A game winning drive and a comeback are not the same thing. A comeback is when they are down and comeback to win. Maye was not down in the Bills game, it was tied so does not qualify as a comeback

All the Patriots had to do was not turn it over. And worst case scenario the game goes into OT. Being able to score when you absolutely need to is a different beast.

Now I didn't watch that game obviously. Perhaps you can answer this. With Cleveland having such a poor offense, what kind of starting field position did the Pats have yesterday? How long were their drives?

I think we are looking at a wild card this year, based on the remaining schedules for us and New England.  If that's the case I sure hope the Steelers hold onto the north because I suspect we will be the top wild card and that the 4th division winner will come from the AFC North.  Hate the idea of travelling to Baltimore to face a back from the dead Ravens; which, while looking at Pitt and Baltimores scheduels, I think is very much a reality.

He should have had that 2 times with the Steelers.. that game was such a mess with turnovers.. but it’s his first year full year and as a fan I don’t think I can expect him to play any better.. I wouldn’t want any other WB in the NFL outside of maybe 4 over him.  (Allen, Burrow, Mahomes) I am not saying he is top 5 now but outside of the Big 4 I can’t think of any WB I’d want over him including Hurts… (look at the talent he has at RB and WR and talk about a defense that’s scary)

Only if Baltimore D can start holding other O under 40 points a game. Their D been beyond bad this year. Jackson (till he got hurt) was having a great year but every game was a shoot out.

The 3 TDS were:

77 yards

6 yards (INT return to the 6)

81 yards

 

3 FG:

 

55 yards (36 yard FG)

52 yards (32 yard FG)

54 yards (42 yard FG)

 

So outside the INT the rest were long drives.

THIS.  There is this urban legend that Allen has a great deep ball and that all we need is a deep guy.  But its really his worst throw, even on completions he leaves the ball someplace its tough for YAC.  Queue someone responding with a clip of the Davis throw against the Steelers or something like 5 years ago while ignoring the plethora of missed throws, INT's, or poor throws that were completed but left yards/points on the field because he didn't hit the wide open guy in stride.  

 

I am one of Allens biggest fans, but his bread and butter is not the deep ball.  His best version of shots down field are the ropes he can throw 20-30 yards that most other QB's just can't or his scramble drill throws.  But sitting in the pocket and taking deep shots is not his strong suit.
