I saw a few post on some of points below and I wanted to put some things together. #1 Josh Allen is the only QB with 6+ playoff wins and no SB appearance #2 Josh Allen is 7-6 in the playoffs. McD is 7-7. both of these stats are kind of interesting to me. Mostly in the context of the rule change in 2020, expanding the playoff field to 7 and eliminating the bye week for the #2 seed. Under the pre-2020 rules, the Bills would have a bye week in 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024. thats 4 extra playoff games (all wins) against teams that would not have qualified for playoffs prior to 2020. So under the old pre-2020 rules: Josh Allen would be 3-6 in the postseason. Sean McDermott would be 3-7. Here’s another stat. Since the rule changes, only ONE two seed has made the Super Bowl. And that was this season in the Eagles. from 2010-2019, a two seed made the Super Bowl 5 times, good for 50%. So, major points. Has the 2020 rule change helped the PERCEPTION of the Bills playoff success with an inflated win total, but in reality, actually damaged their actual chance of playoff success by eliminating such an advantage?

I would sigh up.

He’s running a football team that he prides on being a family. I’m good with it. I believe the team will benefit more from having Poyer, Phillips and Dane Jackson as the 13th-16th players the practice squad than players that they deem lesser than Latu, Logue and Travis clayton and Hardy. Anyone think any of those 4 guys will have any positive plays for the Bills this season? Win the Super Bowl. I don’t see why anyone would complain about bringing Poyer in as the 16th guy on the PS on this team. It’s mind boggling tbh.

I have no idea what to make of this team. Either I didnt pay enough attention or the training camp and pre-season coverage of the team left a lot to be desired. I feel like they could win 12 games or start to lose traction in the AFC. I am very interested to see what they look like week 1 because I've heard next to nothing about the starting offense or defense aside from Keon and the injuries at CB.

That’s fair, but this isn’t a case of “those who can’t criticize those who can”. It’s just musical taste being very subjective. As a music nerd it bums me out that Swift is seen as the pinnacle of musical talent in 2025.

Empirically some liberals are very pro murder of unborn children, They are pro release of murderers into the public, cheer violence ala Cincinnati and they cheer murderers like Luigi. The only comparable bad of my side is being pro death penalty for heinous criminals, which to compare the killing of a horrible person and an innocent person is insane.

Allen is the better QB. Mahomes has the better team, coach and therefore rings. It’s pretty much that simple.

On a purely unemotional level - asst coaches and get a younger athlete prepared starting today I’m assuming it’s some family values angle that they take care of their own so buy into the system fully but even there… is poyer better off floating around on the practice squad or putting a coaching title on his resume? Seems teaching the man to fish by introducing his next career option would be totally appropriate

If the system is so complex that only a few long time bench players and retired players can play in it, it should’ve been tossed years ago, and all signs now point to it being the reason Josh has been denied of multiple SB’s.
