All true as I eagerly wait on what our new governor will do on issues like affordability, sky high property taxes, and the electricity rate problem. I'm not sure about the last one as my utility bill has been about as low as it ever was the last few months.

What team "won" on trade deadline day-2025 edition
nosejob replied to TBBills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ya killed my buzz with that, but anyway they have to find a way to replace Hoecht. They need Jackson at 6'6 265 to be able to be that wild man that can go between the tackle and guard...as an OLB....and that needs to happen now. McD finally felt his dream of hat on hat, but that's been shot to hell. Maybe there's an MVP DT/DE from the CFL? -

It’s very accurate. I noticed numerous times during the game where the Bills D Line hemmed in Mahomes and refused to dive after him. They just kept him in front of them for a change and he had no place to go. His scrambling abilities have killed us so many times in the past. Very well done. -

The issue I have and the reason I wanted to add a playmaker....we are one James Cook or Dalton Kincaid injury away from catastrophe. -

I’m not giving hope he does something, anything, this year. The fans all forget…and for good reason….that he was our big WR upgrade this offseason. Let’s all hope it kicks in for him in the second half of the season. Fingers crossed -
As we get into the latter stages of the season, I suspect we will see Davis and Johnson get more carries. With that said, Cook is elite and will most likely get 16-20 carries per.

With the new stadium, is there any chance Orchard Park will host the Trade Deadline shows next Fall? 😂

This is nothing like the conditions for that infamous early season game that defeated the bills via dehydration and sunstroke. That game was FL summer weather - 90’s and humid with a heat index of high 90’s. This is the fall. It might be in the 80’s but there will be a breeze and a low heat index. Weather will not be a factor.

Jrb1979 replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
They could catch lightning on a bottle like the Bengals did a few years ago and win a Super Bowl. This mindset of not willing to sacrifice the future to win now. This whole thought of "if everything goes our way and we are lucky and win a Super Bowl great". I don't want to go back to the drought years so make sure you don't trade that 3rd or 4th round pick to help this team now. -

I think we all interpret the proceedings in a somewhat biased manner. At a CNN roundtable, all were asked which justice they were watching. A legal reporter said "Alito". Wow! I'm waiting for Marcia Coyle to weigh in on PBS. She's better than most at reading tea leaves and has covered SCOTUS for decades. In the end, we need to wait for the decision. -

This is Epic. Luv ya Mike if true ? Thats pretty danged cool🤠 -
I am not going to argue against Knox's current contract . Or Bernard's its the FA spending that concerns me. Going back to Starr , Gore and few more that were just losses. I understood the reasoning , but it was not a difference maker. Miller was and error from the get go. Even before the injury. Have no issue with keeping the Draft picks around. But Knox was overpaid on the 1st reward. Beane is still learning it seems. and we wait for the Lombardi go bills

One of those people was Redhawk. He’s unstable. The other was Frankish. He declared Biden to be mentally fit for the presidency AFTER watching the debate. Unstable? That’s for you to decide.

Perspective Matters: The Offense Is Producing
BearNorth replied to Magox's topic in The Stadium Wall
I noticed today that we have some serious size in our receiving corps for a change. WR's - Shavers 6-4 211; Coleman 6-3 215; Kincaid 6-4 240; Knox 6-4 254; Hawes 6-4 253 Probably won't win a lot of foot races, but those are some big guys. -
The Palmer thing is real with that contract. Beanes wager

Gardner doesn’t make the colts a SB contender - they have a fake good Qb who will become a pumpkin come playoff time -
Perspective Matters: The Offense Is Producing

That's not typically what teams do in the playoffs. If any team wants to sell out to stop the run against one of the best players to ever throw a football who's in his prime, I'd welcome them to do so. We don't have Spencer Rattler under center, we have Josh ***** Allen. The reason this whole offensive philosophy works, is... -

Team is cursed. - Yesterday

i don't hear anyone celebrating. I watched the owner of the parts and service company that got destroyed, almost in tears. He's convinced 2 of his missing employees are dead and they're still trying to account for some customers. It was clear from the first video of the crash that the plane failed during take off. Why would anyone think that was due to air traffic control?

Perspective Matters: The Offense Is Producing
DuckyBoys replied to Magox's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think the worry is the offense falters in the playoffs when teams go all in to stop the run/short game and are willing to dare the Bills to win on the outside Coordinators have months to come up with scheme to do it and do we have an answer? -
The weather forecast calls for sunny and 86° at kickoff, plus remember that that stadium is set up so the visiting team bakes in the sun while the fins will be in the shade for a good part of the game
-
In that case, keep him out of practice, too. We must lead the league in practice injuries.

I'm not giving up hope on Palmer to help stretch the defense or at least clear out space for Kincaid and co underneath
