oh we're going to paste these guys.

Everything is falling into place this year. Everything.

Playoffs are like mid-September/October inter-divisional games. Likely no Mahomes and no Burrow. Maybe Jackson, but it looks doubtful. Cakewalk.

Imagine saying the road is: Pittsburgh (LOL), Houston (cute story, but who takes them seriously as a SB contender?), Broncos (another cute story)

Even toss in New England, who already won their Super Bowl several weeks ago here and would be trying to be the first team to win 2 rings in one season.

I didn't mention Jacksonville Barbie and their dozens of rabid fans. Basically our road to the Super Bowl is beating the AFC South teams and maybe Denver.

I mean LET'S GO!

Now Burrow is seemingly pushing to get Zach Taylor finally fired (good luck) or get himself out of there and likely to an NFC team (few AFC landing spots for QB) taking one top QB out of the AFC mix if that happens.

New stadium.

Hallmark movie.

Allen being an all time great.

The chance for guys from past teams like Tre White, Poyer, Jordan Phillips, Gabe Davis and others I probably forgot to get a ring as part of this reunion tour.

It simply cannot not happen this year.

Whats hilarious to me is that folks down here think they're so country and have pride in their rural roots but WNY is far more country, far more rural, and far more redneck than a lot of the South right now.

go 15 minutes North or South on 90 and you'll be in pure country rural life no different or no less than going 15 minutes off of I85 or I77.

As I've always said, you only have to go as far as North Collins to get a taste of North Carolina.

What matters is now, not 5 years ago.  5 years ago cannot help Buffalo today, C'mon man....

"In the 2025 NFL season (as of early December), Drake Maye has generally outperformed Josh Allen in efficiency and advanced metrics, leading the league in completion percentage, passer rating, and Expected Points Added, while Allen still boasts strong overall production, particularly in fantasy points per game and rushing touchdowns, showcasing Maye's breakout year with the Patriots compared to Allen's continued elite play for the Bills.

Here's a breakdown of their typical 2025 performance:

Key Statistical Comparisons (Around Week 13-14, 2025)

Completion %: Maye (71.5%) > Allen (70.1%)

Passing Yards: Maye (3,412) > Allen (3,085)

Passing Touchdowns: Maye (23) ≈ Allen (22)

Passer Rating: Maye (111.9) > Allen (102.9)

Fantasy Points (Approx): Allen (254) > Maye (227)

Fantasy PPG: Allen (25.4) > Maye (20.6)

Rushing TDs: Allen (7) > Maye (2)

Sacks: Maye (36) > Allen (20)

Key Takeaways

Maye's Efficiency: Maye leads in key efficiency metrics, showing incredible accuracy and decision-making for the Patriots, ranking first in Completion Percentage Over Expectation.

Allen's Versatility: Allen remains a fantasy powerhouse, often leading in fantasy points due to his significant rushing production (more rushing TDs) and high fantasy point-per-game average.

Offensive Systems: Their roles differ; Maye excels in the Patriots' system, while Allen's dual-threat ability keeps him elite, but he's also been sacked more often. "   Drake Maye ain't concerned about being a fantasy QB like Josh Allen, Drake wants to actually win championships... something Josh Allen has not... even Joe Burrow has at least been to a Superbowl... Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen.. will yall ever make it to one? or will sports media continue to make excuses for you. 🧐

I fart in your general direction.

Made a stop at patsfans.com. Wow. All I can say that someone is pretty delusional - either me or them.

In general they think they are better than they were in week 5 even without Williams and we are worse. Diggs will have another big game, since we have no one to cover him, Maye will carve our defense more than Burrow, we have no pass rush without Oliver and our secondary is weak. They are hungry and better coached. We won against the Bengals because of Burrow's mistakes, and Maye won't make them. We can't stop their running game and they can stop ours.

Other than 2-3 posters there everybody seems to think they are much better team.

Oh and we didn't beat anyone too. The Bengals, Chiefs, Ravens don't count because of their losing records, and we beat the Steelers when Rodgers had a broken wrist.

I always appreciate your positivity and optimism.

And you're really correct here.  No Mahomes or Burrow, and maybe no Jackson?  It's kind of hard to believe.  I still lament that we didn't get a true WR1 in the offseason or trade deadline - that would almost guarantee a SB appearance this year.  But we're still the best & most experienced team on the AFC side.

Just one.  I know I'll want more when we do win it all, but just having one will change my outlook on the game considerably, and take the oversized chip off my shoulder.

I was sort of bummed in a way that our SB championship wouldn't involve slaying any of these dragons...

BUT we did along the way:

We beat Baltimore and are a major reason they are in real playoff trouble.

We beat KC and if we had lost that game they would still be in a great spot. We are one of the major reasons they could miss.

We beat CIN and also could be a major reason they miss.

So if we win it all this year we beat BAL, KC and CIN in highly meaningful games along the way and basically eliminated all 3. It just happened earlier.

In January we'll get the Pittsburgh extra bye week and then beat a couple of frauds to get there. That's all good.

I've been told here and there that it comes across as as schtick or like I'm trolling or something, but I am legitimately this way about the Bills.

Even back when Losman was QB I would talk myself into all sorts of way that if ______ happens then ______ happens we can make it in, then anything can happen!

Just makes it more fun for me, although it does hurt a LOT worse when it doesn't work out, which has been every season so far.

Here's a thought:

If we didn't have hat comeback vs Baltimore and we lost to KC we'd be 7-6, tied with KC but behind them because of tiebreaker and also tied with but behind Baltimore due to tiebreakers.

In short, we would be in tough for making the playoffs at all. That's how much those 2 wins will have meant to our SB run.

I saw that take that they're better, but we're somehow "the same."  Maybe I'm just as much of a homer for the Bills, but I see the opposite, particularly with Williams and Campbell out.  We've just been playing better on both sides of the ball - and we have a consistent history with Allen of playing our best ball in December.

They got most of the breaks in the last game - 3 turnovers, some terrible officiating (including an egregious no-call on that pass to Shakir at the end), better health.  They squeaked out a 3 point win, and now most are saying that they're by far the better team & expect a comfy win on Sunday.  Not to mention the general oft-repeated sentiment that they have their new dynasty for the next 15 years.

It's a crazy sense of entitlement.  I guess 6 titles will do that to a fanbase.

LOL. What would you expect from a fan messaged board?  They’ve won 10 in a row. This place would sound exactly the same after 10 in a row.  In fact, it sounds the same way after 1 in a row. These boards exist for people to do exactly what they (and we) are doing.  Is it really that surprising to you?

This is going to be a tough game for the players on both teams that will take the field. Nothing anyone on here points out really has any relevance. What NE did vs a team bills played, and vice versa is irrelevant for this game. It's divisional football with 2 teams in 2025 are good football teams. Mcdermott being 0-3 vs teams coming off a bye or the Patriots having played no good teams is meaningless.

Whoever makes less mistakes is gonna win. It's a coin flip either team can win this game.

Bills fans SHOULD be confident in their team. The Bills have played a lot better the one issue, IMO, that still is happening that could decide the game against the Bills is the turnovers. They had 2 last week that almost cost them the game against Cincy.

i expect a hard fought game with both teams leaving everything out there on the field.. I’d say a 27-24 game .

If a team gets to plus 2 in the TO battle... they win...

This game will have playoff intensity IMO.  Bills have veteran players who have experienced this.   Look for Cook to be effective and Allen will be safer with the ball.  Maye is good so the defense will have to play tighter coverage specially the NE TEs.  This will be a good test for both teams but I give the edge to the Bills.

I wish the Bills could put the beginning segment of Cowherd with Greg Cosell on a video loop in their locker-room.   They just dismissed the Bills as being anything other than Josh Allen and a bunch of insignificant guys and players on defense who are not even the slightest bit noteworthy.
