Idk what to think of Brady anymore. Sometimes it just feels like it’s hubris with his instance to run gadget plays, and anything other than “Football 101” in those short down and distance situations.

 

With the investments made into this OL, and the most physical QB in the league under center, there should be only one play in those situations and it should work most every time…

I’ve realized this offense tends to stall every time Brady drifts away from the run. The drive immediately after the pick. Then refusing to just run it behind the left side of the line with your star RB for ONE yard. It’s maddening. Didn’t the world learn from Pete Carroll. Brady gets cuter than a puppy.
