If I were an accountant and my specialty was saving money and my company was in massive debt since my start I’d be fired. So how can someone’s specialty be defense but our defense has routinely been the cause of all of our failures and that person still has a job. Or how can your specialty be team building but you field a sub-average roster and you still have a job. Sorry this game has me bitter
