Josh is easily the best player in football imo, but still doesn't get the love some other QB'S get. I don't know. Josh gets a lot of love from the national media. 1 2 Quote
Sierra Foothills Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago On my drive home today I heard a couple of national NFL commentators saying that now that Maye shyt the bed, that Stafford is the frontrunner for MVP. It's unbelievable... Stafford has 2 great WRs and is surrounded by great weapons and one of the best offensive minds in football and he's a frontrunner over Josh? I'm actively and vocally cheering for Stafford to suck for the rest of the season... that way the idiot voters don't make any more stupid mistakes. 2 Quote
RochesterLifer Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Speaking of MVP candidates, today’s announcers said Maye has yet to lead a 4th quarter comeback. Really?! The NFL a week-to-week league, and each week is a 4th quarter game. How is he even remotely being considered? 1 Quote

Accolades deserved by Allen = 100 Accolades received by Allen = 70 Accolades deserved by Maye = 50 Accades received by Maye = 100 1 1 2 Quote

Not on Josh's level. 1 Quote

It’s hysterical than the media drums up an MVP “competition” and I really hope the voters take a deep look at this (like they did last year) and realize there is one clear MVP in this league. Yep. Give Stafford and Maye 1st and 2nd team all-pro in whatever order you want. That is a stat award. But Allen should win MVP again. Quote

Also, "journalists" (rolls my eyes) will tell you that their job is to be objective and not promote players. Of course it's always a journalist who advocates for a player before the HOF voters... my point is... IF THE BILLS MEDIA CORPS FAIL TO ADVOCATE VOCALLY FOR JOSH'S MVP CANDIDACY I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM. It's pretty freaking clear that no one does more with less than Josh Effin Allen. If you're gonna suck at journalism, at least make sure that the guy who you cover and who makes your job better because of it, wins the MVP. Quote
ToGoGo Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Serious question, in Allen’s career has ever had a big first half in a big game and then choked in the 2nd half and we lost? We just saw that two weeks in a row with Burrow and Maye. 1 Quote
Turf Toejam 34 Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago I realize Stafford has many favorable circumstances to make him successful, but that dude has just been money all season. 1 Quote

Separate your mind from the brainwashing. Allen should have 3-5 MVP and multiple SBs already. GOAT. I am not sure if you are being sarcastic, but if you have two guys who are similar wouldn't you pick the guy who wins more? Stafford has had a phenomenal year. Quote

Hard to comeback. Quote

Look at the 11-16 seeds in both conferences. That list is also the patriots schedule. Yep they always led those bad teams. Quote

Almost refused to put the game in his hands...and Maye's inability to take over on his own Edited 22 hours ago by BuffaloBillyG Quote
Special K Posted 22 hours ago Author Posted 22 hours ago One thing not mentioned about Josh Allen is the intimidation factor he brings when he gets it going.....the other team can sense it, they know they are in trouble, and they fold like a cheap tent!! That's not something that can be measured by "fancy stats", but its one of the many characteristics that makes Josh the MVP!! Quote
