I've thought about the schedule, but honestly, they just seem so poised, and consistent. The way the AFC is shaking out this year, they may not get KC or the Ravens in the playoffs either. It's pretty crazy. On paper, I don't see a game left on their schedule that they shouldn't be able to win.

They play Baltimore later in the year and Tampa next week, so those will be good measuring sticks. But other than that quality opponents don't exist

Nobody has ever been afraid of the Dolphins despite a couple outlier Tua performances.

Comparing that pie in teh sky Miami team with a fundamentally sound and well-coached Patriots team is apples to oranges.

Miami was fraud. The Pats are not. Tua is limited with a weak arm. Maye can throw the ball all over the field. Pats have great coaching and a physical team. Miami was just a flash in the pan with a gimmick offense and most of us seen it.

Pats downfield passing offense is tough to deal with. Good pass protection and route combinations designed to get someone open downfield.

You give us the 7 seed and the Chiefs/Ravens don't make the playoffs.  I'd sign up for that all day.  Very unlikely though.
