WVUFootball29
This is coming from Kawika Mitchell: Ka_Mitchell55:A teammate of ours had his house vandalized last nite or this morn. Its def not a game to b playin. W/ all the safety issues n the NFL...its not funny at all. We have Fam at our homes to protect. If u show ur face on my prop Ill make sure I do everythin to keep my...Fam safe. So dont come around thinkin, oh we'll just leave a message on his lawn or wall, b/c Im goin to take it as a threat. Its my...job to protect my home as it is the job of all home owners. Dont push the limit. If this happened in Western NY whoever the heck did that should be really ashamed of themselves. I would think Bills fans would have more respect for their players than that. Its ridiculous that someone would take their anger in losing to that level. Its a game folks, these players are people just like you and me and they deserve to have their public and private lives separate. I really hope whoever did this was not a member of TBD. Steely Dan
What a D-head. I hope the cops catch him. This really gives Bills fans a weak reputation. It doesn't matter that 99.9% of us are cool, but if this gets out to the national media it makes us all look bad. JMO I wonder what it was about? It was probably a Pets* fan anyway. I fully support Mitchell's stance that he has to take it as a threat and act accordingly to protect himself and his family. You have the right to defend your property and if at anytime you feel that your life or someone else is in grave danger you have the right to defend with whatever means necessary. Steely Dan
If some player's house got TP'd in a juvenile prank, then Ka_Mitch should unlax. If it's something serious, then he's got a point. You're an idiot.

benjamin
I really hope that this is untrue. This is the kinda thing that would be picked up by the national media. Has anyone heard of this with other NFL teams? A quick Google News search didn't turn anything up, save for mention of the most recent event. (Yes, it's already hit the national press: the Canadian national press!)
Albany,n.y.
I'd like to know what vandalism was done before I can blame it on a fan. If it was a break-in it could have been a crime of opportunity-A criminal figuring that the player was away & it's a good time to rob the house. If you see the owner is in Foxborough, you figure nobody's home. Now if it was something like "you and the Bills suck" written on walls, then that probably was some crazy fan. A 3rd possibility is the criminal didn't know whose house it is & saw an opportunity when he could tell nobody was home.

Steely Dan
gotta love internet muscles. No, I would say that to your face. Taking vandalism as a juvenile prank that should be laughed off is idiotic. Especially when it's targeted at guys who have to worry about nut cases being violent. Toilet papering may just be the first step.
