  1. Past hour
  2. I can't believe that there are people who don't believe things like this aren't happening in the NFL. Refs, Vegas, Owners, who knows. I'm just not going to be surprised that one day someone will follow the money and we'll have some answers to all the questions and doubts we've had about officiating and unexplainable play calling. The doubt and questioning by many already has had and affect on me and how I view the game.
  3. One of my favorite non Bills in the NFL. Between him and Baker, the Bucs are a must watch IMO
  4. How are we disturbed? This guy had permanent ink on his body that was a Nazi symbol. Obviously he knows its wrong so he covered it. Basically you are saying nothing wrong with him having a Nazi tattoo. But its “offensive” wearing a MAGA hat?
  5. you have no idea where i get my news for god's sake. on top of that, i always find it entertaining that you don't realize how biased the news you consume actually is, but are quick to criticize others. on top of that, your comment of, "Drop this and other similar insane stances and maybe we'll begin to care about leaked racist group chats and privately funded White House construction" is the problem with politics altogether. it's like a child digging in their feel and plugging their ears. it happens on both sides and it's embarrassing. just own it. you two posted the same article. two old scared men being stimulated by the same feed.
  6. We can point to scheme all we want. However this defensive scheme and mentality has been successful in the past and is still used by and successfully ran by other teams. It always comes back to lack of talent. We just don't have the horses to drive this style of play any longer. When we ran this defense with prime Milano, Taron, Poyer, Hyde, Tre and they were all in their prime it got results. All 5 of those guys were key components that are now often injured, less effective, broken down, retired and washed respectively. Beane has done a mediocre job replacing talent with talent. It seems to my eye, Everytime we have lost a player on defense we replaced them with a guy that's not quite as good. It's going from Poyer and Hyde to Hamlin/Bishop and Rapp. Guys that are good depth that they insist on starting. We have no speed, no one with any ball hawk skills in the secondary. Our small linebackers get swept away in the rush. There are no guys in that defense that we can rely on to make a big game altering play in a big spot. And that's what we lack the most. Actual playmakers on defense. We have plenty of "steady Eddies". Guys that can be part of doing their 1/11th. But no one that can elevate in key moments. That's what Von was supposed to be. That's what I was hoping to see out of Bosa.
  7. Man I cant help but feel more and more like this.
  8. Lets make sure to conveniently forget how this defense completely melts down against KC in the playoffs. Thats something that has happened. Four times.
  9. Sounds like we're about the same age. I'll have to looking to the disc repair. I'm the same L5-S1, but I'm in enough pain and so comfort that it makes me nervous to do too much. I tried working out again and it was going good until summer ended and work started back up. You'll have to message me. I could have like 1000 questions for you lol
  10. waiting for shaddeur to be traded to jets
  11. A huge swath of the dem party, dare I say a majority, insists that you must agree that 2+2=5. If you don't agree then you're any angry bigot. Just ask teef!
  12. Headed to Charlotte tomorrow. Touching down around 12:30. The wave of Bills blue should be in full swing by Saturday.
  13. 1) LB injuries/AJ Klein 2) Benford injury/Elam
  14. At this point, to save cash/cap and recoup draft capital post major trade for parsons
  15. Worthy's shoulder isn't fully healed and he left last weeks game early. Ideally he stays hurt throughout the rest of the season. That said Kelce is still a mismatch for most defenses including ours that import to keep an eye on. As is Rice. Hollywood Brown think can be held in check and depending on who's covered JuJu he could be a problem too. That said Chiefs defense has some questions on the Dline and secondary themselves.
  16. I think it is also fair at this point to ask whether there is something about the defensive scheme, or possibly the type of players McDermott favors, that leads to higher injury rates. This defense is decimated with injuries year after year after year. We’re reaching the point where it’s hard to believe it’s just a coincidence.
  17. When we had Thurman, he was a mismatch in the passing game for the LB's of his day. Can we draw up some plays where Cook is used in a similar fashion. Cook has impressed me with his ability to change direction in space, which should give defenses a lot to think about if we use him effectively.
  18. Oh absolutely, but honestly, what team doesn't? People used to freak out when we were a "No-Fly Zone" and teams averaged under 200 yards passing a game and they would see a few completions for like 20 or 25 yards and freak out and at the end of the game the QB would have thrown for like 178 yards, 1 TD and 2 INTs. And I have been guilty of that as well...you see a few big plays and you think they are getting crushed, but in the overall game, it's not anywhere close to as bad as you think. The only team that really put up numbers on us offensively were the Falcons.
  19. Jim Schwartz also had the benefit of having Mario Williams on his team as well as Kyle Williams and Jerry Hughes oh yeah and an inspired Marcell Dareus. If we fielded half those guys on our D-line things would look much better when it comes to sacks and turnovers. Hoecht should improve our pass rushing as to me he a superior player to Solomon and possibly AJE. That said the secondary needs help and hopefully Hairston can offer some of that too. Larry O will hopefully improve the run defense so things might start getting better the next few weeks.
  20. Agree about the roster Hondo. I do think James Cook is close to elite at RB. But after him there is quite the fall off. And that’s not good. I think if Kincaid can stay healthy and we scheme him for more targets he can become a very good TE. Elite is for a special few.
  21. Have you ever partaken of the content shared by the one now known as Homelander? Quite certain he/she/they is younger and is exceedingly angry. Have you ever commented on anything related to the former Billstime? The last one is a rhetorical question. Billstime used to love using the word freak. It’s everyone else that’s angry though.
  22. It all starts with getting pressure on the QB and if you can't do that (which we can't), then he's got all day to let his WR's find the soft spot and pick us apart. And for Christ's sakes, can we get out of the Nickle once in a while?!?..........no sense in hiding any D schemes, when the opponents already know you're going Nickle........oh, like they haven't seen the game tape from every game, from every season and it's still a mystery what system we're playing. Like, come on, man.
