💯.   Some fans still cant grasp this.  What would this teams record, or McDermott career record, without Allen?

ALLEN won this game.

You watched a different second half than the rest of us then. First half, McDermott was out coached…how can you look at the second half and say McDermott was still outcoached? They outscored them 28-7. Come on now

We criticize this coaching staff often - but more often than not, they make INCREDIBLE halftime adjustments.

They do when their hand is forced.  Left to their own devices they give the opposing QB plenty of room to throw and run and continue to call wr screens.

Once again I took Josh’s Superman abilities lightly. I will never doubt him.

Sean, on the other hand…. Can we please learn how to play in the first half?

True.. Not trying to be bias but if you look at what Allen does with the talent at the WR group he hands down destroys any QB in this league.   Swap Allen and Stafford and how does it all look?

I think it's fair to say that Allen has a lesser team around him than any of his top peers except, arguably, Burrow, who has not one but two excellent receivers. Yet only Allen is carrying his team bodily into the playoffs. Mahomes and Burrow are out, Lamar's chances are slim, and Stafford has everything a QB could want.

I know the run D stats look awful. But I didn't feel it was a disaster all around. A couple of miscues here and there that need to be corrected, like Epenesa overpursuing badly, that play was going nowhere.

If Allen can beat Hurts, he will have topped Mahommes, Mayes, Burrow, Jackson and Rogers.  That has to matter in MVP voting..

JJ Watt was totally biased today just like the last Bills game he called.  It was ridiculous.  Just make believe you are unbiased.  Otherwise just stop the bs, Admit it, and say you are an NESN employee.

 NESN… :shudder:

Bad memories of watching Sabres games in the latter Miller/Ruff years on NHL Center Ice and listening to the NESN clowns call Buffalo-Boston games.  Unbearable.

When we started scoring they couldn't run the same offense any longer.

Here is a concept... get a 10+ point lead and let McDermott call the defense he does in tje 2nd half earlier in the game

Amd the question all of want to know is why does the D under McDermott stink so bad in tje 1st half.  Maybe quit putting yourself in such a hole

Glorious win on the road. Reminiscent of the Frank Reich led Bills comeback in the 2d half against the Houston Oilers in 1991.

The Bills win despite some questionable non-calls, e.g. Josh getting mugged on his slide, the obvious jersey grab on one of our D linemen on the 2d Henderson long td run; Cooke's run for a 1st down that was ruled short. I'd add Cooke's td run ruled not a td but that was overruled.

The Bills will need to get better this offseason …because the Patriots are going to..

will the Patriots lose to either the Jets or Dolphins ? Not feeling it unfortunately…

I wouldn't count the Dolphins out. Maybe film from the Bills' second half will give them a blueprint. You've got to hand it to the 'fins (this is hard to type) for not giving up this season.

It wasn't the run D was gashed twice. Stat munchers will see it as bad run D but tbh bad play in the 2 plays. To me rather see that then the Pats run D giving up 6 yards a rush to Cooks consistently.

I refuse to add the S.  That is reserved for Superman.
