as a kid having attended the last game the old Rock Pile (War Memorial eyesore) I can tell you that the fan tare down was something to behold...

 

ya know the urinal troughs are heated...dont have to make room inside the house, maybe near a fire pit while a true fan watches a game in the elements... shirtless...cant be all that expensive....can you think of a better of a bettter way to literally piss some money away on a surprise gift for that Bills fan for Xmas.

I was really hoping for an AFCCG win in the stadium… and then watching the complete fandemonium as people rushed the field and destroyed the stadium, carrying it out piece by piece while singing we’re goin to the Super Bowl.    Oh well.. silly dreams.

I can see a sports bar wanting to display them. I was at Tully’s the other day and I’m 90% sure they have old stadium seats in there somewhere. Maybe Bennigan’s will pull down some upside down unicycles and replace them with conjoined plastic chairs?

 

It’s the personal ownership that I’m struggling with. I’ll probably get excited and waste money on mine. I’ll bring it home and put it in the garage until I “find a better place for it.” It’ll sit there for about 3 months before I start getting questions about “what do you plan to do with that?” After another 3 months I’ll start getting asked, “why don’t you put that in your office or to the curb?” Obviously, I’m not going to put it in my office because my office is nice and throwing a couple of random plastic chairs in the corner does nothing to elevate the aesthetic. Another 3 months will go by and the pressure mounts to get them out of the garage. After 3 more months, the walls have caved in and something will have to give. I’ll give them both to my developmentally disabled cousin who will think that they’re amazing. After 2 months my aunt will be all over him to get rid of them because they don’t go in his apartment. 3 days will pass and he will sell them on Facebook marketplace for $32 a piece. I’ll have to drive over to his house, load them in the car, and drive to a Wegman’s parking lot to meet the buyer so that my cousin can collect $64. He will put that $64 towards Madden ‘28.

I've had a pair of from the original Rich stadium reno in the attic for a couple decades now. My wife ALMOST tossed them during the great COVID house clean up.

Just bring a plastic wrench or screwdriver and slowly start unscrewing it lol

 

Leave it literally right under your seat 

 

By the last home game have it basically almost done so at the end of the game you could just finish it off and walk off with it

Anyone who held their seats for 10+ years should be given them free. 
 

25+ and they should be giving them some other form of memorabilia that appertains to the stadium and it’s history.
