Ukraine's parliament ratifies minerals deal with US Ukraine's Parliament unanimously voted in favor of ratifying a landmark minerals deal with the U.S. on Thursday afternoon, a lawmaker said. The ratification is a key step in setting the deal in motion. It would allow Washington access to Ukraine’s largely untapped minerals, deepen strategic ties and create a joint investment fund with the U.S. for the reconstruction of Ukraine. Parliament approved the agreement with 338 members voting in favor out of the required 226 votes, Ukrainian lawmaker Yaroslav Zheleznyak wrote on his Telegram account. No lawmaker voted against it or abstained. “This document is not merely a legal construct, it is the foundation of a new model of interaction with a key strategic partner,” Ukrainian Economy Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko wrote on X. https://www.wcvb.com/article/ukraine-parliament-minerals-deal-us/64712861

How about a guy who had 4 total regular season rushing TD's in his career until we got the line straightened out?
-
Also keeps allen healthy (ish... his playing style tends to lead to hits)
-
If he is okay with a WR #5 role or whatever, I'd be on board (assuming he can play ST). We all assume that the current WR room stays healthy. I hope it does, but if we hit injuries, Gabe Davis coming off the bench is likely much better than what most teams have.

You sound like my friend that thinks all billionaires are idiots and terrible business men and meanwhile he lives in a tiny house in a cookie cutter development and has done nothing of substance with his life. But he could if he wanted to...sure. I run multiple businesses and I don't know an ounce of what these guys know. The average person posting on the internet doesn't know squat. There's deals being made by the 1% of the 1% that we will never hear about. If they are so quick to announce this deal you best believe we raked them over the coals and got everything we wanted and that's why they are so excited about it.

Who’s your defensive surprise of the year?
BADOLBILZ replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not sure if this was @Billsfed1's intention but the exercise really underscores the fact that none of Beane's acquisitions this offseason project as difference makers in 2025. -
It seems that often, fans forget that a $15 million contract won't be 15 mill against the cap for at least a couple years, it's more likely the first year will be half of that, then the cap continues to rise significantly each year. This is a very workable deal, if Beane wants to.

TJ Watt Speculation after Pickens trade (Nothing Official)

make room for Lazard -
Seems like half the threads on this board are dedicated to finding Josh more weapons, supporting Josh by giving him more weapons, etc. But then everyone wants to let our best Offensive weapon (after Josh) walk over a few million dollars a year. He's our 2nd best weapon after only Josh.
-
I agree Dion is the 2nd best player on our offense. It is then Cook or Spencer Brown for 3rd. McGovern is the next tier below. But there remains a sizeable gap IMO between Cook and our other backs.

Yeah, if the Bills reach the playoffs again this season this will basically be year 3 of Joe Brady's "everybody eats" in the playoffs. The formula has worked at regular season intensity. It's even been very good at home against vastly inferior competition in the wild card rounds. But when the competition is legit and the game is on the line will Josh Palmer be getting open against that Chiefs or Ravens CB when they are playing like their life depends on it? I suspect not. That's when the difference makers do their thing. When push literally comes to shove the Bills top WR's have got shoved on their a$$ and Palmer totally fits the mold physically. Palmer is not exceptionally fast. He's not exceptionally physical. He's played just one playoff game but was rendered totally ineffective. He caught 2 balls on 6 targets for 30 yards despite playing basically every snap. That's why the Bills should have been all over DK Metcalf. He is playoff tested and proven. Big, physical, fast. Traits that still play when the opponent is giving 100% effort and intensity. As for Mack.......he played the most snaps of any Bills WR with 66%. So he was out there in all situations. Also had their highest passer rating when targeted at 118. Palmer is getting the Sharty-Sherfield effect........a lot more credit for his outlook than his track record warrants.

I long for the days of haggling with DirecTv over pricing for the upcoming season. I practically had a script year after year lol. Now it's just bend over and take the price.
-
I remember when I feared losing Gabe Davis to free agency because the FO might try to prioritize re-signing Tremaine Edmunds. Fun times.
-
How about for a 16 TD RB, who added 2 more in the playoffs.

I remember back in like 99 or 2000 I had a friend who had some people in his family who were like half a wiseguy ish and they had this guy that would take the old directv access cards and program them so that everything worked! From HBO to Local channels all over the country to Corn with a P to Sunday ticket...etc. 50 bucks and the deal was when Directv sent out the signal to zap the cards he would redo it up to two times...after that you had to pay 50 bucks for a new one! mine worked for like a month and a half then got zapped, then never worked again. that is what all the chinese all channels all the time devices remind me of. I have a friend who uses one and gets every channel. Amazing that it works.

A tour of Buffalo architecture through a drone
US Egg replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall
In the 60’s, 70’s and into the 80’s Buffalo wasn’t concerned about preservation, lots of great buildings disappeared. But we knew a 6-pack would get us through a snowstorm. -
Black smoke signals no pope named in today's first conclave ballots Black smoke billowed from the chimney of Rome's Sistine Chapel on Thursday, indicating the 133 elector cardinals locked inside still had not reached a decision on a successor to Pope Francis in early votes on the second day of the conclave. ∎ The cardinals spent the morning shut off from the world, inside the historic chapel adorned with frescoes from Michelangelo and other Renaissance artists. They prayed for guidance and conducted two secretive votes, trying to determine new leadership for the world's 1.4 billion Roman Catholics. ∎ The electors returned to their living quarters, Casa Santa Marta, for lunch and were scheduled to reconvene late Thursday afternoon, when two more votes are allowed. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2025/05/08/conclave-vote-new-pope-live-updates-thursday/83494145007/

Is there an NFL team with a weaker WR group than the Bills?
Mister Defense replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall
Such a good, rational, fact based point---you are very consistent in the quality, no matter the post on this topic. Each post just as rational and fact based as the next. But some may not feel the same as you and me. They would say that Beane kept focusing on the O line until it is now, by almost all standards, one of the best in the NFL, a cornerstone of the team. Excellent in both their run and pass blocking, blah blah blah. And these yahoos would also throw out some more nonsense, saying that Beane made sure the Bills had one of the best, if not the best top 3 running backs in the league, all also very capable pass catchers. And then they, comically, would point out that last year the Bills had the best offense they have ever had, scored more points than any team in the NFL, were the first team ever to run for 30 and pass for 30 touchdowns in a season, had one of the highest points per drive this century, scored 30 points 8 games in a row-- and other inconsequential frivolous facts like that to reject your wise words out of hand, mock them even, with some even considering them flat out dumb. Then they will end their stupid argument by adding, oh yeah, and Beane hates him so much that Josh Allen just happened to win the MVP last year too, with those 'awful' receivers he gave him to work with. Those posters think that facts and concrete details are capable of replacing raw unsupported emotion and anger. They are clueless, obviously. Who wouldn't want a team run the way you are implying? It would likely mean an amazing turn around for the Bills. -
i mean...this has to be the one.

I bet you used the caveat "consequence" to ensure even if something does change you can claim its not of "consequence" -
Uk is like ….”What are you announcing exactly?” dt ….what a freaking loser

The answer to WR is a WR that as soon as he left, Josh won MVP

He zigs when he should zag.
