Good to see him trending in the right direction! Having Ed and Bosa healthy for the playoffs would be huge! We’re gonna need to significantly improve our pass rush down the stretch. We are getting zero from Groot and AJE and all too often our front four is stonewalled. I would love to know the percentage on how much we bull rush vs stunt.

Outside of Benford and White, our blitzing is just as bad. Not sure why Milano isn’t having more impact blitzing?

All humor aside, the video does look encouraging.

Okay, but why would we put humor aside? This has been brilliant.

I am still laughing out loud. These look pretty close to whatever Oliver was doing there.

If you look closely behind Oliver, there is a small child. I’m pretty sure that video helped him with that.

Well at least his triceps are OK...

I know , right let's see the chin ups.  I've been through this twice and just cringe thinking about curling and pull ups where he is likely at in time.....IMO

At this point in time, I'd be careful handling a gallon of milk....but I'm a bald headed little old man, so there's that.

I think it's nuts to seriously expect to see him again this year. Maybe he could wear a less than lethal brace.

Phew!

I was worried he was doing them in his driveway like T.O.

He tried but could only do one

My leader in Cub Scouts, Mr. Engleberg, would have him pitching everyone’s tent

Well, this thread certainly went in a surprising direction :o

All jokes aside, his poor form is probably why he was injured.  I suspect Milano (and maybe others) does the same thing when he lifts.  Not using the full range of motions creates tight muscles which then can tear when forced further than they’ve been trained to go.

I feel like our training staff must be part of the problem because they should be correcting that

This is exactly why Mr. Engleberg had us doing stretches, mostly bending over a lot to work our hamstrings, I suppose.

They had a knack for making everything hard.

I remember them pouring baby oil all over the Twister board to make it more challenging.
