Gunsgoodtime Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Hate the injury for him, unfortunately won't miss him on the field. Backup level talent along with several of our other starters Quote
CirclnWagons Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago A strategically placed tackling dummy within the correct passing lanes creating optimum tripping hazards will pay bigger dividends than anything Rapp has shown capable of this year. Wishing a quick recovery but not at all worrying about what we’re “losing” with him out Quote

DapperCam Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago He was having a really bad season, maybe he was playing through an injury this entire time. Quote
MasterStrategist Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago We've seen the last of Taylor Rapp IMO. Saves us $3.3m off 2026 cap to cut him next offseason. Easy choice. Beane has a lot of easy choices next year: 1. Cut Rapp=$3.3m savings 2. Cut Samuel = $6.3m savings 3. Cut Knox (or he cut's his salary in half)= cut $9.5m savings 4. Re-do contracts for our top 4 Cap Hit guys: Josh, Ed, Dion, Spencer --- significant savings, continue to kick the can 5. Extend/new deal: McGovern 6. New deal: Torrence Harder choices / see how these guys perform rest of season: 1. Taron: cut = $3.3m savings (as of now he looks like we should be replacing him) 2. Potentially: Bass; cut = $2.9m savings --- then draft a kicker Focus areas: 1. WR 2. DE 3. S 4. Nickle corner 2 4 Quote
BeastMaster Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Should've never brought the guy in as a possible starting solution. He was a Rams cast off that was slow, but Beane loves those guys Joshua Palmer was the same thing last offseason. Not even good enough for the Chargers to offer a contract, but good enough to be a starter for the Bills 1 Quote

He is a good player, but he is small and get injured 1 1 1 Quote

If you want to count Jones fine, that's 3. But Walker should be starting over him the rest of the season. I suppose it's possible they start alongside each other now that Ed is hurt. You can't count Rapp as being down a starter when literally anyone else would be an upgrade. 1 1 Quote
Ridgewaycynic2013 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago 'Rapp out the year' 🤔 Well dey da Buffalo Bills, You better know it! They gots receivers Although they don't show it... Gonna tell you turkey, Dey might seem jerky... 🙁 * Look, there's no way possible I can keep this up through the rest of the season, let alone playoffs. 🤨 Quote

He had a two year contract. He may just be gone. Quote

Einstein Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago @GunnerBill I know you love Ed and I don't blame you. But he has missed 8 games over the last 3 years and will miss at least 14 games this year. Quote
