Honestly if they really want to commit to this run first, run second offense they needed to get an upgrade at RB2.

If that's the offense you want, at least go all in.

I agree, although that's not the offense they should want.

True, and yet we were still 7-7 at one point. Scored 10 points against an inferior pats team that year. Just saying, all is not lost yet, but feels like we're close

Yep, you can feel it slipping.  Even that season, you had the feeling they were capable of turning it around.  Given the personnel we have and the scheme Brady thinks is just fine despite what most of our sets of eyes tell us, I'm not nearly as confident this year.

Imagine face planting into the most athletic QB in history and then designing a run-first, < 5 yard passing attack for him lol

People can criticize Allen all they want.  But anyone who thinks Allen is even a small part of the problem doesn't know football.

His fumble and RZ int weren’t part of the problem? You know it’s okay to be a fan and still be honest.

Yup. Given Allen's cost, it's going to be nigh impossible. The time's growing short on this iteration.

We're getting Allen cheap.  Look at the money we've paid Miller, Hoecht, Samuel & Palmer not to mention extending a bunch of our own draft picks.  The money has been there but the choices may not have been the best.

But hey, maybe Bean can get the Jets to give the Bills their five 1st round picks for Allen.  That will solve the "Allen problem" some of you people think exists.

The fumble made very little difference in this game. And the defense got gashed for a breakaway running TD like 3 plays later to seal it.

Nah, send him to San Francisco where he'll have a chance at a title. He has none here

It's not irrational. He has proven time and time again that he does not value supporting his franchise QB with talent on the offensive side of the ball

He is not doing this to spite the fans.  To say that is completely irrational

His radio interview earlier this year would seem to undercut your argument

“Nobody Eats”. MVP QB has no WR, empty plates. That sinking feeling we are on the wrong side of the slope…

(17 made mistakes but the Bills just got crushed by a team without a GM and HC ? and no Hill)

That Beane would use on a CB.

Yup. Zero chance it's on a WR.  When someone tells you who they are, sometimes you should just believe them

Pretty sad to see what Beane has become. He had a promising career but has become a shell of himself. Time for a change and upgrade for the Bills.

It's true that Allen could be executing much better and more efficiently in this offense than he has been, for sure.

It's also true that designing an offense that is the complete opposite of your generational QB's talents is an asinine thing to do in the first place.
