Coaches better be able to keep/cut the players they think can win the most games. What do you want? TJ Graham has 16 games played, Da'Rick had 5 games played. But please where is TJ Grahams even one highlight reel catch?

You seem to be blaming Rogers getting cut on Da'Rick Rogers himself. The rest of us are blaming it on the coaches. We are saying the coaches made the mistake. Marrone, Hackett, and Hilliard are the guys who screwed up, not Da'Rick Rogers.

My speculation on the reason: The coaches were stupid enough to think TJ Graham would be a good WR that they should keep on the roster. Should have frickin cut TJ Graham,

But Da'Rick didn't actually do anything wrong while he was on the Bills rosters. Would be stupid to punish a guy for things he did several years ago, in college, on a different team.

Well bottom line .. my position is that his particular drug use (and punishment) should not be held against him as a football player.

I guess .. "troubled in college" is the non-nuanced mindset that annoys me. When inspected closely, he really didn't do much that should effect his ability to catch a pass or score a TD. He smoked a little weed (which is no worse than drinking beer). Marrone had all training camp and preseason to evaluate Rogers vs Hogan vs Graham. Marrone chose wrong. Hogan and Graham will be lucky to be in the NFL in 2 seasons. Rogers is already making a name for himself.

It's not luck of the draw. There is a skill in evaluating players and how good they are and will be. Marrone is obviously a bit lacking (as was Tom Danahoe and Dick Jauron)

So basically the closest we've been to the playoffs in 14 years .. was the year we had the best offense? I think I'm all to only draft offense with 1st round picks from now on.
