SB 27 I believe? -

What a creepy, dark turn you consciously chose to take there. Classic neurotic projection. https://www.verywellhealth.com/projecting-7481323 Neurotic projection: This is probably what most people imagine when they think about projecting. This occurs when we credit someone else with undesirable emotions, thoughts, or behaviors. For instance, someone who is being dishonest may believe that those close to them are deceitful. Consider getting help.

McDaniel is easily in the Top 5 of coaches who likely won't survive the season. I put him 3rd on my list: Daboll (NYG) Steichen (IND) McDaniel (MIA) Gammon (ARI) Stefanski (CLE) -
It would absolutely hurt nothing. Cut the 90th guy, sign him and if it doesn’t work out, he’s one of the many cuts. If it does work out? Could be gold.

They raised the child tax credit to $2200 per child with annual increases due to inflation. Also made it permanent. They basically just shifted the SNAP benefits to the states. What are you talking about man? My main problem with the bill is the cut to Medicaid and even adding work requirements which has been disastrous in every state that's implemented that program.

I think it's going to be a epic implosion, the signs are all pointing to it. And let's face it they have the kind of players that will provide the entertainment with what they say to the media The phins will be in last place in the division when it's all said and done. McDaniel and Grier will be gone, the team blown up -
That's not exactly a fair or accurate representation of an injured player.
-
It's not an excuse, it's the reality of an undersized DT who has to work harder to beat bigger players. Increased exertion leads to more injuries and if the guy wants to be healthy and ready to go down the stretch and in the postseason, this is how he's going to have to approach the rest of his career.

I'm not sure how much his scheme and design work anymore since they outlawed the motion he was using. Agreed he will latch back on as an OC somewhere (probably back to SF) and have success. -
If the GM and HC never had the DL with the investment they've made there since 2017-18...then they're the problem, not the talent. They've emphasized DL almost every off-season since 2018...stands to reason they'd have figured it out by now. Few teams have alignment in HC and GM on resourcing this group. They don't get it right this season or they never will...from roster philosophy to scheme to coaching and everything before you get to who the players are.

His play design is good. The scheme works for the most part. I think being an OC and being managed himself would do wonders. Basiclly, he learned 2 jobs on the job at the same time. I think he has alot potential as an OC. HC will always be a tough ask. -
