This game is exactly why there are many on the board pointing out how poor the defense is. The Texans showed all of us that with a real pass rush, you can beat any team in this league. McDermott is a failure and should finally have to answer for this team's lack of success.

What happened to that 6th lineman? We did that all last year. Last night would have been perfect. If we lose 1 guy that can run a route so what? What’s the difference if the QB is being hit before they get open anyway

Brady again got pass happy in the second and third quarters and abandoned the run game.  Cook averaged 6.8 yards per carry and only touched the ball 17 times.  When your pass protection isn't working, implement the run game and force the Texans into the box.

The fact that they can execute a play so effectively makes you wonder even more why Brady is so vanilla on offense. Its just ridiculous. we dont need that level of gadget play every series but maybe a couple of times during a game?  I'm so done with the WR screen for a loss or Josh being swallowed up with the pass rush. I'm done with Brady's weak 4th and short  strategy. Get that the F out of here.

Was only able to watch the 1st half last night, which in hindsight was blessing (the first half was bad enough). This team is, sadly (and inevitably) done. I predict 2-4 the rest of the way and a play-off miss...which is probably exactly what this team needs to spur some real change. Another year of status quo will have JA looking for the exit (would be perfect as Stafford's replacement in LA).

The worst part? That the Bills completely changed their offense philosophy from being “we can score at will because we have Josh Allen” to “let’s make sure each drive takes 8 minutes” to compensate for how garbage the defensive “guru’s” unit is and how they can’t be trusted to be on the field for too long. 
 

it used to be that I had no worries the Bills weren’t going to score. We’d win as long as we had the ball last.  Now? Brady and McDummy make every drive a trip to the dentist.

Brady's play calling is already suspect. Put McDermott's ineptitude in the mix and last night is the slurry of ***** you end up with. 

 

It's time to call Lane Kiffin and see if he wants to coach in the NFL. Need a quarterback focused head coach.

Brady is inflexible in his in game thinking.  The Bills need to jettison him after this season.

how about tim settle? Dude is a beast for them, but was a total zero while here. What gives?

I'm pretty sad. I'm sure that should make lurking AFCE fans happy.  But man, it takes so much internal fortitude to keep getting up for each season, for each game.  We need a reward.  Even bad dogs get rewards sometimes.

 

Bills only have 4 losses.

 

Houston is going to do damage if they reach the post season and Stroud is back 100%.

 

The only 2 games left that are questionable wins are NE and Philly. Assuming the Bills lost 1 of those games that leaves 12 - 5 and the post season.

I'm very over Dion Dawkins. He gets an incredible amount of hype and I'm convinced a lot of it is due to his personality.

 

He (and Brown) were awful last night. But Dawkins was giving up on plays. 4 days after he criticized Keon. And then his false start on 4th and 1 was high school level play and honestly he looked like he didn't care in the moment. And then he's seen on TV laughing post game on the field. And then finally, Josh says post-game the Texans were more physical and wanted it more and then minutes later Dawkins says that's not true and had Gabe gotten his foot in, we win.

 

Dion Dawkins is a great Bill but I think his play last night was criminal and his lack of accountability was not only shameful but also hypocritical 

 

Please no further press conferences from Dion for the rest of the year.

 

Post game in the locker room situations cannot be avoided but please do not keep offering him out there for the usual 10 minutes or so seemingly every week. 

 

His quote about the Gabe play at the end is a true "***** victory from the jaws of defeat" mumbo jumbo and to me is a McDermott vibes or belief system, "hey fellas we were really close tonight" - after losing to Davis Mills. The team is really testing our faith this year.

Atlanta - Two great players on the entire team in London and Robinson, both go bonkers against us...

Miami - A roster massively depleted in talent with two elite players in Achane and Waddle and they both have big games.

Dawkins at his locker says he doesn’t think we were out-physicaled.  Points to Davis being a foot down away from us having the ball at the 1 with a chance to win. 
 

My man… shut up.  You’re “Its never Super Bowl or Bust” attitude is wearing thin.   You give up halfway on plays all game.  Two of those times led to Josh Allen sacks today. 
 

You take pride in your game, yet got WORKED yesterday.  
 

Just own it. 
 

Im slowly starting to view his attitude as emblematic of why this team just can’t seem to do it.  Dion seems content being an above average LT on an above average Bills team that has a shot every year.  Happy go lucky, it’s all good type of vibe. 
 

At some point the leaders on this team need to get mad.  Josh Allen seems close to getting there.  Anyone else going to follow or nah?

As much as we don’t have a Super Bowl

roster.  Not sure anyone else in the AFC does either. 
 

I don’t care if it hurts Brady’s feelings.  A serious team would fire him.  Get Daboll back in the building and let him work as a Senior Offensive Assistant with Curry or Kromer. 
 

Brady is literally getting laughed at by how bad his simple passing game concepts are by any NFL film guru you can find on social media.  
 

We can’t fix the personnel, but we can run an offense that has a more diverse protection scheme against an elite DL and better passing concepts so Defenses arent completely keyed in on what we’re doing every game. 
 

Only get so many cracks at it with Allen and we can’t just give up this year because we have to win 3 road games IF we make it.  
 

This team as currently being led isn’t winning 3 in a row.. so do something drastic.  What is there to lose?   We fall apart and miss the playoffs?   Ok.. that’s a risk I’m willing to take if the other option is stay the course and lose in the WC Round at Baltimore.
